The new ride!

Well, since February I have been back and forth to service with this truck and no end in site. It is now there for a part that may finally be in. The last issue of being able to charge the phone kind of got dismissed as heat related. Let me tell you if this truck can't charge a phone by cord in the heat it's worse than I thought. Still trailer light test available even though we bought it with one, phones don't connect and last time I got a dirty truck back and I had to wait for them to replace the fuel that was used. I blame the dealer sales department mostly as they weren't clear that when we were signing papers it was having a recall addressed that they never told us about. And now we are here with a truck that is a safety hazard and doesn't work as it should. Service is ok, but the entire experience has taken a serious toll on stress, usability, value and general perception of ram and Towbin. I'd seriously not go back and buy anything there and never another stellantis product.

We went in yesterday morning to check out the last of the Black Friday truck sales. We had purchased our last truck from Towbin Dodge Henderson, so they were our first stop -- and once again, they did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a customer service specialist who was in from corporate specifically for the Black Friday event. He was knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly focused on helping us find the right truck, not just making a sale. He then introduced us to the Manager, who was just as accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. The entire team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Thanks to their great service and no-pressure environment, we drove off in a 2024 Ram Laramie. Thank you, Towbin Dodge Henderson -- you continue to earn our business and we couldn't be happier with our experience

I bought a used 2005 Dodge Dakota last month. It had a clean carfax report and no reported issues with just over 104000 miles. After a couple of days of negotiating a final sale with Jeremy Bowlen. Who was a hell of a salesman bending over backwards to make his commission. I bought the vehicle semi-understanding the clause of the contract stating the vehicle is sold "As is." Meaning the moment I took it off the lot, all the liability lies on me. Only 4 days of having the truck in my possession. The check engine light came on, followed by the truck giving out completely on me both mechanically and electronically. Now, not only is the check engine but both the break and ABS system are apparent. I asked Jeremy if there was anything he could possibly do for me considering the purchase was so new. He advised I go to Autozone to get a diagnosis. Then afterwards ignored all forms of contact for a week. I finally walked into Towbin personally to see what I could do about my problem. Hours of my time wasted waiting on a service check while Jermey dodged me. Only for them to tell me there was nothing they can do for me without charging. Since the vehicle was sold as is. Legally, a sales representatives verbal promises are not legally binding unless in writing. Jeremy verbally promised that he wasn't selling me a lemon, nor couldn't due to Dodges standards. However that was absolutely not the case. I'm stuck with thousands in repairs on a vehicle that still has the temp tags on it!

This dealership does not appear to be trustworthy. I listed a used car for sale and one of their buyers tried to persuade me to sell it to them by falsely claiming you could buy the same car brand-new for less than I was listing my used car for. Anyone who uses such dishonest tactics, in my experience is dishonest to the core.

This review is for the parts department, because they are the only ones I dealt with here. From the beginning this Dodge dealership was better than all the other ones in the valley. I went to this dealership in particular because there aren't many Dodge Direct Connection Power Brokers and for anyone looking for performance parts, you know that these types of kits can be hard to get. Anyway, I ordered a SRT front fascia kit for my Challenger. When the kit finally arrived, two parts were incorrectly included from the manufacturer after the almost three week delivery wait. I told Tony about this and he and the rest of his team went above and beyond to make sure everything got fixed correctly and as quickly as possible. I finished installing the kit two days ago and couldn't be happier with the results and the product. Thanks Tony!

Back East I'm used to having salvage yards where you can pull your own car parts. It's relatively…read morefast, inexpensive, and you are recycling which is always good. Vegas has some pick and pull type yards but more often than not they are too picked over. I had someone recommend Any & All for an alternator when I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere and I've been coming back ever since. If they don't have it they are typically able to get it at least if it's a "hard part" like starters, alternators, air conditioner compressors, etc. If you need "soft parts" like someone smacked your mirror off the car in a parking garage (Happened 2x now since I moved here), they were able to order me one in and at a cheap cost. Parking is tight. It's right on Sunset just about 1/2 mile East of I-515. You'll be able to park but getting out can be interesting. Also be aware Henderson PD patrols this section heavily so don't make a u-turn in a bad place or you may pay for it. Inside it's not the Taj Mahal. But it's functional, and for the people working there it gets the job done. You'll be in there long enough to order a part, pick something up, and pay so don't critique the interior. And the prices seem to be very reasonable compared to other salvage yards I've been to both here in Vegas and out of state. 4 Stars: If they have it or can get it, they have saved me some serious cash.

They are very knowledgeable, and if there's a part that you need and they don't have, they will special order it for you and still give you a great deal. I have gotten parts for many of my cars over the years.. Dodge, Mercedes, Saab, Toyota, Audi... and they hit the mark every time. Will definitely check here before going to to the dealership next time.

I'm really torn writing this because the people themselves were very friendly. The woman at the…read morefront desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and I genuinely appreciated that they arranged an Uber for me to get to the shop. The gentleman who called to explain what was wrong with my vehicle was also polite and thorough. That said, the actual pricing and billing left a bad taste in my mouth. The quote I received was $6,000, which was substantially higher than the $3,000-$4,000 estimates I received from several other reputable shops. I'm all for paying for quality work, but that kind of difference made me feel like I was being price gouged. What really pushed me over the edge, though, was the diagnostic fee. I was told it would be $160, which I agreed to. When I went to pay, the bill was over $190. When I called to ask why, I was told they "had to put some oil in the car to diagnose it." To me, that feels scammy. If you're going to charge more than the stated diagnostic fee, that should absolutely be communicated and approved beforehand. Adding extra charges without authorization--especially after I declined their high repair quote--felt wrong and unprofessional. Because of that lack of transparency, I wouldn't return and I wouldn't recommend the shop. Friendly people, yes--but the pricing practices made me lose trust in their integrity. This was a two-star experience for me.
