I've been going to Elegant Nails for about 10 years. The staff of EN are wonderful manicure and pedicure technicians. When you walk in, they greet you with a smile and ask what service you are looking for. They also ask you to pick out the color you want on your nails. They provide hundreds of colors from white to tiger brown/gold/black. Plain colors, sparkly, and pearly to cat's eye in jells to just plain polish. They are efficient and very knowledgeable of what their products can do. The salon also provides waxing, eyebrow sculpting and other cosmetic services. The owners husband IS NOT licensed, he attempted to remove my nails but failed. it took him about 40 min to cut my nails off. he made me leave my nails dipped in acetone for long periods of time. he hurt me. and lastly kept leaving the seat to go outside to talk on the phone or wander off to do others things i walked out the salon with my nails damaged, and my whole left hand still has the acrylic on it read more

I've been going to elegant nails for over 20 years now. Very rarely do I have any problems, all of the nail techs have been amazing to me over the years. Yesterday, I had the most amazing pedicure of my life! It's called the Volcano pedicure, and I highly recommend it! I can't afford to do it every time, but it was really a treat for me. The last time I was there, June 5, 2024. I was assigned to a lady named Betty. She was rough pulling my hand, not careful with the electrical polisher, overlapping my cuticles. The saloon must maintain courtesy and respect for the clients. Talking to their co-worker in their native tongue in front of the clients is rude and impolite. They can talk to each other during their breaks and away from customers. They must refrain from talking over their cellphones while doing business with a client. This is so disrespectful and could create accident in hurting the customer. If your phone rings, don't just say "Hello!" Say, "Elegant Nails. May help you!" Amazing pedicure BUT I have to give it 2 stars because it's probably one of the worst manicures I've ever had :( very noticeably messy lines and weird shape. She was also pretty rough while removing my cuticles. I wish I only got a pedicure there because that was so relaxing, but the manicure definitely ruined the experience. read more

I love this nail salon! Elegant nails is a nail salon on lacy that does an amazing job at pampering their customers. My cousin and I came here because she wanted to get her nails done for her wedding. I came along and also got a mani/pedi. Their services are amazing. All the employees are super nice and care to know you by name. I asked for a nail color recommendation (cause I didn't know what to get) and they choose the perfect nail color. I'm a very simple person when it comes to my nails but they still made my mani/pedi elegant (pun intended). The tools they used are sterilized. Their tubs have liners. They also have waxing and massage services. They also have plenty of street parking and they welcome walk ins. They cater to your needs and provide quick and comfortable service. My acrylic nails were in poor shape and I was in desperate need of a fill and since I was in the area I decided to give this place a try. I am not totally dissatisfied with my nails but I also don't love them. I paid $55 + tip for a fill which I feel was an OK price, the nail tech did take her time with doing my nails which I appreciated but idk if I will give this place another try. I wanted my nails to be a slightly rounded square and she made them all extra round. I told her I wanted to have French tip done, but I think I made the mistake of complimenting the nail techs own nails and somehow she must've thought that I wanted my nails just like hers or something? But I didn't. I normally don't leave reviews for places but I feel like to find a good nail salon you have to really read the reviews and go off what you read as a good way of predicting what kind of service to expect. I hope this review helps someone decide if this is the place you want to spend your money at or not. No No No No No The woman who did my fill, seemed like she had just been trained a week ago. She cut my thumb nail cuticle pretty bad. The next lady, who painted my nails didn't give a shit if the polish was all all on my skin and cuticles, or not even on the whole nail at all. LOL Mind you, I already had been picking and peeling off excess polish that doesn't show in pictures. sigh I just know that I will not be returning here, nor recommending people that I care about here to get their nails trashed. read more

