The store was clean, organized, staffed and most importantly stocked. I did dorm shopping with my daughter after being unable to find items at other Targets. We found them at this one and had checked the app prior to arrival. We also had staff help us. Checkout was done with a real live human... hallelujah! The staff was friendly and professional. My daughter and I also got a Starbucks prior to departing. I wish this store was not 40 minutes away from my home. 4.5 fits them well.

For years I've been checking into Red Mill Commons, but this shopping center, although beside it, it actually separate from them. Red Mill Walk is off of Upton Drive, which is off of Nimmo Parkway in the Red Mill area of Virginia Beach. It is the home of Target, Homegoods, Office Max, NFCU, ChowBoy Cantina, Flip Flops, Burger King, Back Bay Gourmet, Once Upon a Child, AT&T, 17th Street, Leslie's Pools, SuperCuts, Pearl Vision, Cycle Bar, a pizza place, nail place, and new additions - The Dry House and Brooklyn Bagels. Home Depot is also across the street. It doesn't have everything but I bet there's nothing you can't find at Target. That's everything enough. *Insert winking emoji* *Review #5 of 2020.

I'd rather spend my money where I don't have to thing about someone running down an aisle and knocking my daughter over because they don't know how to conduct themselves and you become a odd ball for speaking on behavior that is just embarrassing to them and a bad reflection on the area

When entering they were very low on shopping carts. Walmart security was at the entrance well as VB City PD. I only needed to grab a few items, but decided to browse and do price comparisons since I'm not a regular at Walmart. The store was pretty busy for Saturday afternoon. The store was clean and shelves overall stocked well. Something that I now focus on is organic produce. In my opinion it was very strong with excellent prices. I witnessed staff stocking in many of the aisles. Every time I browse I compare prices and I must say hands down Walmart undercuts everyone's price point. It may be 10 cents, it may be a dollar. I utilized self checkout and had no issue. I do recommend you register for their rewards program. Staff was at the checkout area and engaged me to say have a good day. I would say this is the best Walmart Super Center I've shopped in Virgin nis Beach and it's the furthest too! Solid 4 stars.

We adopted a Golden Retriever puppy this morning from a reputable local service dog trainer and breeder. Ace is 4 months into legitimate service dog training which is a very demanding training routine. We stopped at the store to pick up some baby gates and the greeter was extremely irritated to the point of being unprofessional and irrationally agitated. There was no warmth in the interaction, it felt so strange that it instantly became an unpleasant experience. I explained that the puppy is in training as a service animal, but she was so angry at there being an animal in front of her that I don't think she wanted to understand. It was embarrassing and everyone around went from adoring a cute puppy into awkwardly avoiding this angry old woman who is barking orders like someone just committed a heinous crime in front of her face. Please train her to control her anger. If a shopper is breaking a store policy, I expect the process should be to inform them and not to lecture them. There's no room in customer service for that kind of aggression. I have no idea why this situation would make somebody become spitting mad, but I have no interest in being mistreated by some random employee on a power trip when a simple respectful conversation would have been appropriate. Unfortunately, it's difficult to avoid shopping at Walmart entirely. Being mistreated definitely doesn't make me want to come back. I can say there is clearly a problem with this one door greeter that should be examined by management. If she's having such a bad day that she can't even speak respectfully, the least she could do is keep that venom to herself and not share it with random shoppers.

It's a sprawling 274 acre property is the former Russel-Brown Farm. There is more than adequate parking. There are three access points. One off London Bridge and two on General Booth. The lot overall is clean. Perimeter landscape ok. Signage to Strawbridge present, but they look very aged. The strip is lengthy and has exterior properties off General Booth such as banks, gas station, real-estate office and restaurants. It appears the facade has underwent a renovation in the past five years. The brick exterior looks nice. Anchor Regal Cinema appears dated and in need of paint. Another anchor, the former 39,000 square foot Farm Fresh is vacant and an eyesore along with the fueling station in the parking lot. A few of the businesses I like are Civil Libation, Tropical Smoothie and Spoon Desert. There are 67,000 square feet of of shops outside of the anchors. The center has a lot to offer to its area residents. Until they get a new tenant in the former Farm Fresh I'm at just OK. 3.5, rounding down.
