    I love going to Tractor Supply. I purchase food for my pet pig but I always find many interesting things to purchase there!

    Prices are reasonable you selections of all kinds of supplies tractor farm equipment. Nice variety of items. Friendly staff. Decent prices.

    I go into Lowe's to buy a few things, when I get to the checkout, which is self checkout ... I scan…read moremy items and try to ask for the military discount. The lady told me I had to put my number in... I did and it didn't give it to me. She called a manager, and they said they can't give it to me until I register online. I had my ID in my hand, but that's not good enough. You have to get verified online otherwise they won't give you the discount. So disappointing and frustrating. I did not buy the items I came for. The crazy part is I was going to write up a positive review because I saw so many things that support the military... hence the photos I first took. But this is terrible service. "You have to pay for your things now without your discount but you can go online and register for it for further purchases". I used to be able to just show my ID card for the discount. Why would I want to return after this inconvenience and terrible customer service? I believe in technology and the world moving forward with progress, but sometimes common sense has to play into things and there should still be a way to show my military ID card and get my discount. What about the elderly vets who don't understand how to do things online? I guess they just don't ever get their discount. Why not set up a computer in store that people can register in person by showing their actual ID? Instead you tell them they can't get it for this purchase because they have no way to help you. Makes you wonder if they don't do this to prevent some of us from receiving it... makes more money for them. Seems awful convenient they have made it difficult for us to get it the discount.

    June 5, 2026: Pro desk to order 2x4s and plywood. Waited for associate to make plans for her…read moremother's birthday party (wish I remembered her name), then ordered ~$350 worth of materials, plywood was to be cut into 2x8 pieces, associate said she entered cutting info into delivery comments section. June 6: Materials were delivered by 8:30. Plywood UNCUT. Spoke in person to a lumber associate that afternoon, he told me no such notes were written. My wife verified that she said they were. Lumber associate said he would have the plywood picked up, cut and redelivered on Monday, June 8. Plywood was picked up at 8:30ish on Monday. On Tuesday morning, I called Lowes 12, yes, 12 times to get a return status. 5 times, no answer, 2 times, transferred to the wrong department, 4 times Randy? couldn't hear me and hung up. 1 time I got a person who took my number and said a lumber associate would call me back. 9:30 a lumber person called and said they considered my order too small to be handled right away and asked if Thursday was OK. I had no choice and accepted. Next time, Home Depot will get my business.

When these loyal customers are seeking service and/or parts to storm related recovery equipment such as generators and water pumps we need to be ready to respond without delay. Online orders will be processed with a simple additional question; "is this a time critical parts order?" If so, we will schedule our distribution centers with sufficient staff to process, package and ship all in stock orders within 24 hours of order placement. It's the least we can do to help our customers when the need is critical. Thank you for caring.     UPDATE: I finally received the product at my home. Installer arrives to complete the…read moreinstallation.... and surprise! Same warped wood as the previous shipment. He could not install it. [SIGH] I called the store asked them to come get everything and refund my money. It's over two months now, I have a room that does not have a floor, the furniture is has been removed and waiting to go back into the room. I'm tired of dealing with this entire situation. The store sends two workers to pick up all the material. The next morning, I call to get an update on my refund. I leave a voice message. I get a call back saying they need to send someone to pick up the material. [SIGH] I inform them that their employees picked up everything the day before. I'm told they will check and call me back. I didn't get a call. The next day I call back for an update. Spoke to Manager Brian, he informed me he would look into and get back to me. He did call a few hours later saying he needed to get with the rep who work in the order. Okay. Never heard from Brian again. [SIGH] I called back for an update. I was then told a partial refund was given because they were having an issue returning the full order. [SIGH] I asked when I will see the full refund, and I was told the manager was handling that. I call the next day, spoke to the manager, and she says no refund was given, they had to escalate it to the corporate IT office because the system won't refund the order [SIGH]. So now the local store can't do anything, they have to wait for corporate IT to go in and fix it. 8 days later - I've had to call the corporate office to report the issue. They sent the request to the store manager - I get an update back that the refund was processed... For the wrong amount [SIGH]. The rep from the store calls to let me know the refund was processed. I inform her the amount is wrong. She looks, sees the discrepancy, asks if she can refund the difference on a purchase I made in May 2025, to a different card. I say fine just do it. The system won't let her refund it without the card, so I have to come into the store with the second card. Two months and 7 days ago - 67 days ago, I order and paid for a product. I have been patient throughout this entire ordeal. Two months and 7 days - 67 days later I'm still trying to get this resolved. Valuable lessoned learned here - I will stick to the local specialized businesses instead of shopping with box stores. Quality and time actually matter to me.

    Since 1971? That tells me these folks are doing something…read moreright! And time after time when I visit the store I see why! If you need 'professional' plumbing support, advice and products, head to Termines! After all, you wouldn't go to a big box store for medical advice, would ya? When I need plumbing supplies and/or advice for a plumbing repair on my 'vintage' 50's home, I take the 5-minute drive to Termines. EVERY time I walk in, I'm happily greeted and that makes you feel like a valued customer, for sure. Typically, Jay is the man who helps me. He is consistently friendly, attentive and quite knowledgeable. But all of the staff at Termines is exceptional. A definite plus to shopping with them. I've found, too, that while discussing a problem(which older homes can have some doosies!), it can end up being a community event. While Jay and I are scratching our heads trying to resolve my conundrum of a by-gone plumbing era, others eventually will walk over and chime in. This is GREAT! because these folks are plumbers or experts from all walks of plumbing life! They just happened to be there at the moment. I've had 40 years-in-the-business plumbers offer unique insights and even pro tips right then, right there! And for no charge other than a laugh and a handshake! I have absolutely NO problems recommending Termines to anybody who asks! They WILL take excellent care of you! Tell them John sent ya!

When i'm looking for a solution, please help me figure it out. Just because you don't have the correct part doesn't mean you can become serious and not help. The correct answer you should have given me was.. we don't have what you need, but look for this.. I found what I needed at Home Depot. So much for supporting your local store.
