Mattheus, age 12: I am in disbelief, this restaurant is beyond good, it is outrageous! When we first came in we were greeted by friendly staff that cared about our needs. When we received our appetizer it had a beautiful presentation and taste. When the main meals arrived they as well had a a beautiful presentation and taste. I had the classic burger and my mom had the chicken sandwich. Yam fries are delicious! Drinks were also good and when I left I had the feeling, that I was satisfied! Malaina age 9: when I came in the restaurant I was greeted by a nice lady and Nicole our server was very nice. I love this restaurant, my Caesar salad was good. I want to come again. Ok restaurant- visiting from abroad I found very intimidating that the waitress brought the check and the machine to pay when we were still having dessert and finishing our wine. This might be a Canadian thing but I didn't like it. And We only stayed for an hour! read more

Finally in Fort Langley there is a cornucopia of craft beer. Great food options that are all sourced locally (menu includes food sources). The Poutine is creative and delicious, a braised beef with gravy, bacon and curds. Ask the server to mix your food with your drink and see how their beer infused menu pairs with your craft beer. The burger is a good classic and the tacos are a unique experience for typical pub food. read more

My wife and I have been here a few time's and really enjoyed it. The food is really good and the service is fantastic, and the beer is amazing!! They don't fill growlers here though. The Duck Taco's and the Berger are very tasty. We also love that it's kid friendly. Great place to eat!! read more

Disclaimer - I am writing this as a vegetarian and this review is from that light. Went for a family lunch (with normal people) as the online menu appeared to offer good choices. Unfortunately, the lunch menu is much more limited and only had salads and one bean vegan sandwich as a vegetarian choice. Much scrolling online does indicate that this is the disclosed, but it is not obvious. Service was good - though food prep was slow (over 30 minutes for simple items). Restaurant is nice and clean, though a little noisy in case you are looking for intimate conversation. This was all good. The food came together for the table. Fries were delicious, but the bean vegan sandwich was terrible. It was as dry and tasteless as sawdust. I couldn't finish it and pulled out the bean patty to at least eat the bread. I can't recommend and would advise vegetarians to stay away until the dinner menu is offered. Desert wasn't offered (at least to my end of the table). Overall, despite some positives, I won't go back and was disappointed. read more

Just checked out this place with my boyfriend after walking around fort Langley which is very cool. We shared the burger which was decent but nothing special for the price . Also ordered the prawn tacos which had good size prawns but to much sauce which was guacamole and mayo and no seasoning it was extremely bland . To top it off our server was extremely un enthusiastic through our whole meal and didn't even check on us. For a tourist area which is extremely over priced you would think the service would be better. Will not be returning here , our meal for one appetizer split and one entree split and one beer each was $50. Which is pretty much equal to one meal. Your better off going downtown. No wonder it wasn't that busy In there. Just be ware you will be paying a lot for lower than fast food service. Good luck. read more

Yam tacos ... yam fries cane as the key vegetarian ingredient stuffed in the taco. Extremely disappointing, especially after ordering yam fries as an appetizer. Whoever came up with the not so great idea is serving fries in a taco as a meal needs to eat out more. read more

They did their homework, opened up two locations very quickly, developed a vast beer selection and made a quick fancy menu... They seem to lack humility that a starting business should have. The prices of food here are insane considering the focus should be their original microbrew. The burger i had was attempting to be fancy and gourmet but was undercooked and bland in flavour. Word of advice: SLOW DOWN. We're just impressed that you opened a business in Fort Langley and are still open. Take a break, lower your prices, and lose the pretentious micro brewery vibe--you weren't the first ones to do it. Design inside was nice but the company logo and font could use some reconsidering, its simple in a boring way not in a less is more way. Horrible service. Had to ask for someone to take our drinks after being there for 15+ minutes. Waited 45 minutes for our food to come out stone cold. Received arguments from both our server and manager who both had conflicting stories on how long the food was waiting. When your potatoes have congealed to a glop, chances are pretty good the food has been sitting for a long time. Ended up ordering a caesar salad and it came with a fried egg on top - who puts an egg on a caeser salad and skips the bacon and croutons? Skip this place if you want to eat hot food. Place is acceptable if you want beer and only beer. Drink menu is quite sparse. read more

