I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger from Ryan Miller at Towbin Dodge and it was hands down the smoothest car transaction I have seen. Prior to coming here I was dreading coming into the dealership because most other ones I've been to have left me leaving empty handed and unhappy due to their rudeness or pushy sales tactics. I picked up my 2020 Power wagon last month from Towbin Dodge. I'm from California and my search for this truck actually started earlier. But the dealers here in California are really hard to deal with with prices and availability.I took a shot to call dealers in Nevada and man did it pay off. I just purchased a new RAM 2500 diesel from Towbin. I was in the market for either a new Ram or Ford diesel and shopped at 6 different dealers, 5 local, 1 in Idaho. Towbin made their competition look like fools! Excellent price, financing and service. They worked very hard to get us the financing we needed and got us a payment on the truck that I wanted and that I could afford. I had a dealer in Idaho and a local one tell me the price/payment I wanted was impossible and nobody would do it (which I knew was not true) and try to put me in a 1500. I mainly worked with Rishi and Cesar in sales. Joe worked his magic in financing and pretty sure he put in some OT for us to get the deal done. These guys were professional and honest. SEPTEMBER 11, 2020 TOWBIN DODGE LLC 275 AUTO MALL DRIVE HENDERSON NV 89014 To whom it may concern,      I am writing to inform you of a serious problem I've had with your store in Henderson, NV. Your website claims that you have number one customer first award for excellence. I believe you should know that I've been patiently waiting for emails and calls to return to me about my problem. Please know if this is not addressed will be made public and forwarded to the Attorney General of the State of Nevada.       My family purchased a vehicle from Towbin Dodge last year September 5, 2019. We were looking for something easier for my husband to cart around his tools for work. Yes, finally we purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 with less then 43k miles on it. Truck being a diesel was exciting for my husband and myself. This was going to be our last truck we bought for my husbands job. It's that time of the year again where we had to smog it. New registration September 8, 2020. Smog location said "Sorry, we can't smog it." We asked " What the problem was?" Tech had said "Where's your catalytic converter?" We were caught off guard and said " It's impossible we bought it from a dealership that passed smog last year." Tech said "I don't know how they did it, that's against federal law to sell a vehicle like yours."       In my dismay, we were taken back. So I had to call Dodge to make an appointment the next day. So we can be a little at ease that the tech had no idea what he was talking about. When I called spoke with the manager he was not making us feel any better by saying "You can bring it in, but we won't know the problem for two days." I told him, "It was okay just help us figure out the problem." Next day, September 9, 2020 at 5pm are appointment was set. We got in explained our situation. They once again made us feel like it was our problem now. About 3 tech's look under the truck and said "Yup, there's nothing there." We were asked repeated if we took it to a chop shop to remove the muffler and catalytic converter. Again and again we told them "NO." Jack service manager took it in the back connected to something that told him only One notification was on the truck. The only place it's been is at Firestone Complete Auto Care for an oil change and recently fuel filters. ( 7410 S. RAINBOW BLVD, LAS VEGAS NV 89139). Truck runs strong no problems until we have to do registration.        Please understand we are completely frustrated calling service managers all day September 10, 2020 straight to voicemail until 5:26 pm. Jack Service manager said he'll call first thing in the morning. I waited in the morning until I started calling every hour September 11, 2020 11:15 am. Finally he called back at 1:20pm saying the same thing he told us on September 9, 2020 . "He didn't know what to tell us but smog passed last year." I emailed Angelica Rosales in Customer Care. I emailed the General manager Rennie Roopchand. Here I am emailing you. We still have a $45k truck we owe to the lender we can't even figure out what and how this happened. That's a lot of money. We didn't think going to a Dodge Store we should of made sure all the truck parts were there. We called Firestone told them our issue. They looked up the parts on September 10, 2020 and quoted us $9600. Even Firestone tech said it's not a guarantee it will pass smog. Firestone tech also said our parts are on back order for three months.  In conclusion I figured it would be fixed man to man. But now we have to take extreme levels and lawyer up. To make this right and fair, just fix our truck for the long run. I truly believe that the treatment by management at Towbin DODGE as well as the inconvenience, hassle and time spent addressing this issue should be more. Worst place to buy a car in Vegas!!! Test drove a 2015 Chevy Cruze that was awesome and was going to buy that one but they ended up switching it to a 2011 Chevy Cruze for the same price just because it had cruise control and a piece on the dome light that the 15 was missing. I was told that the 11 was a 15 by the sales guy Aaron just to get me to sign the papers. They also told me that I would be paying $1000 less than I actually paid. The 15 also had no damage to the outside of the vehicle while the 11 has a ton of scratches. My experience with the sales team was a good one, However their service department has let me down. Every single time I've been there I've had to go back for more work. The service department is shady and tries to charge thousands of dollars in repairs just for coming in for an oil change. Not to mention I have spent over 2 hours multiple times