I was taken care of by Saffron who was very efficient, gentle and detail oriented during the process . The atmosphere of the salon is very calm , with nice ambiance music . The stations were neat and clean and frequently sanitized . I love the variety of nail polish colors they offer , from sheer to nude to vibrant . read more

Came back for a second appointment after loving my first gel manicure. Sadly the second time was rushed which led to super sloppy, uneven, with polka dots that are not uniform. I thought it was industry standard to create a polka dot design with dots that are at least the same size. My nails look so amateur I would have gotten the same results, or better, from a "low-scale" nail salon. I had to ask the nail tech multiple times to fix the edges but as you can see they're still so uneven and bumpy. I guess it's roulette with your nail tech /: for a luxury nail salon proceed with caution! I will not be back after this experience. I also emailed 4 days ago with no reply. The first bad experience at their Beverly Hills location. See the photo on the first experience. They poked too hard with the cuticle pusher and she cut under my nail. The polish was also uneven. Disappointing. The second bad experience at their West Hollywood location. I tried to give them another try but this place sucks and it's expensive. It definitely won't survive in LA. I don't know how they have good reviews lol it's like they hired techs still in cosmetology school but the prices are high and they promote a luxury experience. I had an appointment and still waited about 10 mins. This is my second time here after a bad first experience at the Beverly Hills location. This time my pedicure and gel manicure didn't go well again. The pedicure nail polish was poorly applied. I informed them the polish was uneven and didn't look smooth. The gel manicure was the merengue color and the polish was not even on my right thumb. I told the manager and all she said was "I appreciate your feedback." Even though the service was bad they still tried adding a tip and I removed it. Horrible experience again and never coming back. Makes sense why the place empty for being in a prime location in West Hollywood. read more

Absolutely obsessed with Townhouse Nail Salon's newest West Hollywood location! From the moment I walked in, I was in love. The interiors are gorgeous: think light peach marble everywhere, soft curves, and the most aesthetic, chic vibe. The curvature of the nail bar is such a standout: it gives the whole space this elevated, architectural feel. It's truly modern luxury. Check-in was super smooth and fun: it almost felt like checking into a boutique train station in Europe. Totally unexpected, and totally delightful. I got the luxury gel pedicure. Helena was my nail tech and she was exceptional. So gentle, meticulous, and truly collaborative. She asked me multiple times how I was feeling, if I liked my nail shape, and took such care when shaping my toenails that I literally felt 10 pounds lighter. She was that good. And the foot massage was so relaxing. It felt like she was sculpting tiny works of art. Cindy the manager also helped me pick the most fun and flattering color combo: it was like having a personal color stylist! There's a parking structure connected to the building so no circling the block, no street meter stress: just park and go. If you've been thinking about booking, do it. Don't wait. I honestly don't understand how this place has any good reviews, because my experience was beyond frustrating. The quality of their products is terrible. My polish started peeling just a couple of days after each visit. I ended up having to go back THREE separate times to get fixes, only for the same thing to keep happening. It felt like an endless cycle of wasted time and money. What made it even worse is that you can't even call to make an appointment or reach anyone. There's no way to communicate issues unless you physically go back, which I had to keep doing. It's incredibly inconvenient and honestly unacceptable for a business like this. By the end of it, every single nail had peeled, leaving my nails extremely weak, damaged, and sometimes even raw. I've never had my nails in worse condition after going to a salon. The only positive thing I can say is that the nail technicians themselves were very sweet and professional. They actually seemed just as frustrated with the situation and the quality of the products as I was, which makes me feel bad for them. But unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the overall experience. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning. read more

I've never met such a collectively rude group of nail techs. the entire experience was super unpleasant, came in as a group and while the booking is hard to begin with the staff answered our questions with lots of attitude. I understand not bending the rules, but they were very snappy and all seemed in a rush to finish our services, one of the nail techs completely gave up on our group and proceeded to start to shut the store early even though we were well within opening hours and kept complaining how tired she was. they really just want to over charge for every additional ask and the only option we had was a simple polish, almost as if they were deciding for us what we should get instead of what we wanted. it was frustrating as we came in for a relaxing experience and instead left with a sour taste. read more

LOVED IT!! It felt so luxurious, everyone was so nice and they did an amazing job on my nails! I went to get a mani pedi for my wedding, I showed Sophia two inspo pics and asked her if she could combine the two designs for me. She said no problem, told me her plan and made sure I was ok with it and the final result looked better than the pictures! I went into the salon a little apprehensive because of course I want my nails to look perfect for my wedding day and I left feeling so relieved, and beautiful. Sophia is so talented, she hand painted the designs and exceeded my expectations. She was very kind as well and a joy to talk to. I got so many compliments on my nails and how intricate the design looked. She did such a good job, the flowers she painted looked like lace. And it didn't even take her long! Another thing I really appreciated was that for the nail extensions, they used Gel X and NO SHAVERS, just trimmed my cuticles and buffed my nails a little. I had to take the nails off myself for work about a week later unfortunately but good thing is that my nails still feel thick and healthy. Not weak and easy to break like at other salons I've been to. Markeisha was another tech who helped me. Her personality really brightened the salon and made the experience there even better. She painted my toes perfectly, the experience at the salon overall was just perfect. I wouldn't want to go to any other salon now. read more

This is by far the worst manicure I have ever had. The girls who did it were lovely! I hate to leave them any type of bad review. They were friendly and I'm sure they know what they're doing. Perhaps bad product. I'm not sure. But I had a manicure on Sunday and by Wed I had two chips. (This never happens with gel). I came back in on the following Sunday and they fixed it. Today is Tuesday and I have yet another chip!!! Unfortunately, I will never return. I've NEVER experienced gel polish chipping like this. I typically only have to have it replaced because it's growing out. And as much as I hate to say it I will discourage friends from coming to this business. I was hoping for elevated product and experience overall. This business did not deliver. :( read more
