Some of their many goodies - VN
    Vince N.

TJ's is one of many companies that we're deprived of by living in Hawaii. The excuse is usually that they wouldn't be able to keep their prices low. We're already used to crazy prices so what's one more store but one that has some good sh... stuff? Staying on The Strip, Uber prices were around $40 each way for both locations, but luckily a local family member offered to drive me and the spouse. I'm not a TJ expert so I can't compare this location to others, but this one is pretty quaint in size. Parking was plentiful within the Longford Shoppes strip mall. THE GOODS: Cookie Butter is out, nuts and chips are in for me! A Trio of Almonds My favorite snack that I believe is seasonal (winter?). The caramel coffee-coated ones are the tastiest, followed by the sesame honey. The third is simply salted. Nuts About Rosemary Mix Mix of almonds, cashews, pecans and hazelnuts in a lightly salty and herby seasoning. Everything But The Bagel Nut Duo Very uninspiring bag of cashews and almonds. Love the seasoning though. Step Up To The Snack Bar Mix The ultimate snack that goes with any beverage! Honey mustard pretzels, honey roasted peanuts & sesame sticks, flax seeds corn chips, cheese crackers & chili lemon corn sticks. Happy Trekking Trek Mix Low sodium but tasty mix of almonds, not-so-sweet chocolate morsels, cashews, pistachios, cranberries & cherries. Love it! Olive & Herbs Mixed Nuts Lightly-salted and herby-seasoned almonds, cashews, pecans & dried olives. Giant Peruvian Inca Corn Snacks My cousin got this, so I got a bag to try. Big kernels, yes, but simply salted with no wow-factor. It should be seasoned with something bolder than salt. Garlic & Black Pepper Almonds The problem with this is all the seasoning is at the bottom of the package, so you're pretty much left with peppery-flavored nuts. Pass. Everything But The Bagel Potato Chips Only one expression is needed: O.M.G. SERVICE: Cashier was friendly and speedy. OVERALL: Just another grocer but one with unique and delish, store-branded goods.

Everything is from TJ's. Burrata, tomatoes, EVOO, balsamic glaze, and truffle almonds.

I need to come here more often. I always find great things to try and I love their cheese selection. I'll make an effort to visit more often. Prices aren't bad and the staff is so helpful and nice. Parking can be difficult but if you don't mind walking a little further there's a much larger area closer to the other larger grocery store.

It's the service, not the product. What's so special about traders joes? They all serve the same products. Organic fruits and veggies filled boxes. Free range chicken and dark chocolate covered everything. Every product is good from the shampoo to the dog treats to even the bottled wine. Joe's is one of my favorite stores to visit when I travel to different states. Trying to find the theme of this store, I discovered from the manager Cory that's is local based. All the art work is local artist with a play on local attractions. And when he found out this was my first time here he gave me a free bag. Thanks man! Overall five stars. Parking is adequate. The store is stocked and clean. And the people all flash a smile and ask how you doing. A great company. M

My cousin from Maui was visiting Las Vegas and wanted to go to Trader Joe's, since they don't have any stores on Maui. I went along for the ride. This store sells just about everything (prepared foods, meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables, snacks, nuts, wine, bath and body products, pet products, pasta, canned goods, olive oil, chocolate and candies, cookies, flowers, etc.). This store was immaculate. My cousin happily filled her cart. I just bought three kinds of nuts. Their prices are reasonable, and the variety can't be beat.

Trader Joe's is snack heaven. Cheap, creative, and full of finds you can't get in Hawaiʻi, it's no wonder every flight home seems to have at least a few people with Trader Joe's bags stuffed under their seats. It's the ultimate omiyage stop--perfect for grabbing fun goodies to share with family and friends back home. Gummy candies, chocolates, trail mixes, and quirky seasonal snacks that always make you think, "why don't we have this in Hawaiʻi?" And let's not forget the reusable tote bags--cute, practical, and practically a collector's item. Prices are great, portions generous, and the shelves are always full of surprises. If you're traveling from Hawaiʻi, this is the place to stop before you head to the airport--you'll walk away with gifts, snacks, and probably a little extra carry-on weight.

