To cut down on cost we ordered the parts and was willing to pay for labor cost. The prices we got, some was saying "stick em up " others were reasonable. But as time flew by the tone of each mechanic were either silent or up there prices on us. Moving to yesterday I reached out to 5 more mechanics from Google read the reviews and dialed (also text) nothing responses. Something told me let's try yelp especially since I'm an elite helper why not. We came across Mike, within minutes we got a reply and an amazing price. He came same day took out the old Compressor and installed the new one. The work was very professional and very honest person. He is definitely knowledgeable of what he is doing and what is needed. He gained a new customer and we're scheduling our next thing needed for our vehicle. He is what the world is missing an honest mechanic that is for the people not robbing the people. Barcadi's team quickly sourced and replaced the starter, and noticed the brakes were in desperate need of pad replacement. The total price was not bad at all! I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. However, a month later I am having to replace one of the parts he installed which all of the parts were HEAVILY marked up when I compared my receipt to autozone prices. He charged me $80 and my local mechanic charged me $25 and its on Autozone for $27. The radiator was marked up by over $200 when I looked today. He said the part is covered under warranty but labor is not to redo what was not operational a month later and I have to pay another $300 to correct the work. I took my vehicle to a local shop and they did testing for free and said they recommended i call him to see if it was under warranty which seems like good business practices so i did and the warranty policy doesnt cover labor so it doesn't make sense for me to go back to him to correct work. The part he installed, he claimed was Chrysler but it was actually MotoRad, an independent company. See photos for my services, the response I got which i personally found very offensive. I chose to not even deal with this for the $40 because I feel the community should beware and hopefully I can save someone else from a bad experience.
