My husband really wanted to write a review so here it is: this TP Tea location is clean and spacious, easy place to meetup at. The music is too loud inside and there is an entrance from the road that can be mistaken for an exit, but there is no way to leave from that direction without risking getting in a car crash.

This place just recently opened and it was very crowded when we went. We came on a Sunday around 4 PM and waited about 30 minutes from walking in to getting our order. The store is clean and nicely decorated, though it could use a little more seating. The boba was really good and had a soft, chewy texture. The drinks were yummy overall, and the mango tea was a favorite. It had fresh mango pieces in it which made it extra refreshing. Parking is limited and many people were using the AT&T spots nearby. I think the long wait was probably because the store is still new. We will have to come back again and see if the wait time improves.

I visited during their grand opening this weekend. There was a line out the door because of the BOGO event, but it moved quickly. Velvet Osmanthus Milk Tea with Boba is a good drink, floral, not too sweet; I rate the boba 4/5 stars, it seems a bit smaller than regular boba, the texture is great, but not sweetened enough when I get a big mouthful. Strawberry Milk Tea is very fruity and quite tart, though too sweet for me at 80% sweetness. I also got 3 small egg pancakes to try. They are alright, inside the soft, outside wasn't too crispy. Tip: the parking lot is tiny, so best is to park across the street or further down the street when they are busy.

I'm glad another quality chained boba store has opened in Tukwila/Southcenter area! There's no need to go to DT or Bellevue for it anymore especially now that another competitor also opened around the region not long ago as well. The location is new, so the interior design is modern and clean. Imo while the design if nice, since it's fairly open concept from the kitchen as well as the music, it gets quite loud imo to hang out. Tea is great, staffs are young and friendly as well.

TP Tea is one of my favorite boba spots is around the Greater Seattle area. I went during the BOGO special on their grand opening. It is located in it's own building and there is a small lot but I would say that it could be hard to find parking. The interior is really nice and there's a decent amount of seating on the interior. I'm definitely coming here for my boba if I'm in the area. Staff: Nice (5/5) Sanitation status: Really clean (5/5) Strawberry Milk Tea (5/5) This drink is a slushy type drink where they blend some strawberries with the milk tea. There are some seeds inside the drink if you're not a fan then beware. It has a refreshing taste of fruit if you're also looking to get a milk tea. Egg Cake (3.5/5) The egg cake was alright, it wasn't exactly crispy on the outside it was kind of like the taste of a waffle, I was expecting something similar to a bubble waffle but it was different.

we tried TP tea over the weekend and the service was quick and friendly. it took awhile to look over the menu, and the staff was very patient and willing to help. i ended up getting the taro matcha latte 80% sweetness. it was the perfect amount of sweet and the taro was a nice touch! i loved that it was a fresh mix of taro. i could've added maybe an extra bit of matcha, but overall, i would definitely come back here to try their other drinks. there's some seats and tables set up in a big open space, and surrounded by windows. a cute little day cafe or quick pick up spot. :) parking is a bit tight but doable! note: it says dogs are allowed on their yelp page. i brought my pup in to order and while i waited. not sure how pet friendly they really are, but nobody objected and there are no signs stating pets are not allowed!

Very easy to miss so make sure you turn into the AT&T parking lot to get here. They have self-order kiosk as well as someone at the front desk to take your ordered as well. Very clean and modern inside. There isn't a lot of seating though. It got quite busy after we went around 8PM Friday night. Service was quick! I do think their drinks are more on the sweeter side so I'd probably lessen the sugar level next time. Sea salt crema mango tea was good but also thought it was mango tea was very sweet. Their teas are also pretty strong imo. I ordered the sea salt crema wintermelon tea once and my heart was racing and I almost did zoomies after I drank it lol.

TP tea opened up this year right by south center and the drinks were all good and solid. I also like how they have QQ noodles which is an interesting topping that not many other chains carry. My only gripe is that the location is kind of wonky. If you're heading south on Southcetner Pkwy, it's a little difficult to cut across the right lane and then immediately turn into the plaza. Other than that, solid spot for tea.

Good tea! The mango flavor felt a little weird to me, but the boba was nice and chewy. I liked that they have a self-order kiosk, which makes it easy to order. Went around 8 PM and didn't have to wait long to get my drink.

The drinks were alright The service was good and convenient The location can be easy to miss so look out for that

    Brown sugar boba

New boba shop in town so I had to try it. I ordered their brown sugar boba with milk and pearls and it was amazing, I could've ordered 2 if I knew it was that good. I normally don't order brown sugar boba because it's not my favorite but I wanted to try it at this spot to check if it was different than the places I've tried and it is, I really like it. Downside to it is the wait time, we waited about 20 mins for 2 drinks, it wasn't that busy when we went but there were people who were ordering multiple drinks or they probably ran out of boba. Also their parking and location of the place sucks, they should've chosen a different area in Tukwila. But overall I would go back to this place.

I saw a few posters for this in Terminal D and the Filipino flavors were what got me! The perfect…read morespot to grab a bite to eat before a flight, especially if you're in need of a coffee fix and the Starbucks line is insane. Unlike Starbucks, they actually have legit ube flavor (and other Filipino flavors like pandan and turon) for their drinks. I got an ube matcha (super delish, tho in the future I'd ask for less sweet) and a spam musubi (wrapped in plastic wrap, which makes it the perfect airport snack to eat without having to touch it with your hands). It's a little out of the way tucked near Gate 21, but I'd definitely take the short detour if you have the time for some yummy treats!

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #109…read more I was not expecting much out of Neighborhood Bubble Tea and Cafe - Boba in an airport in the US? No way it could be any good! But on a recent trip to Nashville, we decided to trudge all the way over from the A-gates to give this place a try. This shop is tucked away in the side arm of the D-gate area, making it much less crowded than the main walkway in the terminal. There are two ways to order - firstly via the kiosk (no line when we visited) and secondly in person (a line of 5 or 6 people). Black Milk Tea w/ Boba ($8) - I ordered via kiosk to save time and totally blanked on the fact that it doesn't allow ice or sugar level adjustments. Just as I went to pick up the drink about 5 minutes after my order, I thought about this fact and started worrying about the sugar levels. At 100% sweet, I typically find most other boba shops cloyingly sweet. This place, fortunately, uses cane sugar, so the sweetness is more mellow and not as grating. Even at full sweetness, while a little too much for my palette, isn't harsh or overwhelming. The drink comes with whole milk by default. Unlike other more premium shops that only add a splash of milk on top, this one seems to be more like 50/50 tea vs. milk. This adds a bunch of richness to the drink, but also increases the dairy flavor quite a bit, which combined with the sugar overpowers the tea a little. There's still some of the malty and somewhat fruity notes towards the end of the sip. They add a ton of ice. That's something I will definitely be asking for adjustment on in the future. The boba isn't bad at all. There are some issues with consistency in terms of size and due to that, texture. They are soaked in brown sugar syrup, giving a soft and velvety texture on the exterior. The smaller pearls are chewy throughout, while the larger pearls are a bit too firm and grainy towards the center. Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Boba Rating: 3.5/5 I was really surprised by the quality of the drink I received. Honestly, before visiting, I thought this would be more of a 2 star kind of place! They also serve some really intriguing Filipino snacks that I'd love to come back to try out.
