They have many very knowledgeable bartenders working so you rarely have to wait for service. One more thing that stands them out from other bars is their security people. The tables are so close together that I felt the back of the person at the table in front of me (we were back-to-back) touching me the entire time. My spouse was challenged eating his food because his chair didn't fit at the table because of the person behind him. WTF.
