Please visit Tracy's Nail Spa!! I don't get my nails or feet don't often at all and am quite ticklish, but they made my experience extremely comfortable. The place is super clean and they even have the massage chairs for pedicures. They also have a cute lil coffee/tea bar for guests. Prices are super fair as well and I absolutely love how my toes came out! I also love how you can easily book an appointment through their website. I opted for the $38 pedicure package, with an addition of gel $10 and chrome for $15 more, totaling $64. The feet scrubbers did not hurt or tickle at all, and they did such an amazing job i love the way my toes came out. Request Anna! She is the sweetest and so good at her job. They don't try to rush your service and you can absolutely tell they are amazing at their craft. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone!

Update to my review: I was disappointed to see the owner characterize my experience as a "misunderstanding." To clarify, I speak and understand Vietnamese fluently, and I understood the conversation that took place during my appointment. My review reflects what I personally heard and experienced. I did not dispute the additional charges or make a fuss about them, despite what was said about me during the service. If there is any question regarding how I behaved during the appointment, I encourage the owner to review any available surveillance footage from that day, as I believe it would provide additional context and support my account of the interaction. I would have appreciated a response that acknowledged and addressed my concerns rather than simply attributing the experience to a misunderstanding.

I paid $105 for my nails and $58 for my pedicure, for a total of $163, and it was absolutely not worth the price. This was my first time coming here based on the reviews and the work they post online, but the quality I received was nowhere close to what was advertised. The work was sloppy and not clean. While doing my nails, the technician cut me twice, and I was bleeding. I didn't make a scene or complain at the salon--I paid my $163 and left--but I was honestly shocked by both the quality of the work and the total price. If you decide to come here, make sure you ask for the total cost before any services begin. I also didn't appreciate being encouraged to get the glitter French line without being told it would be an additional charge. Communication was also lacking. The technicians doing my nails and pedicure barely communicated with me throughout the appointment, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, this was a waste of money. I really wanted to give this salon a chance, but I won't be returning and can't recommend it based on my experience.

This is an amazing gem of a nail salon tucked away on a cute block. The quality of work is what keeps me coming back. Every time I come here I am so pleased with the results of my full set, fill in and/or pedicures. I usually get a French tip pedicure a they are always so neat. The nail techs are very nice and the ambience is quiet. They have tvs and music playing and they also offer a cold drink. I will be coming back for sure.

Ive been coming here since they opened. Great service, fast and reasonably priced. Very friendly, highly recommend. I get acrylic nails and pedicures done. I've searched high and low for a quality nail spa, and found Tracy's nails. I'll be coming here as long as they are in business.

Ana and Wendy are my go-to girls! They always do such an amazing job, and my nails come out perfect every time.

Location has a nice ambiance and staff is courteous and inviting. However, after 8 days of getting my gel x nails they began to lift and crack. (One nail even broke when I went to grab my dog). My hair, floss, and anything else that can get caught in them do! It's frustrating because I paid $134 for both feet and hands and I did not receive the quality nails that I usually get for that price. It was my first time and I will not recommend nor go back.

Nice, clean spa and the workers were kind to me but $55 is not worth this quality. Requested a regular gel manicure, but the worker tried to talk me into gel-x for more length. I told her I didn't want to add any length and was comfortable with the shape and length of my natural nails, but she then suggested builder gel for more strength. I was left with thick, bumpy, misshapen nails. Will not be doing builder gel here again. I've gotten beautiful pedicures here, with good shaping and cuticle cutting, but this time I requested of the worker 3 times to not cut my nails down because I already had the length I wanted, and that she could just file them to even out the shape, but she still went ahead and clipped my nails significantly shorter than what I came in with. She was thorough in her work and I left the salon with a well done pedicure, but my nails were left much shorter than I wanted them even after I told her multiple times not to cut them at all to begin with. All in all a very pretty and comfortable salon, and I've had positive interactions with the workers there, but I really wish they would be more mindful of my requests, as the client, and not recommend services that they aren't skilled enough in.

Tracy's Nail Spa is a very cute nail salon on the famous Valley Mall Strip of El Monte-CA. There is plenty of parking which is nice compared to other salons. The salon is very clean and professional. I walked in while last minute shopping and they were very accommodating. I asked for a full set and the nail tech that worked on me named BELLA was very patient and did a wonderful job, my nails are still intact. She took her time, and was very detailed which I appreciate when I spend money at a spa. Other salons just rush you and they don't care. I was in a rush so I didn't get to take any photos, but I will definitely return and refer my friends. Thank you Bella! read more

