The crew was excellent, produce were excellent but when it comes to water, I am very specific and I need information that doesn't exist no where. I basically only drink Artezian water and the choices are very poor, on top of it there is no way to find what the PH is on their New Zealand brand. 'Water Is Life' and for me it's also medicine; Trader Joe's really need to make some effort and improve in that domain. read more

I do not like being pestered by some of the gay male staff to include the mgr .. With a degree of diplomacy I feel he is of the understanding I am not gay .. Knowing this the check out lady ( pal of his perhaps ) whom not quite as attractive as she might like to think she is .. I don't care I am not attracted to this woman .. After today not at all knowing now her personality is contrived .. Somehow because I was less than engaging with her mgr friend ? That notwithstanding she ( elderly woman mind you ) I have this feeling from her that I would like to or have made in the past advances to her ( just by saying hi how are you with a smile in the check out line ??? ) This while acting as though she somehow thinks all male's are attracted to her I guess ? I smile and am respectful to all at any merchant I choose to shop .. Are we at a grocery store or singles bar or night club ? Highly unprofessional .. Needless to say she has treated me as though I am this un feeling person whom she makes every effort to show off her build to me or others in the check out line .. With the attitude she is a gift to the male gender ?? Really it was embarrassing .. I am a professional respect should be a mutual understanding ! With that I have refused to partake in these high school acts ( this while shopping ! ) I have had quite enough especially when the mgr and the woman made fun of me as a paying customer ! The mgr broke out with a laugh ( while my back was turned to her ) exiting the store where he sits elevated and "people watches" instead of watching the dates on the merchandise ! She obviously gestured to him in mock ! I will not be back I have their names to take this to another level .. I can't believe the return policy of Trader Joe's, it's just fantastic. Coming from Hawaii, I always shop at Trader Joe's before returning home. Besides just buying things, I brought back 7 packages of the dried mandarin oranges snacks which I bought a year before. The customer service representative accepted the return items with open arms. He asked me how many I bought, I told home 10 but I ate three of them. "No problem," he says. He then refunds me for the 10 even though I only brought back 7. I had no receipt and I ate 3 of them but he refunds me for 10. What other retailer would do that? I just love Trader Joe's. Please open a store in Hawaii!!! read more

I've gone to this location for a couple of years now and I always appreciate how clean the store is, how nicely all the organized products are laid out, and most importantly, how friendly the staff here is. Today, I had an unfortunate encounter with a strange man in the market who I sensed was watching and following me. As I was checking out, I gave a heads-up to the cashier so she could keep an eye out for the other female customers. She notified the manager (I'm assuming?) and he went to go locate the man. Afterwards, without me asking, the manager walked me out, carried my groceries into my car for me, and waited for me to drive off safely. Even then, I could see him scanning the parking lot for the creep. I feel bad I didn't catch the employee's name but he has no idea how much I appreciate what he did for me! Even after today, I will continue going to this Trader Joe's because you can't find a staff like this just anywhere. read more

I don't know why I trusted the things I bought tortillas,eggs,cheese, milk simple stuff and I'll be dang I go to my fridge a day later and my milk stinks so I cook some eggs took bite n was like OMG what's that!! I love this Trader Joe's. I actually moved to be closer to this store. The people who work here are very helpful. I used to go to the store located on Decatur and when that one closed, I came to this store. Now it is really close to me. I like their pizzas, and vegan options such as tika marsala. I also love their yoghurts. They have so many interesting new products too. Found out the best time to go there is early morning. Also love their yogurt too read more

I used to love going to Trader Joe's. The food was always fresh. I loved their ready to cook meals like pork chops with apple dressing inside. But since Fresh and Easy opened not far away, I think that their business has dropped off. With less business, they don't seem to have the ready to cook meals done in the variety that they used to. I LOVE this Trader Joe's. It was a rare rainey day in Las Vegas and the handle on my Trader's Joes bag broke. As a result I dropped my bag of groceries. It was a huge mess. Although I am a Trader Joes fan, I didn't give it a 5 star because of the prices, too high for Trader Joe's! I was actually surprised by their prices. I am well familiarized with this chain, I used to shop there all the time in NYC, and prices there are a lot lower than here, surprisingly enough. They also have a lot more selection of everything in NY. Needs improvement in the Deli Department. But if you want good quality low price wine, this is the place! Such a happy place! TJ's employees are always so nice and smiley. It's hard to resist all the goodies inside a Trader Joe's....sure, there is produce and dairy and other such grocery essentials, but check out the frozen food freezers! And the deli area with the hummus and salsas and other yummies. How about the cookies or muffins or cake? Or the chocolate and candy? Or wine? Gahhhhh.....it's fun to look but even better to buy. Love this place! Back where I'm from we didn't have trader joes. These definitely do not have the selection that you would find and a wal mart or albertsons as far as groceries go, but the food is AMAZING. Almost everything they carry is organic. My friends like to call Trader Joe's the Organic Wal-Mart. The prices are extremely reasonable for Organic products. They have a great selection on beer and wine. Everyone that works here is always so friendly. Especially the woman in the back that is always their giving free samples. I discovered Mochi Ice cream at Trader Joes. Love this place! read more

Bummer! The one thing that I go for at Trader Joe's is the green dried mango! But they were all out today! However I still manage to get some goodies for the fam back home in Hawaii (Maui). I love buying my bananas at this specific location. LOL. The staff is nice! Shelves are always stocked. Lots of fresh veggies and fruits.

I love this hippy-ish store. The prices are generally cheaper than what you would expect for a whole food natural no GMO kind of store. We like it because it is cheap and has some good ravioli. Lately, the store has been empty of product. We asked why, they told us they didn't know how they wanted to remodel the store. We have heard this many times before and nothing changed. We originally thought the place was closing...Well, I guess it isn't, but this location isn't as good as it used to be, it is always empty, and there is never enough inventory. I used to do all my grocery shopping at Trader Joe's, but this location is just awful. They are always very poorly stocked and I get BS excuses for why they are out of things. I was told that I needed to come "earlier in the day" to buy salads. In addition to that just not working with my schedule, it's unheard of. What can I say? Trader Joe's is the bomb, I wish we had one here in Hawaii. I love Store brand Indian food packets; add some rice and you have a whole delicious meal for like $2.50. They also had a seasonal Cinnamon Spiced Pear cider that was amazing served hot.