they told my daughter one price then charged her a higher price when she was done. my 4 year old granddaughter got a pedicure and they did nothing but put her feet in the water then painted them after my daughter Todd them she did not want hell on her nails they proceeded to do it any way on top of that they used 5 opened packages of lotion on my daughter that they had to lay on her legs and try and slid the old locum out of the packages and were all taking laughing and looking at my daughter as they were doing it when she looked at them one said oh we were laughing about you and your daughter got matching nails REALLY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called talked to the manager he told me to come in at 4pm to get a refund but when I went there he was not there they called him and all he said was come back and we will paint my granddaughters nails again. Nope. Not a place I'd recommend. Wanted a basic color with unicorn powder and the lady tried to offer me a completely different color that was just sparkly nail polish instead. My pedicure looks terrible, nails are cut crooked , when asked to please trim across she just filed them more and they don't look any different. I have been going to this salon for years, which is the only reason I didn't give a one star. That and because my pedicure was amazing, but that's where the good ends. I made an apt for last Saturday at 9 am for 2 pedicures and a full set. They got us in for pedicures right away but forgot my full set. So I reminded them and the attitude shifted. All of a sudden I felt like a burden! The lady was rude and rushed didn't even try to hide her annoyance. I apologized for the last minute but told her it was specified in my apt. She then litterally scoffed. Now I am not a complainer so let it go. I wish I hadn't she did a mediocre job. Its been 5 days and I already need a fill. One nail is lifting. I've gone here on and off since the 90's. As of late the work they are putting out for the price just isn't matching up. Today I took my daughter and she got a fill set and a couple of her nails are crooked, this same thing happened to me last October and I just chalked it up as a one time thing, but unfortunately their work just keeps getting worse and worse. I also had them just do a simple gel polish (one solid color) on her toes, no pedicure, just paint and they charged $25. I definitely won't be going back... I've learned my lesson. read more

Lynn is so sweet and my pedicure was amazing! I got the "Elegant" pedicure for $33 and I'm shocked by how much is included, especially massage time! I always do the upgrade pedicure (deluxe or spa, etc) wherever I go and have gotten pedicures in three countries, soo many cities .... this is the best value! read more

Not particularly impressed. I am new to the area and came across this nail salon while shopping. I was a walk in which is great. I had an eyebrow tint and wax. I told her I like full brows and to shape them to their already natural shape. I left with super thin, uneven brows. I'm am so disappointed in this salon right now. At first I was very impressed. They did an excellent job and were super nice. Then yesterday happened. They were busy as usual so I set a 2pm appointment. I got there right on time but had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment. I was getting a pedicure and fill, both with gel polish. I picked out my polish, the same color I used last time. They informed me they were out. So I picked another color, out. The tech suggested a color that she said would be similar and I went with it. Once applied I realized it didnt come out at all like the pink shimmer I wanted, instead it was a metallic beige color. I apologized but told her that color wouldn't work. She wasnt thrilled about removing it, but did it. I tried picking 3 more kinda similar colors and they were all out. I told them to just to do French tips instead and they told me another $5 on top of the $35 I was suppose to pay for the gel manicure. I said no way. I'm annoyed at this point and tell them no color I will just go elsewhere and get them painted and my nails done as I specifically needed this color. The tech asked to put on a clear coat and I said ok. I went to pay and the tech wanted to charge me $5 for the clear coat. I wasnt having it and the manager came over and waived the $5. I was SUPER irritated paid without a tip, 1st time ever, and left. I started feeling bad cus I knew I could have been a bit more patient, so I went and bought my own gel polish and went back into the salon this morning to give them one more chance as Iike their work. Everything went fine until payment. Today's tech said they were going to charge me like $20 for the polish "change" in my toes. I explained AGAIN that I just had my toes done yesterday but they didnt have any color I needed and since I paid for my pedicure yesterday I should only have to pay $5 if anything, for the base and top coat as I supplied my own gel polish. She said no full price for both my toes and nails, EVEN THOUGH I BROUGHT MY OWN GEL POLISH. I wasnt having it, so she said we could call the owner and talk to her. I agreed. The owner got on the phone and said she would only charge me for my fill of $17 and $5 for the base and top coat. I told her I felt it fair to pay $5 for the base and top coat on my toes too. She told me bot to worry about it and only charged me $22. I them tipped my tech $5. At that point I was ok with everything and still likely to come back as the work was good. Then PAM, not my mail tech, came out all upset to my car, as I was about to pull off, and angrily asked me why I only paid half. I told her the owner said that's all I have to pay. She started saying something about me owing more and that I needed to leave. I started to explain it to her AGAIN and she told me to leave and walked back into the salon talking under her breath. I was HEATED at this point. How dare she approach me like that and act like I did something wrong. I went back in and asked for the owners number. Pam started to run her mouth again and another tech came over and nicely apologized and told me to call the salon in a few hours that the owner will be back. So now I'm sitting in their parking lot writing this review. Pam just ruined the chance that me, my 2 daughters, and any of my friends will ever come back here. I WILL NOT spend my money where employees are allowed to treat ppl like this. It's sad too cus the owner is a really nice lady and they do great work. :( read more
