DON'T buy from this dealer. Bought a $75,000 car from them out of state and regret it. I paid for an enclosed trailer and the dealer didn't even bother to clean the car. Sent it to me filthy. I drove it for 100 miles and it broke down. So far it's over $12,000 in repairs. Called the dealer 3 times and they don't even respond or have anyone call back. Take your money elsewhere and I hope those reading this will stay away and that they lose more money for not fixing this issue. An unfortunate waste of time. Due to this dealership listing a vehicle for 5 plus days without any actual photos outside of stock images, I was drawn to come in to see a vehicle at the dealer. When I arrived I had an appointment that was set minimally 3 hours prior to showing up. When I got there I was slightly early but nothing crazy. The vehicle was shown to me in the condition the last owner dropped it off. The entire vehicle was a mess, so I couldn't even see if the paint was good all around due to the outside condition. The inside had obviously been not been touched either with both long human hair as well as pet hair. The stock photos also showed options that this model was not equipped with including a larger center display screen which attracted me to come see it, as well as the stock rims and tires which would have been better. This and a few other features made me willing to go slightly above my preferred price range. Sales staff was typical. My first contact Danny, was nice enough but his negotiating came off as snappy vs working towards a deal. I of course have since dealt with 3 "Sales Managers" which they seem to have a lot of to pass you around. Finally I got to Ozzy who seemed willing to make some cuts to pricing. They worked me to a point where I was pretty comfortable but just needed to see how it stacked up vs others models of the same caliber. I would have been prepared on that if they had just listed the vehicle as it was vs stock pictures that showed features that weren't there. I left the dealership that night to reconsider with new research based on ACTUAL options. With some concessions to my expectations, I called back to get finalized numbers and it was sent to me with original listed price in the details. I seriously thought it was just a misunderstanding at first, but they basically reneged on the arrangement we made the days prior. All clouded in some, "months end new deals" lip service, but this was the same month, 2 days. He said that the Dodge calendar includes the first and 2nd of January. Excuse me for not having the Dodge calendar on my refrigerator. Anyway, wasted time and no return trips to this place. They actually nearly made me miss another opportunity with a private seller in a day with their poor organization an ineptness. But in NV I'll save a few more thousand anyway on a private sale in taxes and still not be looped into their money traps like document fees, nitrogen tires fills, and GPS tracking scams. UPDATE: Chris the CCR has contacted me regarding this experience. We'll see if this is more about saving themselves from bad review or actually fixing the problem of not following through on an offer. read more

these guys are a joke I bought a 2018 Ram 3500 from them 3 months ago with 6k miles on it . I use the truck for work and my check engine light turned on at 27k miles which is still under warranty. My high pressure fuel pump went out and is returning metal shavings to the tank and this is what they said and I quote " Its because I put bad diesel fuel in it" so what they want me to do is pay $16,000 or call my insurance to pay it. what a joke . read more

I bought my car here 3 years ago, I definitely got screwed over with my loan & will end up paying twice as much as the car is worth. The service department is a joke, I have dealt with Greg, the "service manager", & I have had to take my car back 4 times within the last 6 months because they did not fix what they said they did. & these are things covered under a warranty that I have paid for. Every time the car has been brought in Greg says what was fixed in addition to other things that needed to be replaced under warranty & then says a list of other things that needs to be fixed (not under warranty) ranging from $500-$1100, I'm assuming that if you don't agree to allow them to fix these other things that they just don't fix anything at all. On one occasion when my transmission pan was supposed to be fixed, I went to get my tires rotated at another shop & the guy working on my car said it was still leaking, took it back to Greg & it was supposedly fixed. Took my car in for a oil change at a different shop & they said my transmission pan was STILL leaking!! Just took my car back for another oil change & they said the oil pan was leaking, took it in to Greg & he says they replaced it, guess what?!!! Took it back to the shop to ask them if it looked liked it was fixed & NOPE!! Looks the same!! UPDATE: Greg texted me to let me know that he seen my review & that they did not replace it they resealed it. What's the point of paying for an extended warranty when all they do is reseal instead of replace??!! Came to the dealer for a scat pack charger. After driving the car, I had a high pressure 'Sales manager' try to pressure me into making a deal. I told him I wanted to think about it. I left and texted the sales person to contact me on Thursday as I would be out of town Monday through Wednesday. When I did not get a call on Thursday, I contacted the dealer again and spoke to him who said I would be contacted on Friday at noon. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE... They're getting one star because my initial visit was ok. I took my 2018 Dodge Durango in for an oil change and dealt with Carina. She was personable and professional. I asked them to look into a "clicking" noise coming from the vents. The noise could be heard when I ran the heating or A/C. They diagnosed it as a bad blower motor and told me I would need to bring the car back in. That's when it all went south. I spoke to Amel/Amul (sp?). HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. When I first spoke to him, he said it would take 48 hours just to diagnose the problem (which had already been diagnosed). Then, when I showed up for my appointment he told me he would take my car in, let it sit for 2-3 days, then return to me having done nothing to it at all. I tried to tell him that the problem had already been diagnosed by his shop. He refused to listen to me. He was not helpful and condescending. I took my vehicle back to Findlay Toyota, where I bought it. They took it in, diagnosed the problem in less than 5 hours and returned the car back to me the next day. THIS IS WHY YOU HAVE 3 STARS. Don't believe the hype! They have a promotion to come in and test drive a car for a $50 gift card, but they don't give you the gift card. I did everything asked on my part, still have not received my gift card. Florencio response is he can't do anything about it. What kind of bs is that. The honorable thing for the dealership to to is resend another gift card but instead they aren't helpful at all after they ran my credit, waisted my time, and gave poor customer service experience! I have a challenger that's my pride and joy and didn't want to take it in repairs at any regular shop because I wanted superior service and knowledge of the mechanics straight from the manufacturer "Dodge" little did I know that I was getting the run around when asking for my breaks to be fixed since I was having issues and they felt loose and dangerous! After text msg and text msg and $1290.00 later I was told the car was ready for pick up! Next day I advised my service rep Almiera Andanar it was still not fixed and dropped it off again. 