Made a last minute reservation here , and it turned out to be fantastic choice. Super clean, modern, and very spacious accommodations. The bathroom and shower are super nice . I didn't realize we were getting a room with a kitchenette. It's really nice !! Wish our stay was A bit longer here , but still happy we get to go home soon :) Friendly staff , free parking , free breakfast!

The room sleeps 4, so the kitchen included 4 of everything.

Great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. I made the reservation for July 2nd, but my husband's surgery was moved up to the 1st. They were very accommodating and switched the reservation date. Upon leaving, I called down to ask for a late check out and they offered an extra hour. It was very helpful. We stayed in room 301. It was really big. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was huge. There was an extra mirror in the closet. It helped me to be able to put on my makeup while my daughter was in the shower. The breakfast was delicious. Spinach & Cheese Mini Quiche, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, waffles, oatmeal with 8 different toppings, fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels, toast, english muffins, and cold cereal. Im gold we chose to stay here. It made a stressful situation more manageable.

    Business trip souvenir: forehead bruise.

The room had amazing blackout curtains and a shade screen to help protect from the sun's heat. The AC worked super well and ran all night (it is very loud but provides great white noise for those who enjoy that). The beds were comfortable and had soft down pillows on them. A couple wall plugs in our room didn't work, but there were ample plugs around the room. The shower pressure was a little weak. Logging into WiFi was a bit challenging, but they provided us with a promotional code after we tried the traditional login process a few times without success. It was really easy to get ahold of the front desk quickly by dialing zero from the room phone.

I…read morewanted to preface this that I've stayed at many Townplace Suites/Springhill Suites/Residence Inn's and am used to the extended-stay properties, and I mention that because I don't expect the type of service and amenities as a fancier property. The services at this Residence Inn got the job done. - The units are in outdoor townhouse style units as opposed to in one big building. - The room was clean, nothing broken. I used the stove and kitchen supplies to cook to keep my food costs lower. - I didn't opt in for housekeeping but I could always get supplies (e.g. toilet paper) with a call to the front desk. - I brought my small dogs and they have a grass area dogwalk-type path in the back of the units which was convienient. I like the dog-friendliness of these extended stay hotels. - Their complementary breakfast with some hot items, yogurt, granola, cereal, toast/pastries wasn't out of this world but got the job done. This place is right in the heart of Downtown Arcadia and there are plenty of food and drink options within walking distance (like Lan Noodles). The location in Arcadia is easy to get around in the San Gabriel Valley as wel as access the major freeways. The main thing I wanted to mention is on my stay, we forgot an item in our room, a handheld theragun massage tool. I realized it after we already got back to the Bay Area and called the hotel, the GM Izzy said she's check, and 30 minutes later I got a call back that they found it. Izzy put me in touch with her Assistant Manager Mary Jean and said if we paid for a UPS Shipping Label and sent it to them, they would pack up our item so it could get to us. That kind of customer service is a little bit above and beyond so I appreciate they were so helpful because it's easy for things to get lost or thrown away by accident in a cleanup. I think we'll consider staying there again, it also depends on timing and cost.

This was our first time staying at this particular Embassy Suites location, and unfortunately, the…read moreoverall experience was disappointing, especially compared with other Hilton properties we've stayed at. The service wasn't necessarily bad, but nothing about it was particularly memorable or welcoming. At other locations, we've typically been offered complimentary bottles of water, but here we had to ask for them. When we did, the gentleman at the front desk asked for our room number, which seemed a little odd for something as simple as water. That ended up being just the tip of the iceberg. As soon as we got settled into our room, we noticed a foul, mildew-like odor in the living room area. The breakfast area also wasn't being kept very clean. There were crumbs and food debris throughout the area, and it was pretty apparent that no one was consistently keeping up with the tables and general cleanliness while guests were eating. I was also surprised by the $200 deposit, as that's not something we've encountered during our stays at several other Hilton properties. What made the experience even stranger was the amount of emphasis on tipping despite how disorderly things felt. There were QR code table tents encouraging tips, additional tipping information in the room, and even a physical tip jar prominently displayed in the breakfast area. I have no issue tipping for good service, but having so many reminders asking guests to tip while the dining area itself wasn't being properly maintained felt a little tone deaf. One other thing that really stood out: breakfast closes at 10:30, but if guests are already inside and still eating, why close the doors around them? It came across as tacky and made the experience feel unnecessarily unwelcoming. Closing breakfast service at the designated time is completely understandable, but guests who are already seated should be allowed to finish without feeling like the place is being shut down around them. Overall, the entire stay just felt weird and unorganized. Having stayed at several Hilton properties before, we expected a more polished and hospitable experience from Embassy Suites. Unfortunately, this location fell noticeably short of that.

