Russ is the man. I thought buying a home was going to be a nightmare, with Russ is was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment I clicked his listing on Zillow, he was prompt, called me within 5 minutes, he asked me a few questions to get an idea of where I was in my process and to get an idea of what I was looking for.
