They said no and the shipping fee was $15. Less than 12 hrs later we get an email that it is being shipped. It arrived today. The shipping label is USPS and shows the shipping fee was $8.50. I don't know what's going on but this is unacceptable. We will never shop here again, and will be notifying the team, and organization.

The ladies' section is in the back corner and we were not greeted by staff in the hunting section. The sale section prices are pretty decent. There were Ugg sandals for $30 which is a great price. However, everything else was pretty pricey. I can't imagine I'll stop in here often when I'm in White Hall, but it is good to know it's there if I need to kill some time.

Also, it's good to be able to get gear when you need it. While in the store today, I heard the staff joking about flatus of some other customer. The staff concluded the person with flatus had serious health issues. It wasn't I who passed gas, but I was thinking that customer could still be in the store (a 2 story old house). They don't know how much business they just lost by insulting customers. I decided not to buy any gear here. As a spot check, I compared a Camelback that sells here for $150 to online prices. Online it was $90. Again, it is worth supporting local outfitters. In this case, the markups were too high & the service was lacking. I had been in the store for some time without being greeted or offered shopping assistance (came in to look at Hobie catamaran gear & possible gifts for a group of teenagers). The staff took time to discuss flatus, but didn't have time to say hello.

I'm new to Little Rock and stopped by several local "outdoor stores" with no luck because they essentially only sell clothing. Luckily I found "Ozark Outdoor Supply" that actually stocks "gear." This store had everything I was needing plus knowledgeable staff that were fun to visit with while shopping. The expedition was successful on Cotopaxi and Chimborazo. I thank Ozark Outdoor for their help. I look forward to going back and getting the scoop on the local outdoor scene.

I even left, and came back with my purchase (almost exchanged it), and the same people who I felt were watching me, literally raced outside the door before I even came in. When I went inside the store, those people came in the store. The store is fine, but I think everyone needs to know that not everyone is trying to or wanting to steal the merchandise. Especially not every black person. But overall I love what I purchased, and I'll continue to shop here...just not at this one in particular.

I ordered a case of shells, and a call. upon receiving my package, there was one box (9 boxes short of a case) and it was the completely wrong ammo, not what I ordered. The lady at customer service was very rude, arguing with me and telling me that I did get the correct shells, when I had them in my hand and had emailed her an image of what was received. they were not in fact the correct shells. She informed me that she didn't know when the rest of the shells would be shipped and they appeared to be out of stock (they were listed in stock on their online inventory) and after arguing with me about that, I told her I'd be glad to pay for the one box, but I wished to cancel the order. She told me it could take a while to process, which I do understand, and that she had set the refund in motion and to check back in two weeks is when I should expect to see it. Fast forward three weeks (left one extra week for good measure) and still no return. I call and inquire, I am told that there is no refund to be seen but after explaining everything, and seeing that there had been issues with the file, he set the return in motion. Fast forward 4 days, I see the refund come through, but for the value of the shells only, not the call. I politely inquire again, and and told that he can see where the call was returned, it not refunded so set the refund in motion. And now I am patiently waiting another 2-3 weeks (with business days only) to see a full refund from a completely botched order. I understand that we all make mistakes, but the way this was handled, the return not being set in motion initially, and then the initial phone call with the lady arguing with me telling me I did receive the correct item when it definitely was not the same box of shells I had ordered, really all just turned me off of MPW. I grew up ordering out of the catalogs as a young kid, and MPW catalogs inspired me to always want to hunt flooded timber green heads form a young age. Rest in peace to what used to be a good company, and thank you for the times it was good, but I think I am committed Roger's customer now. Save yourself the hassle, don't shop here.

A 50% off on Columbia and I believe it was 20% on the other brand. I was directed to where the youth gloves were and they had them all separated by brand (north face, Columbia, etc) and how warm you needed them to be. I purchased a pair of gloves and found out when I got home they were too big. In the warmer gloves, there wasn't a huge selection of sizes. So I returned them to the store. They really didn't have what I was looking for (because of her size). I didn't really want the mittens but the gloves with the fingers. It's a small store and it looked like it had a good selection of different things but again I was only looking for gloves. Since I didn't see anything I was going to return the gloves for a refund but the lady at the counter told me to just try the mittens because there really aren't gloves my daughters size with the individual fingers and if I saw some somewhere else I could always return them. She wanted me to at least have something for hands rather nothing. So I went ahead and exchanged them but realized that in doing so I changed the brands of gloves I was exchanging for. Instead of charging me the difference for the gloves, she made it an even exchange which I thought was really nice of her. So although these gloves were not at the same sale price, I got them for the same price as the Columbia gloves that were 50% off. I would definitely return to shop because i really liked the service.

There was a police officer at the door, really weird? Also about 5-7 staff members wandering around not asking us for help or anything. We were trying on multiple jackets looking for sizes, etc and not one person said can I help you find your size or anything. They were all under the age of 18 it seemed so that makes sense. The reason for the low stars? Who the heck in there right mind designed the inside layout of this place? You can not even walk without knocking a rack over or pushing coats off the shelf, they really need to re design the interior for better flow.
