Great service. Fair prices. I will miss him. He has repaired shoes and boots for me. The business is now closed.

Hello, Half Soles start 50.00. I would need to see them to price full soles.

He lacks decency and integrity when dealing with customers who are displeased with his work. I needed new heel caps. That fool put a light beige caps on a burnt umber shade shoe and said that was the original color. He became combative to prove an out right lie. I didn't back down we continue our exchange of words as he furiously went to the back babbling. From behind the wall he asked me am I going to continue speaking. I didn't answer and that made him extremely angry. He asked me if I was going to answer his question. I asked him did he want me to be silent or answer him. That fool could not answer and shut his mouth. He heard another customer entering the shop. The customer ask me how my day was going. I said my fine until I came here. That sour man ran from the back with my properly repaired shoes and a complete change of attitude. I guess he wanted to intervene before I could give the other customer an ear full. Here's the shoes after he change the heel cap. Would you put a light beige heel cap on these?

BEWARE! I had an awful experience at Best Cleaners and want to warn anyone considering bringing…read moretheir luxury items here--DON'T. I brought in a large order including three handbags and a pair of suede Birkenstock slides. Among them was my Louis Vuitton purse with vachetta leather. I was initially told that my items would take extra time because they were being "outsourced to a leather professional." I patiently waited two weeks to pick up my items, trusting they were in the hands of someone knowledgeable. Big mistake. When I got my items back, I was absolutely horrified. My Louis Vuitton was completely ruined--its vachetta leather was darkened, burnt-looking, and destroyed. My Birkenstocks were also discolored beyond repair. When I reached out to discuss the damage, I was met with a dismissive, cold, and unapologetic response from the owner. She took zero responsibility and instead blamed the "age" of my items--as if high-quality materials suddenly burn and discolor on their own! What's even worse is that their response completely contradicts what I was originally told. If my items were truly sent to a professional, why does the owner's response sound like Best Cleaners handled them directly? Were they lying from the start? To add to the horrible customer service, the owner never called me back despite my multiple attempts to get answers. I had to continuously reach out to her, only to be met with a rude, unprofessional attitude. And if you think this was a one-time bad experience, look at their other 1-star reviews. This isn't the first time they've ruined someone's items. Pay close attention to how the owner responds to bad reviews. They act sweet and professional at first, but the moment there's an issue, their attitude flips. Instead of taking accountability, they become hostile and defensive. DO NOT trust Best Cleaners with your high-quality items. They lack the knowledge to properly clean luxury goods and will refuse to take responsibility for any damage they cause. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually knows what they're doing. Please refer to the attached photos !

I stood there for maybe 5 min and he came back. Not, can I help you or good Afternoon. He said, what. That was my que to leave. As I walked out he made a smart comment, fuck you then. I wanted to say something, but my mind said keep walking. Would never do business with customer service like that.
