I believe they are open regularly for the beer wall, and in fact there were some locals there. But the rest of the place was not like a typical restaurant. It must just be private events. For accessibility, was a golf cart used to take some folks from the grass up to the top floor through the parking lot. because I was at a wedding, the food was through a private caterer.
