We really liked that there was a pet relief area with bags for easy clean up. Going inside, the lobby is very clean, spacious, and modern looking. There's a pet accessible water fountain near the human water fountain, which are both near the restrooms. There are complimentary beverages while you wait and plenty of seating. The staff that took care of our dogs was very nice and patient with them (and us) and made the whole experience more comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and quality of care our fur babies received and will be returning for as long as we live in El Paso.

I do visit PETCO lots too because they offer vet services that I cannot get in Pet's barn but PEt's Barn does have the local mobile vet bus come by every other saturday to take care of pets but it is first come fist serve and you can be waiting outside for hours.

We have been a part of the TNR program for just over a year and we find it very content in doing what we can for the organization. I was in the area and decided to stop by P.B. to check it out. My original destination was to be PetSmart, but chose P.B. since it was right there at the intersection of Sunland Park. I walked in and it seemed nice. They had exactly what I was looking for, to include a round scratcher with a ball for the Cats to play with. They even had replacement circles for it. I was happy to find them as quickly as I did, but I have to say it was the staff that helped me out since I did not know the store. The Cat section was actually pretty small in comparison to other stores I have been to over the past year. They did, however, have an Aquarium section. Now this is where the 2 Stars come from. The Live Freshwater section was not designed well, there was not a large selection of anything for actual products, and there were no Tanks available to purchase other than a couple off to the side on stands. I have been an Aquarist for over 40 years and as a hardcore expert, I was sad to see the lack of professionalism and design of this area. It's as if the store did not want to sell anything. Most of the products available had dust indicating they had been there for quite some time. I did manage to talk to the Staff member that took care of the area and after having a long discussion, she felt that management did not actually care about the Aquarium section as if they wanted the section to not exist. I felt sad for her because she had solid knowledge and ambition to make her area perfect, and profitable but was unable to do anything. I hope Pet's Barn takes an honest interest and renovates the entire section to offer great products and Live fish. The only other option is to remove it completely because at this current time, it looks like Skid Row.

I knew she needed immediate attention. My normal vet had no appointments for the day. I seen this animal hospital accepted walk in visits. I called first and they said they would see her. They had me drop her off and she spent about 6 hours there. Jon Morrow called me twice about what we were going to do. He was very knowledgeable. It was a very hard situation and they helped me feel more at ease. The bill wasn't too bad either. Much less than taking her to the emergency vet in El Paso. Thank you!

We moved forward with exploratory surgery and received constant updates throughout the day on how it went. We were out of town at the time & Dr. Mobley & Dr. Smith called daily to give us updates as our little man recovered after surgery. Hearing directly from the doctors each day was so comforting & I could get my questions answered easily. I trusted he was in great care while I couldn't be there physically. You can really tell the doctors here care about your pets wellbeing & we are so thankful for Dr. Mobley saving our little man's life.

I stumbled upon her place while visiting the DMV. With long line waits, I was scooping around the area when I saw her place. At first I was a little bit hesitant since I was use to taking them to Petsmart. And ever since, I've been taking my Saint Bernards, Old English, Old English Sheepdogs, and bulldog to Wendy. Considering these are large dogs, her prices are very reasonable and affordable. I'm not sure if she uses sedatives like other groomers do. But my dogs don't appear groggy when picked up. Nor do they refrain themselves when entering her place like they do with previous groomers. Wendy has done a wonderful job. She is highly recommended to care for your pets. Hopefully her prices will remain reasonable. Thank you very much for your grooming services. May your establishment prosper and remain in business forever.

They house everything from privately owned horses (like mine), to thoroughbred race horses, quarter horses, lesson horses, trail ride horses, competitive horses and more. Dr Joe Armstrong lives on site, and his sons Josh and Ed, and their sons and daughters and other staff, facilitate everything. From training to care, they do it all. This is the absolute best boarding and/or training facility that you are going to find. Even if you don't own horses, they have plenty for you to do lessons on. Though I see my Bentley Boy almost daily, they are the ones that provide a world class, championship training facility for him. They provide a safe and happy home, daily water, daily stall cleaning, daily feeding, and look how clean he is!!! Yup, they bathed him and he looks incredible! In my absence, they also give him exercise and use him for some training with cattle or trail rides, and even photo shoots! And when I'm not being busy or just a baby because it's a sandstorm, they give me mounted and unmounted training twice a week. And they can train you too! Or your horse! Or both!