Variety of about 10-15 craft beer options with rotating taps. Food is fair pricing with the average $12-$18. Everything was delicious! Tacos were good but typical simple taco. Service wasn't good about coming back and filling water or bringing the bill promptly but not the worst. Would come here again tho for the drinks read more

The chicken wings are disgusting. The skin was soggy and not crispy, like they weren't cooked. The special sauce had NO flavour - it was so bland. We went and ate somewhere else after. It wasn't just disappointing, it was gross. read more

Atmosphere is great, really nice inside, seems to have large patio area but we sat inside. The food was delicious, not huge portions but I was ok with that. I had the fried chicken sandwich, so good. It was pretty pricey for a lunch, sandwiches were $18/$19, the beer was quite overpriced in my opinion $8.50 for a glass. There were things on tap that weren't mentioned in the menu or by the server so we missed things we would've drank instead of what we ordered. We ordered an appy right away, it never came. When we mentioned to our server (when she stopped by to ask how our lunch was) she was surprised it never made it out? My mom ordered a side salad with her food, it never came and we had to ask for it. I'm not someone that expects things for free, or complains to get a freebie - and we didn't complain, we just mentioned it, but we were surprised she didn't discount her salad or something since there were two mistakes. She was very friendly though. We have a 1.5yr Old so I always tip atleast 20% and clean up as much as I can after her (picking most stuff off the floor etc), while I was doing that she came over and thanked me for doing it which was nice. I know I don't have to but I feel like I should because kids are extra messy. Like I said, tasty food, server very friendly, but def missed a few things and was pricey. Decent food/drink. Horrific hostesses and servers. We were told to wait 35 minutes for a table for 2, and that someone would text or call when our table was ready. After 45 minutes & no contact, we returned; only to be told we'd have to wait another 35 minutes. The reason we were given for the additional delay was the hostess "had to way of telling how long people need to eat". After waiting for our table, we sat down with no service for 10 minutes. We then placed our drink & meal orders at the same time as we had ample time to look over the menu front to back. 10 minutes later, the server returned to advise they didn't have the mussels we had ordered, and asked if we'd like a menu. When the menu didn't arrive for another 10 minutes, I had to go to the hostess table to get my own menu. After choosing a back-up meal, we were then told they just got a delivery of mussels and we could order that if we wanted - are you kidding?! Do you mean to tell me you got a deliver of mussels at 8:30pm on a Saturday night? Not buying it. Anyhow, like I said - the food/drink was alright. But the service was pathetic...pathetic to the point that we were looking around for the hidden cameras and someone to jump out and tell us this was all a joke - not the case. read more

Went here for the first time with my sisters for lunch. Two of us ordered salads, when they arrived, both were missing ingredients. The ceasar salad came with lettuce and dressing and was missing both croutons and the egg, my sister said something, they popped an egg on top but still no croutons. Went there last night, after reading lots of great reviews was very excited to try out this new spot in Fort Langley. To say it was quite the let down is an understatement. First off we arrived at 730, the place was busy but we were told a table would become available in 20-25 mins, they took our cell # and said they'd text as soon as the table was ready. 45 minutes later and no text. We called back and were told they didn't have our information and that they we're seating any more for the eve. After explaining we'd already been waiting 45 mins they told us to come back and they'd find us a table. When we did the place was half full. Finally got seated and placed our beer and appetizer order, they didn't have the beer we wanted and were out of the mussels we ordered. Fair enough we changed our beer order and ordered the wings instead which were comped on our final bill. We waited about 30 minutes until our server noticed we hadn't even received our drink order yet when he came by and said they had a problem with the kegs and that drinks and appetizers were come which they did a few minutes later. Wings were very average, beer too, decent but nothing to write home about. If your not into beers with fruity citrus notes this is definitely not your place. By the time it came to ordering our mains we had been waiting so long throughout the evening that our appetites were fading. Between 4 of us we shared the fried chicken sandwich which and the quinoa salad with added prawns. Chicken sandwich was marginally better than a fast food joint and although the salad has some great flavours, they forgot the prawns. Overall a fairly disappointing experience all around. I would not totally write the place off though. Great location and nice looking place and being that it is fairly new, maybe still has a few kinks to work out. Will give it a few months and stop back in for a beer and appetizer to see where they're at. read more