getting an oil change when I had an appointment! They do not care that you bought a car from their dealership and try to gouge you for every dollar. You can tell this dealership is in decline. Everything in their building is outdated and not taken care of, nothing on the walls is up to date. Their showroom looks terrible. Just say NO to this dealership. Twice I've come in to take advantage of their sales ad, and twice they have pulled a bait and switch. Most recent interaction was exactly the same as the previous one. " I saw your ad for $10000 off, do you have any of the sales cars in stock?" "Yes...do you know which car you are interested in? "Yes...this one (shows ad from their website)" "Great I'll bring it around" Car that shows up is different. I decline and am only interested in the exact car I showed them. But now that car isn't on sale...in fact the "list" price is $3000 more than advertised price or msrp price. It's a gimmick, a scam, a waste of time and money. Sales people are never the same as of 3 months prior, can barely speak English, and obviously untrained so it's better to deal directly with the money guy. Trust me...no deals here. I took in my 2022 Dodge Durango in to get serviced bc I was having issues with my GPS tracker. Goran at the service department was the best! He was very professional and friendly and kept updating me with the status of my vehicle. I ended up having to leave my vehicle there because it was taking longer than expected. It was ready for pick up that day after all and Goran was able to order a Lyft/Uber (forgot which one it was) for me to get back to the dealership. In April 2015 we purchased a Dodge Journey. We were pleased with the sales and financing department, but it took so long. In June of 2018, we traded in our Journey for 2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn. We were even happier with them, but again it took so long, even after we chose our vehicle. I know that it's to be expected but we were there after they closed finishing up. I will go back to Towbin Dodge in the future for my new cars, but will try to do even more of the dreary stuff on line. The sales person and sales manager were great. They worked hard to get us a great deal. But my main props have to go to the finance guy, Joe. He even found us a lower interest rate two days later and called us in to sign papers for that one. I Went in to Buy a Ram truck and we came to an agreement on the sale price. When we signed paperwork the price was different than we agreed on. The contract was already signed and i tried to resolve it with the salesperson. The difference was over $2000.00 and they offered me 2 free oil changes. Wow! What an insult. Everything went smooth on the front end making the deal but after the deal is made your not so important. Make sure you check your paperwork before signing with these people. An unfortunate waste of time. Due to this dealership listing a vehicle for 5 plus days without any actual photos outside of stock images, I was drawn to come in to see a vehicle at the dealer. When I arrived I had an appointment that was set minimally 3 hours prior to showing up. When I got there I was slightly early but nothing crazy. The vehicle was shown to me in the condition the last owner dropped it off. The entire vehicle was a mess, so I couldn't even see if the paint was good all around due to the outside condition. The inside had obviously been not been touched either with both long human hair as well as pet hair. The stock photos also showed options that this model was not equipped with including a larger center display screen which attracted me to come see it, as well as the stock rims and tires which would have been better. This and a few other features made me willing to go slightly above my preferred price range. Sales staff was typical. My first contact Danny, was nice enough but his negotiating came off as snappy vs working towards a deal. I of course have since dealt with 3 "Sales Managers" which they seem to have a lot of to pass you around. Finally I got to Ozzy who seemed willing to make some cuts to pricing. They worked me to a point where I was pretty comfortable but just needed to see how it stacked up vs others models of the same caliber. I would have been prepared on that if they had just listed the vehicle as it was vs stock pictures that showed features that weren't there. I left the dealership that night to reconsider with new research based on ACTUAL options. With some concessions to my expectations, I called back to get finalized numbers and it was sent to me with original listed price in the details. I seriously thought it was just a misunderstanding at first, but they basically reneged on the arrangement we made the days prior. All clouded in some, "months end new deals" lip service, but this was the same month, 2 days. He said that the Dodge calendar includes the first and 2nd of January. Excuse me for not having the Dodge calendar on my refrigerator. Anyway, wasted time and no return trips to this place. They actually nearly made me miss another opportunity with a private seller in a day with their poor organization an ineptness. But in NV I'll save a few more thousand anyway on a private sale in taxes and still not be looped into their money traps like document fees, nitrogen tires fills, and GPS tracking scams. UPDATE: Chris the CCR has contacted me regarding this experience. We'll see if this is more about saving themselves from bad review or actually fixing the problem of not following through on an offer. read more

these guys are a joke I bought a 2018 Ram 3500 from them 3 months ago with 6k miles on it . I use the truck for work and my check engine light turned on at 27k miles which is still under warranty. My high pressure fuel pump went out and is returning metal shavings to the tank and this is what they said and I quote " Its because I put bad diesel fuel in it" so what they want me to do is pay $16,000 or call my insurance to pay it. what a joke . read more
