He gave me a thorough quote over email. On the morning of the cleaning he and the owner of the company were there early and walked me through what they'd be doing. They also recommended some additional things they could cover while here at reasonable rates. Kyle communicated with me daily on progress and walked everything with me a few times before they completed to ensure they weren't missing anything. After they completed I found a few spots that got missed and they addressed them right away. Given that the main thing with construction is dust, they explained that if any additional dust settled they would come back and address it. Overall a really great experience.

I only have 2 days to do it before the tenants move in. They charge hourly which I don't prefer but I have no time. Shanell arrived the property on time and she gave me 3 hrs estimate to get it done. I was surprise it takes 3 hours to do it because the house is recently remodel. Finally she "finished" the house for 4 hours. Basically the house need to be mop and vacuum floor, window/door cleaning, clean the appliances surface. But I'm not only complaint for she took so long to finished also she didn't did a good job. I checked the kitchen cabinets had dust. she told me she already vacuum but she didn't wipe them. I opened the drawers but it's not totally clean. Laminate floor has spots after mopping. My tenants are not satisfied as well. Maybe other lady did a good job in this company but my experience was bad with them. Will not hire anymore.

Fine, you are interested, I am open to it. I provided a photo of the specific section with the width, but they wanted to go on site for a quote. Ok, most do to increase the chance of getting the bid. This guy though, decided he wanted to replace other areas of the fence as well and gave me many numbers in the process. I suppose he wanted some wiggle room when it is time to pay for the job? When I asked for the cost to replace the specific section in the photo I provided, his response is: "Thank you, look for another company." That, I will. From this company's perspective, they spend the time to go on site to quote only to throw away the opportunity! Not smart. From my perspective, they just wasted my time. I may still consider them for cleaning. They have good reviews. But don't waste your time on handyman work. And with pregnancy I have been so sick and the smells in my house have made me feel worse. Somehow some way Erika and her team got rid of whatever smell I was smelling. Windows, window sills, floors, surfaces, bathrooms, bedroom, behind the fridge, inside the oven were immaculate. Even little things like wiping down some items on the bathroom counter or rearranging pillows. They arrived 3 hours late and had terrible communication throughout -1pm appointment -1:30 he says they're on the way -1:45 he says they're an hour away -3:00 I text him as they haven't arrived yet -3:30 he says they're parking -4:00 the cleaners finally arrive, 3 hours late -6:00 they're done When I brought up my obvious dissatisfaction with this, he didn't respond until the next day where I was offered $20 off. I value 3 hours of my time at more than $20. If he had said from the start "Hey they are running late", I could have gone and done something else. But they were always "Just right around the corner" so I didn't want to leave and miss them. Also, he said the cleaners "Didn't find a parking lot". The entire outside of the building is a parking lot. The apartment looks more like a hotel. Note the timestamps on the messages I attached. Do not recommend.