First of all we got here late n on call, Tracy said we'll stay open for u which was super sweet n real of her. I wasn't sure on my reference n I wasn't going to get my nails done bc my phone was going to die but they hooked it up w a charger. I was a little nervous since I haven't gotten a pedicure in so long but they did me right and at a great price too. They served us drinks, n actually called one of the owners to come and help so they'd get done faster. He did the most amazing job on my nails. Came across this nail salon at valley mall it stood out to me, so I decided to give it a try. The interior was cute with a nice waiting area. The workers were very welcoming even though I didn't have an appointment. Linda was my nail tech. She showed me many color options which was a plus having so many choices to choose from. I just got a regular gel manicure. I like how she didn't talk my ear off and ask me so many questions during my treatment. I apperciate the quiet time enjoying myself. She kepted it simple talk at the beiginning then she got into focusing on my nails. I had gel on previously so she had to take it off for me. My total came out to be $35 and I tipped her $10 so $45 for a gel manicure. I will definetly be coming back here again and trying out their pedicure next time as well. There is plenty of parking around valley mall streets or parking on the sides and back of the store. The store is located at the corner with beautiful wall art outside. P.S They do accommodate you with beverages so do ask for it ! I alway love salons that offer this ! read more

Definitely didn't have such a great experience here at Tracy's Nail Spa. Walked in and got seated right away but was sitting on pedicure chair for over an hour. The water got cold mind you it was raining that day, as well as the plastic lining came off. Two ladies walked in after me and they attended them first "because they had an appointment". They could have warned me it was going to be a wait time so I wouldn't have wasted time sitting there. I definitely won't be returning, as I walked out they started speaking their language upsetly. read more

Her technique polishing was excellent and clean but unfortunately, the polish chipped in two days which is pretty quick for gel. Pricing is fair $30 for a gel manicure and $5 for removal. Unfortunately, my manicure was the complete opposite. I had already cut my nails short beforehand and purposely didn't file them because I expected the manicurist to shape them nicely and evenly. Since I wasn't getting color, I expected her to at least pay attention to the shape of my nails, but I felt there was very little attention to detail. I politely asked twice if she could shape them more evenly, and both times she responded with noticeable attitude. By the second time, she seemed visibly annoyed, so I decided to let it go rather than make the interaction more uncomfortable. I left unhappy with my manicure. She also left my hands oily from the cuticle product, which made the service feel unfinished. The pedicure technician was lovely, but the manicurist's attitude and behavior made the experience uncomfortable enough that I won't be returning.

The filing was aggressive and she hurt me a few times, including when she trimmed my natural nails so short that she basically left none of the white part. At one point it hurt enough that I reacted and she immediately grabbed my hand and held it close to her chest for a second before continuing. About a week later, as my nails started growing out, I noticed a pretty significant dip/indentation near my cuticles. It looks like my natural nails were overfiled in that area. I'm attaching pictures because the indentation is much easier to see now that they have grown out a little. Also, the white polish in the pictures is NOT what I left the salon with. I painted over them myself because I really didn't like the original color. By the end of the appointment everything felt so rushed and like she was trying to get me out that I honestly didn't feel comfortable saying anything or asking her to redo them. I gave this place a second chance after what happened during my first visit, but after being hurt during both visits and now having these indentations in my natural nails, I'm done. I really wish more care had been taken instead of rushing through the services.

Definitely did not listen to my request, she seemed to just pass over each toe nail quickly doing the bare minimum. I had to stop her before the color and asked to go over some obvious areas. Even then im not too happy with the work.

This nail salon is the best one yet. I have struggled to find a nail salon that attends to my needs and I'm happy I have found it! Just know, this will be my go-to stop and I will always come back! The whole process of doing my nails with them is so nice and comforting. The salon is spacious and the color theme is so nice! I notice they take good care of their equipment and make sure the salon is clean. They are very well organized and the aesthetic is amazing. They are so clean which is my favorite thing! It is very spacious and I feel at home. I had Megan as a nail tech, and she was so comforting, she made sure we had good communication and was gentle in every process of doing my nails. She made sure she had every detail done well and made sure to fix the littlest things that I didn't even notice. This made me feel relaxed and relieved knowing that I was in good hands. She was focused and gentle with my hands. She made sure the nails were money's worth. Tracy, the owner is also so kind and attentive to all of the customers. She has good communication skills and made sure that I felt comfortable with the pricing and that I wasn't just paying. She set out a clear idea so I knew how much I would pay. I've been getting my pedicures and manicures with Wendy for about 8 years now. Everytime she moves to a different location I follow her. I've had pedicures done by other people when Wendy is on vacation, they do an ok job, but not as good as Wendy. Wendy takes her time and does a very thorough job. She has a procedure that she follows and she never takes short cuts. It doesn't matter if there's other people waiting for her, when she is working with you, you are her only customer at the moment.