I know it's a TJ's thing to chat it up at the register. Little kibbitz about the products - did you find what you were looking for...have you tried...but where is the line? The store was filling up at dinner time on Thursday, January 2nd. All the needed-something-before-heading-home- on-the-first-day-back-to-work schlubs like me. Lane 1, lane 2. Lane 1? OK, Lane 2 to check out. He' bagging. I'm next. Quickly, I see that I've made a mistake. Deeply engaged convo between customer and checker. Topics on topics. Health of a family member, empathetic response with relatable new story attached. Holidays. The weather. Products and uses. Line growing behind me. Checker bagging slower and slower as the conversation drags on. My boyfriend called me. At the end of the call, I looked at the timer: 7 minutes. They are still talking! Lady behind me taps my shoulder and says "wow, this is too much." We have a 5 minute conversation where I promise that I will say nothing but hello, pay and leave. We're boiling inside and want to go home, but we laugh anyway. Meanwhile...chatty Kathies still chatting it up like long lost sorority sisters. Zero awareness of anyone else as they are becoming besties. Finally, it's my turn! Yay!! 5 items, this should be quick! Nope. First item, cashier, "you know, I aaaalllllwaaaayyyyyyss keep a bag of these...." Me: "yeah, great. Can I bag?" I couldn't do it. I could not listen to the guy tell an origin story about his dedication to Trader Joe tater tots. I 100% get it that the goal is friendliness. I have accepted that when I'm buying a bag of lettuce and a box of tomatoes the employee is basically required to ask if I'm making a salad, but it has gotten totally out of hand. By the time I left, every checkout in the store was 6 or 7 carts deep. The artificial congestion from too much chit-chat is beyond. Please do better to read the room, TJ guy.

Stopped by to pick up omiyage for family and friends. So many options. Friendly staff and clean aisles today. The fresh peonies here added a wonderful aroma as you walked into TJ. I found the snack clusters here in different options. Picked up so many items that the staff knew we were from Hawaii lol. Our go to TJ for bringing home snacks!

Love this place. Today was the tote bag trick or treat edition. Line was all the way in the back but it moved fast.

Items were organized. Store was clean. Cashier was friendly. Above all I came for the reusable bags, they were easy to find!

How do you know... Trader Joe's just has the yummy goodness that we all love! The ninth island has take care of our cravings and this W Washington location is one of the friendliest as I had questions regarding their totes as they all are eco friendly though this washable paper bag had me questioning the durability squashed my theory as they use them regularly without issues. As I'm browsing looking quite puzzled I had a staff asking if I'm okay lol which I replied...no but "what would your favorite be TODAY as I'm sure it changed depending on your mood as currently they have a Ube collection going on with tea cookies, Joe Joes, Pancake mix and pretzels i had my questions which i agrees and we both came up with the same answer lol! Browsing here is quite easy as it's so clean and organized and with us constantly purchasing in the bulk we've known to do, many are stacking up areas that have been wiped out, checked out the "new" items are always fun though since it's been years this visit has been a nostalgic trip to the happy place. Thank you!

Will we ever see Trader Joe's in Hawaii? The cost of shipping products to Hawaii can be much higher, which may impact the affordability of their offerings. In guess I'll keep bringing my empty suitcase until Trader Joe's considers Hawaii in their future offerings... Lol

The rubbish part of the watermelon, they like to give that to the customers lol
    Helen E.

I love trader Joe, but not when they sell the white part of the watermelon, they charge enough for it, I'm sure they can afford to throw out the white part!