2 days later she telling me the senior tech spoke to Mopar and said now it's something else! Asking another $1350 more to fix!! I'm furious why I was allowed to drive it off the lot and leaving myself unsafe on the roads! I feel the service dept is fishing for reasons to fix my breaks and playing the guessing game and I just want honesty and my car working properly again !! Update 6/7/2017 I have received a comment saying to please call them to resolve my issue it has been over a week and they have yet to return my calls POS dealership hahaha Anyway here is a picture of my 2017 Altima SV midnight I walked away with 0% financing and towbin declined me for a dart hahaha Worst experience ever! Called yesterday to see if a car that was advertised on the paper was still available. It was. Drove 30 mins to go see it and was greeted by the sales women Brenda who had answered the phone. They sit us down take the trade information and she gets up and is about to walk away. I haven't even seen the vehicle yet at this point in which I've asked twice thus far to see it. She gets up says yes and runs to the back and I never saw her again... the floor manager jt comes up and starts taking to us saying I need a co signer.. that's ok I did the app online and got pre approved but told us they couldn't do anything until they call the bank in the morning... This is a matter of 3 hours only had face time for about 10 mins... turns out the sales lady went to sell a different guy a truck and never came back to check on us... finally get to see the car and test drive it down the street (not advertised car but similar) made a u turn and straight back to the dealership.. then got out and said you will hear from us in the morning... I just now texted jt to see if he's heard anything and he sends a jiberish text back... this is 4 in the afternoon!! Hopefully by writing a yelp review I will get a resolution to my situation. Purchased a brand new 2017 Dodge Durango with about 300 miles back in middle of April. It now has less then 1300 miles. I bought a new vehicle for a reliable family vehicle being my wife is 9 months pregnant due any day and we have two other children! I have reached out multiple times for this same issue Issue: On Friday got a low tire warning on the passage front tire. 1. Came in on Friday service department was closed wife spoke to the receptionist and she said there is nothing she can do. Very rude! 2. Drove in on Saturday morning and spoke to someone in service and she explained it was a faulty valve stem. She then said I would have to wait 3+ hours until they can fix it. Also explained During this time I also have noticed that all the other tires are all OVER inflated. Front tires are suppose to be 33psi rears are suppose to be 36psi. She said that is not of any concern??? Really??? Current psi of all other tires front driver 45psi, back drivers side 43psi, back passengers 47psi! I am not a tire expert but spoke to a reputable tire shop and they told me that over inflation could cause a valve stem to fail! Being my only family vehicle I was going to go home and drop the family off and right as I said that the lady came back out and asked how many miles I explained to her the mileage. She then told me that it would be a warranty issue and they couldn't do that until Tuesday? Really cause I'm not a paying customer now you don't want to do it so I have to wait an entire holiday weekend until you fix it? 3. I then left emailed my sales person that sold me the car and explained the situation on Saturday night. NO RESPONSE 4. Sunday night my wife was driving with our two kids and received a flat tire. Was able two fill up the tire on all low warning occasions. 5. Emailed my finance guy that did the papers with us. Sunday night. NO RESPONSE 6. Called Monday morning. Service department was closed for holiday. Spoke to receptionist again. Very rude! Asked to speak to a manager preferably a sales manager. She said the only manager in today is a finance manager. I asked if I could speak with her. Name was Jennifer the receptionist said. She transferred the call to a voicemail with a gentleman named James? Very odd? Called again and got the same rude attitude and transferred to the same James voicemail. I am very disappointed in the customer service of Towbin Dodge. Hopefully they can responded to me and resolve this issue before channel 13 calls me back. We will see what happens first!!!! Months ago we were sold a car and after having it for 2-3 weeks our "sales manager" calls and says we need to put another $20,000 down. When we refuse and reference the contract they show up to our home at 4 am and steal the car back & on top of everything damage our property and other vehicle. I made the mistake of coming here today to purchase a new ram and gladly took my business to Desert Superstore 215 upon seeing that Alin is still employed and selling cars. absolute WORST experience i've ever had in a dealership. traded in a car and the dealership agreed to do a 10 day pay off the trade in. the pay off was done almost a month late and was getting calls daily about how the late payment was my fault and the dealership refuses to acknowledge their fault in that. then they called me multiple times a day almost every day for a month having me come back to the dealership to bring pieces of mail in, sign more paperwork, etc. even though i was in the dealership for 7 hours when i traded in my car and got a new one. then after having the car for almost 3 months, i get a notice from a storage company saying that I'm being held liable for storage fees of the car that i had traded in months ago. I went into the dealership to speak with the GM and the people working would only let me speak with a finance person. I explained the situation to him and the man tried to tell me that they never sold my traded in car and to just ignore the letter, and was speechless when I pulled up a picture of my old car sitting on their lot with a price tag just a couple days before.
