Came here 3 weeks ago for a gel mani and pedi. My tech was really nice and did a great job! I love the color I got and the style is magnetic cat eye! The staff overall are very kind. While I was here, an elderly lady was getting out of the car with the assistance of a man with her and one of the ladies here went out to help her get up onto the curb then into the salon and into the pedicure chair. She was a taking small steps and def needed the help. The only downside would be the parking. They're in a small lot with other stores and parking fills up very quickly! read more

Avoid this place if you value your time. I had a 10:30 AM appointment for a manicure and pedicure and arrived on time. There was only one nail tech working, another customer already waiting, and no one even bothered to check my appointment. I was just asked what I wanted and told to sit down. That alone told me everything. I waited about 15 minutes before being seen. The pedicure itself was fine, but while I was sitting there, more and more people kept coming in even though existing clients were not finished. It was obvious they were overbooking. After my pedicure, which was not even completed since my toes were not painted yet, I was told to wait another 25 minutes. At that point it was already close to noon. I left briefly to grab coffee and came back at 12:35 PM. They still were not ready. I ended up waiting about an hour, not the 25 minutes I was told. My 10:30 AM appointment did not end until 2:00 PM. That is 3.5 hours. I even told them to skip painting my nails just so I could leave sooner, and it still took that long. At checkout, I said I would not be paying full price due to the excessive wait. One staff member was apologetic, but another stepped in and insisted I pay full price, clearly annoyed that I even asked for a discount. Only after pushing back did they take 10 dollars off. I paid 105 dollars for a 3.5 hour appointment that was not even fully completed. This place is disorganized, overbooks aggressively, and does not respect customers' time. A 10 dollar discount for this experience is honestly insulting. Would not come back. Would not recommend. read more

They didn't judge me for my bad nails, and they were very kind and gentle. I'm obsessed with the cat eye, magnetic polish I got. I'm already looking forward to my appointment next month! Judy saved the day! Walk-in this place for a much needed pedicure. It's been months since I had time to get one done. Judy was exceptional! Doing nails is her personal hobby and it showed. She really cared about the health and style of my feet. One of the best pedicures I ever received. My feet were as soft as a baby's bottom and my pedicure was perfect! Great conversation too. I've been here twice for the deluxe pedi and it's always well worth it - massage, hot stone, wax, and the usual treatments with pedicures. The lady who did my pedicure was so attentive, careful, and kind - she made it a great experience. The salon itself is pink and a cute girly atmosphere. My only complaint - I've been here twice for a regular pedicure and not sure what top coat they use but it takes forever to dry. I sat for 20min waiting for my nails to dry and that wasn't enough - my polish smeared both times. read more

Make sure to check the price listed when you're charged. They WILL charge you a different price. Today was the third time they charged me a different price than the one listed. I let it slide a few times, but today, the lady was incredibly rude when I confronted her. I usually support local businesses, but I'm tired of them talking badly about me in their language and assuming I don't understand. All their "discounts" are a bit shady and only work when convenient. On another note, I've also noticed that after having my nails done here, the technician overuses the filing, causing the infamous "ring of fire" to develop over time. I used to come to this business because it was owned by Cindy, and I kept going because I really like Long. The older lady started with my pedicure, which was fine, but when she moved on to my manicure, the experience went downhill. While working on my nails, she became distracted as other customers arrived. In her rush, she cut my nails much shorter than I requested, did not massage my hands, and skipped the top coat altogether. The service felt very rushed and careless. Two of my nails were cut so short they were painful for days. Given the price I paid, the quality of service was very disappointing. Regular Gel pedicure for 50 dollars plus any add ons is hard to beat and so far I haven't found anywhere that has in the west San Jose / Santa Clara area. I had called around 1045 am to book for 2 pm I arrived at 208 I wasn't able to find the location via maps as it doesn't show up when you search the business name and they are in a very small parking lot... I was asked to wait 5 minutes as there were 2 guests near the end of their pedicures. Unfortunately, it wasn't just 5 minutes or even 10 minutes that I was there waiting. I wasn't seated to a station until 227. I wish they offered some type of communication beyond just calling to make an appointment I could have opted for 230 instead as someone came in a few minutes later and was accommodated quickly for their 230 pedicure. From what I saw there were only two technicians. My pedicure went very quickly and was not gentle at all, I didn't need to say anything but I was anxious from the intense speed. If I show her a photo of the design I want, she can recreate it or make something up when I ask her to do whatever she wants. She asked and made sure that she is doing the way I am requesting to... The results are better than what I expected my hands and toes to be...
