Some may call it a small job but to me it was huge. I had my work done by a maxillofacial, oral surgeon by the name of Bernard Ian Krupp,DDS at the Krupp Center. I must say walking in I was fine and they made me feel very secure and trusting in them. However, once I sat in the chair the gitters started to kick in; the nurse knew it when I asked to use the bathroom. She said "hurry back and don't run out on us". ahhahahaahhahaha! It was so ironic because that is exactly what I was thinking almost like she was reading my mind. Just as well I know I wasnt the only one who has been like this. After the restroom i sat back down nervouslly. Once she place the mask on my face for sedation, I started to become more relaxed of coarse. Almost like I had a couple shots of vodka, lol. Oddly enough I never felt like I went to sleep, when I woke up I said to the surgeon "when am I suppose to fall asleep"? He started laughin and says, "were done Mr. Stephens". Well once it was over I felt so relieved that it was done and the process was successful. I have been following all the rules that the surgeon have set for me and the healing is coming along very well. Oddly, I have not had any swelling, which may be due to the amount of ice I have had on my face. Secondly, I have codeine, amoxicillin and ibuprofen that I have been taken. Ironically, with all these medications I'm taking I still feel normal; even after the surgery I was walking and talking regular. I just would like to say the Krupp Center is highly recommended not just by me but from other reviews. The dentist I visited prior to the Krupp Center informed me that they would have to break my jaw bone to remove the teeth because of how impacted it was (they were literally facing horizontal). The Krupp Center didnt take more than 30mins for the surgery and they didnt have to break my jaw bone. So if you or anyone you know needs to have their wisdom teeth removed inform them to take a look at the Krupp Center.

I have always had a fear of dentist because of past experiences which were very painful. I researched top dentist in Maryland and I came across Dr. Kuzmak, Towson View Dental Care and decided to give them a call and make an appointment. I was very nervous about the visit because I had two broken teeth with only the roots left in my gums. Upon my arrival I was meant by a warm and welcoming staff. Dr. Kuzmack himself came out to the waiting area to greet me and to offer me a bottle of water. That definitely helped take the edge off. He explained everything to me before he began the procedure. I always brace myself for the initial needle stick and deep burning that follows from the Novocaine... However to my surprise Dr. Kuzmack pulls out a device that he uses in conjunction with the needles that massages your gums during injection which helped to alleviate any pain! I was totally taken back that I did not feel ANY pain the entire procedure. No pain from the needle or the root extraction. They were casually talking about boyfriends and laughing. Second, a random employee (Nicki) was dismissive. I told Nicki that I wished to speak to Daniel. Nicki ignored me and tried to reach Daniel herself because she was having a hard time finding the plan I had already discussed w/Daniel. When Nicki could not find the "Fixed Installment Plan" I had discussed with Daniel, she profusely applogized. Confused and embarassed, I left and lied about coming back the next day. He listened to my history, performed and thorough examination, explained concerns and next steps in a clear and understandable manner. He didn't try to get me to consent to unnecessary treatment, as some dentist have in the past. He met me where I am and just a all around pleasant and professional dentist. I am a veteran, and at times using care in the community can be subpar. But I am excited to have been referred to this dental office because I will be receiving high quality care!

The receptionist kept calling my Carolyn even though my name is printed on all the electronic forms. This is really frustrating. I unknowingly was booked with a technician. Not only was she overagressive with use of a huge steel dental pick around my gum line and scraping areas that were sensitive she was heavily pregnant and kept putting her stomach on either my shoulder or head during the exam. That is totally inappropriate to touch a patient like that. Also the last time I was there for a repair (I had a weird chip on my front tooth) Dr Bakir fixed it with something called a film and not bonding. It literally looks clear. That was also inappropriate. I probably will end up scheduling elsewhere next time.

I was so nervous when I had my first visit but Linda and everyone made me feel so comfortable. They took me on a tour of the place and told me what each room was for. They explained everything they were going to do and asked me if I was ok along the way. Their techniques and machinery are state-of-the-art and they even have cable-tv so you can watch while you're in the chair! I have been for the sedation dentistry, regular cleanings and ZOOM! teeth whitening and I now can say I am totally comfortable with going to dentist! I love the way my teeth look and feel and I really like everyone that works there. They also are going to help my fiance out with a mouth-guard to help with sleep-apnea in the near future. I would recommend this place to everyone! If you are afraid of the dentist, check this place out, it was alittle steep in price but they work with you. (anything is better than going back to the run-of-the-mill dentist)

The receptionists at the front desk are polite. as well as his dental assistant! The office is very modern and professional looking. I had my first appointment with Dr. nasserifar today. I was…read morea little nervous at first because she looks very young. But i was surprised to learn, she has been a dentist for years. In the past I had a terrible dentist (he had 20+ years of experience) after him i found a great one which i stayed for years. Finding a good dentist can be very hard, because you dont know what you really need lol, and have to trust them 100%. Her dental assistant was very knowledgeable and was really nice to me (im not the easiest patient lol), she spent so much time to explain everything, and didn't make me feel like she was in a rush (even though they had other patients). Then i saw dr. nasserifar, such a beautiful young, talented dentist. She has a great personality, but most importantly she was very gentle, and very detailed in her work. It wasn't hard to tell, she doesn't come to work to just make money, she truly loves what she does. I highly recommend her.

She took time to be certain of the quality and completion of work. She is always polite and caring. I feel the work was performed in a timely fashion.