When locals or kama'aina from Hawai'i travel, many of us will look for a Trader Joe's grocery store to buy snacks for ourselves or give omiyage お土産 (the Japanese custom of bringing gifts back for friends, relatives, and neighbors when returning from a trip). Because there aren't any Trader Joe's in Hawai'i, those who have experienced products from TJ's either through their purchases or as omiyage are in high demand. This visit was our first time at this location, and we discovered its convenient and nearby area to Downtown Las Vegas and the Premium Outlet Stores since we were tagging along with our travel companions. Upon entry, we noticed the cleanliness, brightness, and organization of this store. The wide aisles weren't crowded, but where shoppers with carts stopped, there appeared to be much room to maneuver between fellow customers. We roamed the store and found several of our favorite snacks to bring home that we'd squeeze into our carry-on bags while looking for the store's mascot. Like "a kid in a candy store," I started looking for Ricky the Road Runner and couldn't find him, so I asked a cashier if the Road Runner had been found yet. She answered that this store's mascot is a sloth named "Flash." Ah, as soon as she told me about Flash, I spotted him above an Exit sign towards the back of the store and took a photo as proof to claim my prizes (organically flavored lollipops and stickers) while purchasing my snacks. I guessed that the various Trader Joe's in Las Vegas have different mascots since Lemmy the Lobster retired. Anyway, we enjoyed playing the scavenger hunt in this store while finding more of our favorite and new omiyage. The maintenance and condition of the store reflects the positive attitudes of the staff. The workers are all friendly, cheerful and helpful and make shopping here very pleasant. We'd probably return to this store when or if we're in the area because of the clean, safe, fun, and positive vibes, but we regularly shop at Los Angeles' Trader Joe's.

We didn't want a sit-down restaurant but wanted something with more quality than fast food. Whole Foods Market delivered (not literally). We were impressed when we walked in as this is a large store with a lot of staff, good service, and plenty to offer. The parking lot was rather empty earlier in the morning but less than 45 minutes later when we left, it was rather busy being a Sunday morning. I typically go to other Whole Foods Markets for a few quick items or something specific. There is a huge amount of convention and organic produce, an expanded bakery department with made-in-house bread, a full-service coffee and juice bar, an expanded whole body department with wellness items, a chocolate and cheese department, a curated grocery department with many local items, a full-service seafood counter, a full-service meat counter, an extensive selection of more than MANY wines and local beer options, and a larger prepared foods department with a salad bar, hot bar, fresh pizza, made-to-order sandwiches, and rotisserie chicken. On my most recent visit to Whole Foods Market, my friend and I decided to order deli sandwiches made to-order along with a bag of chips for each of us. They were delicious and less expensive than a meal at many of the nearby restaurants! Amazon Prime members can shop at Whole Foods and take advantage of a number of benefits from discounts on products and in-store sale items, paying in-store with Amazon One or the Amazon app, and return items at the Amazon returns counter in the store (though anyone can do this last one). For more information on in-store benefits for Prime members, visit https://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/amazon. I would strongly recommend this Whole Foods Market to anyone. It's very spacious and quite well-lit. Again, there is plenty to by and see for anyone. I'll certainly be back again (on a future visit to Las Vegas).

This grocery chain specializes in imported packaged foods, fresh produce, meats, seafood, housewares, and ready-to-serve meals. H Mart also has an app that allows customers to search for products, view weekly sale items, and place delivery orders through Uber Eats for a flat delivery fee (not including tip). Availability may vary by area, but if you plan on shopping there regularly, the app is worth downloading. This was my first visit, even though the store has been open for over a year, and I was pleasantly surprised. The store was bright, clean, and well organized. The selection of popular Asian products was enormous. Their fresh and frozen fruits, vegetables, meats, and seafood offerings were impressive. I found many items that I had never seen or heard of before. My head was spinning with joy as I explored aisle after aisle. In my opinion, this is one of the best Asian markets in the Las Vegas area. While the store primarily focuses on Japanese and Korean products, you will also find Filipino, Western, and other American grocery items throughout the store. For Filipino products specifically, there are many smaller Filipino markets throughout Las Vegas that I enjoy visiting. The Seafood City grocery chain is another favorite destination for Filipino foods and products. Pricing at H Mart is similar to most grocery stores-some items are higher priced, while others are very reasonable. H Mart also features a small food court located near the back of the store, with an additional entrance available from the front. Visitors can enjoy a variety of Asian cuisine including noodles, soups, Japanese dishes, Korean fried chicken, tofu stews, and boba teas. Overall, I had a very enjoyable visit and will definitely be returning. If you enjoy exploring Asian cuisine, ingredients, and grocery products, H Mart is worth a visit. Respectfully.
