I was taking my Suburban for all repairs to a shop in Spring, up until about last July. I was crushed to find out my mechanic was no longer at my usual spot. I don't just trust anyone with my truck, as I'm sure most people are the same when it comes to their vehicles. So I asked around, and heard some great stuff about Ultimate in Humble. I thought, Yay!!!! Some place close to home!!!! I took my truck over last August, met Ben.....the owner of Ultimate, and explained that my truck was leaking A LOT of oil from several places. I also explained that aside from having a large household, at that time this was the only vehicle we owned to get all 4 children & ourselves around. Ben & one of his employees looked everything over & promptly let me know the cost & the length of time it would take to have my truck fixed. I went ahead & got a rental car, even though he told me he would have me fixed up by the next day & ready to go. Had I arranged to have my truck to him earlier, I could've had it back that same day, but those of you that know me, know I move slow at times, lol. When I went back to pick my truck up the next day I was very much satisfied with the work they had done. Finally, NO MORE OIL DROPS IN MY DRIVEWAY!!!! I was also happy that Ben's employee let me know that I was going to need my rear differential changed out soon. Well, i wasn't exactly happy that I was going to have to have it replaced, but my last mechanic had told me the same thing a few months before, so it was nice to know that my entire truck was checked out without me having to mention that to them. He made me aware that I should have it taken care of as soon as I could, but didn't make me feel pressured to do it at that same time, or even through them for that matter. If it's one thing I can't stand, it's having someone make me feel pressured........especially on such a big job like that. That's the exact reason why I stopped going to the Chevy dealership to have work done. I took my truck back to Ultimate at the beginning of October due to a fuel pump issue & also had them change out the rear differential at that time. Now my truck is in great running order & I can't Thank Ben & the guys over at Ultimate enough for doing such a great job & getting me back on the road quickly. Regardless of how far out you may live from Humble, or if you are fortunate enough to already be in this neck of the woods, I HIGHLY recommend Ultimate for all your car repairs. They'll definitely get you fixed up in a timely manner & give you a great price, without all the pressure!!!!

However, he didn't push the other issues he just focused on the issue I came in for because I didn't have the extra money to fix the rest. The guys here are on their feet. To the owner, you've got the right people. The manager here is a little rough around the edges when he talked to me, but the mechanic who was on duty at the time called me Ma'am, and explained a lot of things about my car so I'll understand. I went here to get my air conditioning fixed, after leaving another place that told me it would…read morecost over a thousand dollars. Eric was very patient with me and he was able to determine that it was actually a fan that had gone bad. I wasn't a big fan of the price that I got for everything but I really needed my air conditioning fixed. I looked online and that specific fan is only $80, and I was charged over $200 for it. They did fix my issue, However, that same day my car stalled and would not startup, I had to get a tow truck to take me home. I went back to Eric's the next day to explain what happened and he said he would check it out. I ended up taking my car somewhere else and they determined that the newly installed fan was missing some plugs that were not plugged in causing a short in the ground wire making all my fuses get blown and causing a misfire. I had to pay over $500 to get the issue fixed, plus $240 for 2 tow truck trips. I won't say that I won't ever go here again, they DID fix my AC issue, however I would really recommend their mechanics double check their work when replacing new parts that have multiple plugs.
