We found out about Toviah through our photographer, they have worked together in the past so we thought it'll make it so much better to have them working again so it would be a smooth process for my wedding. Words really cannot explain how happy my husband and I are that we hired them. I've never been in front of a camera before and the thought of it made me a little nervous but Albert made the process so comfortable to the point that it didn't even feel like I was being recorded. The whole process on the day of went very smooth. Albert and his assistant were very punctual on time, very professional and went above and beyond to capture the perfect moments. Albert came to my house while I was getting glammed up and his personality really helped with my nerves. He was joking with us (my mom and I) and it didn't really take much for me to relax and prepare for my big day as he recorded pre ceremony shots (shots shots shots shots shots shots EVERYBODY). During our ceremony, you know it was straight to the point but during the reception Albert and his assistant, I believe his name was John, were on POINT. The way they guided/directed my husband and I to get the perfect views was amazing, they captured the beautiful scene (of the reception, not the couple, although we both looked beautiful that day ). The drone footage was *chefs kiss* such a beautiful addition to the highlight. They captured the most emotional parts of our day and edited it to our highlight with grace, although there certain parts that im glad he didn't add so I wouldn't have to explain to the family . We went with Albert and his team three separate times (two 100 day celebrations and a 1 year birthday). Where to begin... day of, everything went smooth. Albert and his team made sure to get all the amazing shots. It's the after part where I have an issue... my contract stated 12 weeks turn around time and I didn't receive my highlight video until about 17 weeks. No communication unless you reach out first which is extremely frustrating. The raw speeches and ceremony was delivered at about the 18 week mark. They ended the raw footage right in the middle of one of the speeches. I reached out and was told they'll reach out in a week to see what had happened. It's been absolute crickets. I emailed, no response. It's now been 2 more weeks and still have not heard a word. I've been extremely patient but it's beyond frustrating when you pay for a service and get mediocre at best customer service. I understand we are still in the middle of a pandemic, but an extra 5 weeks with no communication unless the customer reaches out, is beyond me. I really wanted to refer Toviah to a few of our friends getting married, but I don't want to recommend a company that is not reliable. Save yourself the hassle and don't book with this company. It's not worth the time, energy or worry for a day that should be one of the most important days of your life. read more
