This nail salon is the best one yet. I have struggled to find a nail salon that attends to my needs and I'm happy I have found it! Just know, this will be my go-to stop and I will always come back! The whole process of doing my nails with them is so nice and comforting. The salon is spacious and the color theme is so nice! I notice they take good care of their equipment and make sure the salon is clean. They are very well organized and the aesthetic is amazing. They are so clean which is my favorite thing! It is very spacious and I feel at home. I had Megan as a nail tech, and she was so comforting, she made sure we had good communication and was gentle in every process of doing my nails. She made sure she had every detail done well and made sure to fix the littlest things that I didn't even notice. This made me feel relaxed and relieved knowing that I was in good hands. She was focused and gentle with my hands. She made sure the nails were money's worth. Tracy, the owner is also so kind and attentive to all of the customers. She has good communication skills and made sure that I felt comfortable with the pricing and that I wasn't just paying. She set out a clear idea so I knew how much I would pay. Her doing this made me feel so looked out for. They are looking for customer satisfaction and they do it so well! She is so kind and understanding which made me feel so welcomed. I've been getting my pedicures and manicures with Wendy for about 8 years now. Everytime she moves to a different location I follow her. I've had pedicures done by other people when Wendy is on vacation, they do an ok job, but not as good as Wendy. Wendy takes her time and does a very thorough job. She has a procedure that she follows and she never takes short cuts. It doesn't matter if there's other people waiting for her, when she is working with you, you are her only customer at the moment.
