Ceramic Ghost Wax warmer Set with Wall plug warmer

5 Stars to the service here. My girlfriend and I were dying to find this Ghost wax melter and the workers were able to quickly place a rain check on the item. Within a few hours, I recieve a call from a worker saying they already have another in the store that they ordered for me! Amazing service. And to top it all off, this was a month ago, and I received another call from an employee checking in if I received my warmer, and that they had another one in stock if I haven't! Thank you to Rick or Richard I cannot recall the name of the employee that called back. AMAZING PRICE TOO. Only 20 dollars for this warmer set that includes wax.

Well I was very tired after work but decided I just had to get chicken food, so I swing into tractor supply on my way home and walking in I see a great price for roses and grab some soil then off to get chicken food and a wonderful gentleman asked if I needed help as my eyes were bulging how I'm going to pick up a 50 lb bag of chicken Feed not just one but two bags so in relief I answered yes please so he flopped the bag on my cart like nothin and went to the back to get the other bag as it was out of stock on the floor so in no time he comes carrying out the bag of chicken food I pay for it and they walked me out to my car and loaded it into my truck. I was so relieved as I was tired from a long days work . Thank you so much tractor supply employees for being so kind :)

Willow & Al were just locking up the front door at the end of the night when we were pulling in. And even though we arrived at closing time, they saw us and offered to let us purchase the one item we came for (chicken feed), and a blueberry plant we saw on the way to the feed aisle. So nice!!! They were super friendly at check out too, when I'm sure all they wanted at the end of the workday on Sunday night was to close up and go home. Thanks guys! We appreciate businesses with customer service as awesome as yours.

So while there is no propane here, there is much much more to be had from this place. I saw a selection of kayaks here...close to the display of chainsaws. Found some animal feed also. Most animals you'd think of in a farm, they have the feeds for them. Salt licks. Colorful salt licks. Seemingly HUGE colorful salt licks. And the list keeps going, and going... So they have a lot. Just no propane refills.

I requested a price quote for both delivery and pickup. The response I received stated:…read more 1/4 cord + delivery + taxes = $183.81 1/4 cord + pickup + taxes = $264.91 Naturally, this didn't seem correct, so in my reply I mentioned the price that Alana Robinson had previously provided. She responded with available delivery dates and didn't correct the pricing, so I assumed the quoted amount was accurate. Her next message included: "We can leave the wood on the driveway. We only take cash or check--could you leave payment under a mat?" I agreed and asked who the check should be made out to. She replied: "I'll put you down for a Friday delivery. Did you want Oak or Almond wood? Please provide your address and best contact number. Checks are payable to Rich Mariani." I again confirmed and provided the information. She responded: "Perfect, I'll get your receipt written up and sent over." About ten minutes later, she sent another email stating: "I just realized I put the numbers in backwards--I apologize. It should be: 1/4 cord + delivery + taxes = $264.91 1/4 cord + pickup + taxes = $183.81 So for delivery, it'll be $264.91." This correction came after eight emails, despite my mentioning the price discrepancy twice earlier. I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I hadn't noticed that she had misread my previous emails.

I called Vic Trejo, explained the situation, and he immediately stepped in to help. The very next day, he came to my property, picked up the mower, took it back to the shop, confirmed that my tractor needed a different style of flail mower, found the correct replacement, exchanged it, and personally delivered it back to me. Anyone can sell you a piece of equipment. The true measure of a company is how they respond when something doesn't go as planned. Garton Tractor proved to me that they stand behind what they sell and genuinely care about their customers. They may not always be the lowest-priced dealer, but I've learned that great customer service is worth far more than saving a few dollars. In today's business world, that kind of personal service is becoming increasingly rare. Thank you, Vic, for having my back and making sure I ended up with the right equipment. I'll gladly do business with Garton Tractor again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality equipment backed by exceptional customer service.
