This is by far the best gel manicure I've ever received. I recently removed my acrylics and usually I'll get a gel manicure after. I decided to get a gel manicure at Scott and Benton nails for the first time, and typically my nails will feel frail and weak. That did not happen this time! This is the strongest gel manicure I've ever had. I got them done after two weeks but I easily could've gone another week or two before getting them done. She also has an amazing selection of colors. Any any color you can think of she will have it. She takes her time which is why the manicure lasts so long. For me to get a gel manicure it took about 45 to 50 minutes, which for me is the perfect time to spend in the chair. I love that I can make an appointment and get in on time anytime I need to come. Unfortunately I did not get my nails done here. I tried to get a mani (fill in, no appointment) but they were closed at 5:30pm on a Monday. The door was locked. I called and got their answering machine requesting to text. I sent a text 45 minutes ago to ask whether they'd be closed for the rest of the day and just received a response apologizing and stating that they're open but only go by appointment. Lana does such an amazing job! She takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect. Personally, when I go to nail salons, my cuticles already start to lift within a couple of days. But that never happens when Lana does my nails. I also love how private the experience feels. It's typically just you there, so it's a nice break and some quiet while having time to yourself. She led me on to believe she would give me another appointment the following week but kept requesting more covid test copies. She leaves the clients standing outside + opens her shop door to talk to them while they stand outside VERY Disappointed very disrespectful does not treat her clients with respect + dignity. Lana has been cutting my hair for over 10 years. She worked out a cutting strategy that fits my head shape, hair, and personal taste well. Her quality is good and consistent. While cutting my hair today, she invited me to check out her pedicure service. Out of curiosity, I tried. Her equipment is new. The chair for pedicure was very comfortable with a massage feature. She paid attention to her process and my toes & feet were professionally, attentively, and hygienically treated. My toe nails were very clean afterwards. My entire feet were rubbed in various ointments and things that i could not describe. She took care of an ingrown toenail on my left big toe. She spent a good half an hour doing the work. When I left the shop, my strides were confident and comfortable. I always respected Lana for her sense of pride in her work product and the consistency of her performance.