The list can go on and on. Checked in with Victor at the front desk and he was somewhat pleasant, I wanted to use my Triple A card and he wouldn't budge at all. I don't know if he is aware of the benefits of Triple A or not, but didn't accept my card. Moving forward with the rest. I was staying here on the 28th of May and checked out on the 31st of May. Needed to get away from my crazy ass neighbors and it was also work related. Victor was helpful in some areas. I told him that I need a room that is quiet, and he suggested 9th floor room #913. Walked into the room and everything was just super comfortable. My window was facing the beautiful mountains. Had way too many restaurants within walking distance. Amenities are: big TV that actually had my name on it, welcoming me into the hotel, mini fridge, I asked for a microwave(upon request), and by the time I came back from dinner, the microwave was already there. King size bed, standard size couch with a small round table and a leg rest. Big closet along with lots of drawers, and iron/ironing board, a laundry facility on the 2nd floor, the Bistro restaurant that kind of had weird hours. I'll get to that in a minute. Had a coffee machine with all the belongings that comes with it, gym(open 24/7),restrooms all around. Inside the lobby, around the pool and jacuzzi area, had a mini market with a lot of late night snacks from Ramen, Chips, Cookies, Frozen Food, Beverages and also a microwave for their guests. It had a Banquet hall and also a couple of meeting rooms. The entire hotel along with the lobbies, were super clean. Had a blow dryer, clean, crisp towels in the bathroom and the cutest shower curtain that I have ever seen inside a hotel's restroom. It looked like a bridal dress from the 50's 60's era. That cute. Presure of the water was not that good. Understandable, they are conserving water. Restaurant was fairly a large size with great people working there with FANTASTIC HOSPITALITY. They also had a small menu to choose from. Had breakfast and dinner.Ate there twice. Great, affordable prices. Also for Starbucks lovers, they have coffee. They don't have room service which was ok with me, you place your order on your app, or on the phone, go downstairs and pick it up. Special thanks to Meg, one of the most cheerful, upbeat, full of love and energy who works in the restaurant. Rosie was nice too. Bed, pillows, sheets were very comfortable.A/C was working perfectly. They also had a desk and a chair. Tried both their unique pools, and the jacuzzi. Both very clean and everything was SUBLIME!!! Free parking, Free Wi-Fi, had extra pillows and blanket inside the closet. Restaurant hours were weekdays 6AM-10AM. Weekends 7AM-11AM. Don't have lunch, only dinner that opens from 5PM-10PM. Full bar & 2 elevators that were working perfectly.. Appreciate all of you. Would like to extend my thanks to Victor, Will, Lily, Meg, Rosie, Evan, and Carl. I checked in after 10 PM and checked out before 10 AM--I simply needed a place to rest after a seven-hour drive and to shower and prepare for the service. After returning home, I reviewed my charges and noticed an additional $5.00 fee on top of the room rate. When I called the front desk to inquire, I was told the charge was for water in the room. I explained that I did not use the water and that it was still there when I checked out. I also shared that I have a photo, as I make it a habit to record a video of the room upon departure for my records. I was then asked to provide a photo with a clearly visible date and time stamp so it could be forwarded to a manager for review. Given the amount of money I have spent with Hilton, it is disappointing to feel as though my honesty is being questioned over such a minor charge. This is not about the $5.00--it is about the principle. I am being charged for something I did not use. If that level of proof is required from guests, it would only be fair for the hotel to provide similar documentation showing the item was missing upon my departure. That expectation would clearly be unreasonable, which is exactly my point. I was told a manager would contact me directly, but I have not received any follow-up. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service, accountability, and respect shown in this situation.
