Great store, like all TSC's. Folks in there are great & welcome dogs into the store.

I guess patience was the key to this dilemma. Received the cologne and love it…read more A bit late, but all's well that ends well.

Kohl's has great products for large sizes. I found pants and shorts sizes in 46 waist and above. I…read morealso found some pants that had leg lengths of 29 and taller with the same waist sizes previously mentioned. Shirt sizes from 3 extra tall long (XLT) and up easily covered my bowl full of jelly belly. A variety of vendors carried these shorts, shirts, and pants so make sure you try them on in the fitting rooms. Not all 3XLTs fit me depending on the maker. In some cases had to go with a 4XLT or a 4XB. The only real issue I had was the way the cashier treated me when I didn't bring my Kohl's Capital One credit card. She was obnoxious and rude. She told me I couldn't get the discount that I would normally receive because I didn't have the card with me. She was able to look up my card number but seemed irritated doing it even though there were no people in line. I looked at the receipt and the cashier didn't give me the discount. I mentioned the lack of discount and the cashier said she couldn't give it to me because she had to look up my card number. I explained to her that I hadn't received my Kohl's card. She looked at me in disbelief. She said Kohl's doesn't give discounts unless you have the card with you when you make a purchase. I almost left the product on the counter but my wife insisted that I purchase it anyway. I should have called the main office at Kohl's but I did speak to a representative with Capital One. She said that what the cashier did was inappropriate and that she was supposed to give me the discount. I'm a little confused but I still like the products. I'll report her next time if I have a similar situation. It's sad that customer service isn't what it used to be at many establishments.

And they have self check out, no one said hello or can I help you with something? even if you look lost in translation, unless you come up to them and say something, they did not approach for help. Good Grief, went down a few isles, some workers working, some were sitting around shooting the crap, were not working it was like I had to PUSH MY CART thru because, they were blocking the isle with the UBOATS, AND ALL, Like Really folks? You couldn't do this in the breakroom or some other place where it was not blocking the isles? they were not working and just on their cell phones ( the common thing nowadays I get it) But still, one of the most laid back jobs, I used to work for dollar tree back in the day, and it was NEVER EVER EVER like this, these kids and adults have it EASY.. I used to work in CALI, and live in CALI, mannnn if you were caught on your phone and on the clock, they will either FIRE or SUSPEND or Kick YOU OUT. CALI does not PLAY AROUND. AZ is totally totally different. Overall, was a typical Dollar Tree for the most part just in a more UPSCALE and newer area. You can tell it is Middle to UPPER CLASS area. So 1 to 10 I give this place a 4 out of 10 Dollar tree needs to train, better and pay more and higher standards with its crew, management and staff! So until then STAY SHOPPING!
