I have stayed at this property before and am a lifetime titanium member of Marriott with over 2000 lifetime stays. The GM (Jaimie?) refuses to even return a call (3 messages 5 attempts over 72 hours) regarding a cancellation due to a medical emergency (a pending death) in my family next week. I am not coming and the room is available but this GM refuses to even return a call to discuss cancellation. Unfortunately, this was booked in Dec 2025 on Booking.com, but the property can Choose to refund. So as a 40 plus-year member of Marriott and with future trips to Midland, they have lost me and my EE's business forever to Hilton due to an unprofessional GM. Do yourself a favor and avoid this property when staying in Midland. I certainly will on my next trip to the basin. read more

Rm 130 had a strong cooking odor. Spraying air fresher by the front desk didn't help. Even housekeeping won't be able to fix it. The bathroom doesn't have a fan. The room was clean. read more

Do yourself a favor and don't stay in this hotel. The hotel management is unhelpful and unprofessional. When we checked in we opted in for housekeeping in the app and we asked about it. They told us they would come every other day but they never showed up. After 4 days ( no clean towels, coffee, or empty trash) I specifically requested housekeeping. But still after that they never showed up. I had to go request towels and coffee myself. The worst thing is that after all that I requested a late check out and they told me they couldn't give it to me because of the housekeeping schedule!!!! unbelievable right??? The worst customer service! On top of that wifi didn't work at all throughout our stay ( except in the lobby). Room was ok but the tiles in the bathroom floor were cracked and wobbly. The staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was pretty good and the attendants were helpful and sweet.

The check in was fast, friendly and convenient which is the reason for the 2 stars. The pictures show mold in the bathroom that they just painted over to cover up versus removing it. When I poked at it the wall sounded like it would cave in if I used a tad more force. If this is black mold like I suspect it is then it is very deadly to customers who stay here. It looked renovated but only partially to what they thought needed to be renovated I assume since the mold is still there. This needs to be fixed or someone could get severely sick or die. read more

This hotel did the trick for a nights stay I was very disappointed to see that the pool was out of service. It was one of the main reasons we stayed here which is why I am withholding one star. The breakfast in the morning is complimentary but very basic and nothing is hot (due to Covid protocol I would imagine) but still very much appreciated! The small kitchen was also nice to have! It even had a dishwasher and full size fridge. Felt clean enough, just older and rooms are probably due for a few updates but overall a nice place! Awesome staff! The front desk personnel are Friendly! The rooms are clean and no prob with internet! They have a business center too! Not only do you get a free breakfast every day, but Monday through Wednesday free dinner! The gals working in the kitchen area go above and beyond! They serve some pretty unique flavored waters! My favorite was cucumber melon! The gym has free weights, treadmill and recumbent bike! It is clean and cool with fresh towels, Lysol wipes and towels! Can't beat the location! Well in all,our travels across the west from Ca to Louisiana and back which we have done yearly for many many years this was our best experience of all! Staff was efficient and friendly, hotel and room were spotless, breakfast was the best ever with a big variety to choose from (included in the room rate). The room is equipped like we have never seen before...full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer, coffee, dishes etc. coffee bar in the lobby was fab. There are gathering spots near the entrance with a large bar with multiple TVs. . Parking was easy and freeway access very close! The heater, and AC were efficient and quiet. Beautiful big shower with supplies All at a very reasonable rate! . Could not ask for anything more! Will return next week. Our only worry is that they will get toooo busy and we may have a difficult time getting rooms in the future. read more

As Bonvoy Titanium members we see a lot of hotels. This is the worst Bonvoy property we have experienced. The one lady on the desk is seldom at the desk. She didn't have a list of nearby restaurants. Said there aren't many, except for fast food. The A/C heating unit barely works. Although the thermostat says it's 76, it's cold in here. And the unit is really noisy with bumping and clanging. Bathroom fan is very noisy with metal on metal clanging. Room seems clean. read more

This is a pretty standard Townplace Suites location and everything worked during my stay. There's lots of hotel choices in Midland and there are new ones being built all the time. There were two under construction right outside the hotel. The room and lobby were nice and clean. The internet worked well. The free breakfast was decent and there were a few hot choices that rotated the couple of days my group stayed here. This location is one of my company's preferred hotels and I'd gladly stay here again. read more

The rooms are nice and spacious, but our room 431 was HOT and there wasn't any way we could change the thermostat. It said it was blowing cool, but would only come on intermittently throughout the night. The front desk did offer to give us a different room but we were already settled in. That's the only reason for the three stars, oh and there were some wires dangerously exposed (glad we didn't have small children). Other than that, I would stay again. read more

This is one of the newer hotels by the stadium (with more on the way). But it's been around long enough that I can't believe I am the first to review? It's a very spacious hotel. The hallways are extremely wide. It's 4 stories, and they have 2 elevators which is a plus. The rooms are comfortable complete with a kitchenette. There is a very well laid out work area with good power accessibility. They have a pay bar during the nightly manager's special which you can make into a meal if you wish. The free breakfast includes plenty of options from fresh fruit, cereals, and freshly made eggs, bacon, etc. The gym is good for the caliber hotel. It's spacious with several cardio options and free weights. This is my new go to place when in the area. read more

Stopped in to see if this was the hotel to stay at and Erika at the front desk was an awesome concierge. She made us feel very welcomed and accommodated our needs every time we asked. Rooms are very spacious and kept at a very good temp as you walk in. Nice kitchenette included. Rooms are for the most part very quite and not much noise gets through or I assume leaves the room. Would have easily been 5 Stars, but the breakfast area was not big enough. Pretty good though, as it was full breakfast. I will definitely stay again and again if all this stays the same. 4.5Stars from me. read more

We don't get to have breakfast at usual times because we work from 1 AM to 8 AM. So we tried to get some left over cereal that was left in the lobby and we succeeded but I ended up dropping my plate of it, so I cleaned up and went back to replace my cereal. The ladies ended up closing the area off so we couldn't get in and I told them if I could please get more because I'll be leaving to work soon and they said no. I said please, I work off hours so technically this is my breakfast. They still said no. That really killed my experience here. I have stayed several times and always receive amazing customer service. Rooms are big, complimentary breakfast offers a good variety of choices. The lady at the front desk called me by name anytime I would come downstairs. Lots of new restaurants and a new HEB right by the hotel, which is nice since the rooms have a full size fridge. read more

No wonder this place is a level 1 Marriott. Horrible hospitality from the staff. They denied several hungry guests breakfast because the employee said she didn't want to get fired for going a minute past 9:30am. Unpleasant check in. The linen was not changed between customers. They are obviously cutting corners at the expense of their customers. Then to add insult to injury they made me come down to the front desk to pick up the clean linen which I later found out was the wrong size. We stayed at this motel for one night as we were traveling home to central Texas from Santa Fe.This is a modern, clean property. The rooms are quite spacious. Our room featured a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, and microwave. Dishes and utensils were provided along with a dishwasher, which would have been fantastic for a longer stay. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. We don't get out this way too often, but I'd gladly book a room here again. read more
