The food is pretty good...idk what people are talking about in the low reviews. The food is good, and the portion sizes are not that small lol. I would Come back here again, but maybe more so for take out. The only things are...the service, although everyone was super nice, they seemed new at it. The DJ or karaoke person whatever was so loud I had to yell to talk to my friend. And the drinks barely had any liquor in it, but I feel like a lot of restaurants do this anyways. I would still come back. Service was friendly, food was good, portion size decent, and the indoor decor was nice.

Today is Monday, they opened last Friday. There is adequate parking in the private lot. The cuisine is South American; Peruvian and Ecuadorian influenced, not Caribbean. There is a difference. The staff is cordial and more than happy to explain what's on the menu. The lunch is more than sufficient. A full bowl of soup AND the main. The soup is a meal in itself; shredded white meat chicken, carrots, celery, potatoes, scallions, a touch of cilantro, the broth in itself is enough to fill an appetite. Nothing is overwhelmed by herbs or spices. Succulent chicken, tasty beans, the Maduros were perfect. The atmosphere is inviting. The kitchen is clean and there's additional seating in the back.

Really good, reminds me of mi tierras restaurant in queens. Great food. I highly recommend the bandeja paisa. Will definitely be back.

This was a delivery order. It was picked up really quick by Uber Eats. I ordered the churrasco…read moresteak and it was good. Their chimichuri sauce was really good and helped elevate the steaks flavor. The tostones were soggy and packed with the garlic drip dip. It was oily and spilled inside so a lot of the tostones and the garlic on it, which my kid didn't like. The black beans look as if they were poured out of a can with the clear liquid and they were super salty. The potato salad was also too salty and not edible. Not sure why there were apples in there. Spent too much money.

Went here for dinner while in the area. When you walk in you order off of the menu on two tv…read morescreens and they bring it to your table if you are dining in. We received our order pretty quickly and everything was warm (not super hot). We ordered beef and cheese empanadas - they were very fresh and crunchy but bland. We ordered a large maduro - fantastic - large pieces of banana perfectly cooked - soft and sweet. I ordered the pernil combo with rice and gondules and yuca fries - the pernil while soft was pretty salty. The rice was very good - good portion - needed some hot sauce. The yuca fries were very good - the sauce it came with was too spicy for me. Hubby had a pastele which he said was very good. He also had the pork chunks with rice and gondules which was also a bit salty. We decided next time to try some other items. We will be back.
