Ever since switching to EcoGen, the difference has been night and day. I still see the occasional scorpion here and there, but the key thing is ..they're already dead. That alone tells me their treatment is actually working. I'm not sure what they're using in their spray, but whatever that active ingredient is... don't change it. Seriously. Because I've seen other companies switch things up and everything goes downhill after that. So far, this has been extremely effective and consistent. If you're dealing with scorpions, this is the first company that actually made a real difference for us. Highly recommend!

Not only did he protect my house from the pigeons that have called it home for the last few years, he also pressure washed and cleaned all the area of the roof from pigeon droppings. Added grates and spikes to prevent them from coming back and even cleaned up any droppings left from the pigeons roosting. And I don't just mean spray off the concrete. He even dug in the dirt and rocks to get as much out as possible and cleaned up the front yard area where there was droppings! He also tidied up some shoddy work from the company that installed my solar panels. His pricing was fair and addressed all the possible future locations pigeons might want to roost to ensure they will be gone for good! Cannot recommend Amos enough!

He was very honest about the situation: the birds are perching on the edge and fly into the runoff from the jacuzzi to the tub. Amos mentioned that he could make a device to deter them, or use a brick to do so. We opted for the brick for the aesthetics Amos was very quick about getting back to me, he texted me about the roof, which he said wasn't bad, we would just need to block off the water from the hot tub to the pool. Glad to get such honest service an and great customer service.

As an owner of 42 rental properties, I couldn't be any more pleased to finally have come across a Pest Control Company that finally could take care of our problems. 40 of my units are multi-family. Don't forget we live in a arid environment! Summers are when the bugs thrive. We had a former service that came monthly, did a wham-bam spritz and it seemed we were always chasing the problem. Thanks to my property manager, Lyle Townsend and his staff came into our lives and he had his work cut out for him this summer ( 2015), and we finally got on top of the problems we had once and for all. Lyle's been in the business too long to do slip-shot work. He demands excellence and makes our tenants remove all items from the kitchen cabinets and perimeter of their units. If there was an infestation, he has a fogger to get into all nooks and crannies. He uses the state of the art chemicals that are non-evasive to people and pets. It just leaves a dry film which is micro-encapsulated. I couldn't be any more pleased to have Townsend Pest Control on board at our apartment units and all my rental properties. My tenants are happily satisfied as well. I'm more than happy to highly recommend Lyle and his team to make you live bug free. read more

Have been using Lyle for a couple years now. We had a scorpion problem at our house and chose Townsend Pest Control because of their background and history. Wasn't even a day and already had several dead scorpions in the garage. On a different occasion, I had mice around our new house so I called Lyle. He immediately came over and set up mouse traps for the garage. We weren't even paying for that service, but he still came to the house and set them up free of charge. The service (I do monthly although you can do whatever you want since there are no contacts) is second to none and I will always be using them. One of Lyle's employees, John, is my usual technician. Have absolutely no clue how to run his business. He even begged me to come work for him..... offered me crazy money....hired a temp worker as a office manager who legally cant work for him because he is contracted to another employment agency??? CANCEL YOUR CONTRACTS WITH LYAL!!!!! he can not keep employees due to his wife being childish and I guess she runs the company but from afar....does not offer Healthcare or treats his employees well can only hire all males due to his wife jealousy issues. Be aware when hiring him as he does have a great team I just dont agree with him and the way he does things personally. Needs to retire and let someone younger to run the company. Their is a reason why his former female workers are suing the owner of this company.....be aware. read more

I really feel good about supporting local small businesses; especially one as good as Townsend Pest Control. I moved to Henderson, NV 2 months ago from southern California and knew the last thing I wanted to see was desert scorpions at my new home. Townsend does a real thorough job. First time here they were inside and outside the house. (Even did the attic!) So far I've spoken with both Doug and Lyle. Good guys that know their business. I'm now on a monthly maintenance program and haven't seen any pests at all! If you want honest, reasonable, personalized service, I highly recommend Townsend Pest Control. Just moved to Henderson from Summerlin. We noticed ants in the house and outside by the pool! I looked on Yelp and found these guys. I decided to give them a call. They answered immediately and I was able to schedule them for the very next day! Doug was very polite and explained everything! He was very thorough! I have never had an exterminator take so much care and make sure they sprayed so well. Doug was great and covered everything! I highly recommend these guys for all of your extermination needs! We moved to Henderson 5-1/2 months ago. I found Townsend on line and have found Lyle Townsend to be reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He has created a solution that works and doesn't bother my husbands asthma. We had roaches showing up this Summer and had concerns regarding Scorpions. After using his services on a monthly basis, we have not seen any Scorpions and when we see the outside roaches, they are always dead, even if they make it to the garage. Fast forward two years later to today, another issue popped up. Joe came out to just do an inspection and found some issues. Being we just called for an inspection he was not able to do treatments right at that moment. Joe left and 45 minutes later Joe returned with another worker and they did an amazing job. Joe and his helper inspected the entire house from top to bottom, wall to wall and did some treatments and set a plan for followup. I cannot say enough about this company, their responsiveness, their thorough inspection, their communication, their total desire to help. Karen in the office is sweet and companionate as can be.
