Look my table's ready! Funny thing that I got denied when I walked in the door

I used to love going to brew works but will not return. I joined the waitlist 40 minutes early. Get there early and was told "I don't have you on our waitlist" even showed my phone multiple times. Said well it doesn't matter it's a 2 hour wait. Plenty of tables outside, multiple tables not in use. So I was turned away after Yelp saying I had a guarantee spot. I'm my opinion the guy didn't seem to care and wanted to turn people away knowing there was a concert. Honestly ruined my night. Got here two hours before concert on purpose to eat here because I wanted to have a nice meal and was turned away. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

So we (Bailey and I) checked out dog friendly restaurants in Allentown. Low and behold- Fegley's on Hamilton!!! So we are digging the complimentary pumpkin dog treat (no chicken) and I am too happy to really start eating. Love supporting local businesses that have phenomenal service. Plus I am pretty sweaty from the park so there's that. (TMI fur sure). So now I plotting my suggestions of other local rescues. Boy , I am always thinking. In a good way today. I had to try the "Karen" beer again (same as Fegley's Bethlehem (when I was awaiting my "ink") and of course the "blueberry belch". I must say I am not a fan of the "wiggity wackily wack wit." Our server, Billy, said it's a real "hit or miss." The Diet Coke is amazing though!! Highly recommend the salad. Produce is at the peak of freshness. And you can't go wrong with the generous serving of pretzels. Definitely ask for Billy. He's so welcoming and personable. And clearly enjoys his job. Very good service as well!!!

This is a cool place. I parallel partied out front about 4:30 pm for $2. Not sure about other parking options; it could be tight on this downtown area. Great beer selection in draft. The soft pretzel was outstanding; fantastic beer cheese dip.

This was our second time at Fegley's, the last being about 3-4 years ago. We are not local to the area so when we were in town we stopped by again! I was surprised to see reviews regarding service being slow after our visit. Our waitress was extremely attentive and we had our drinks within 5 minutes of sitting, appetizer in no more than 10 minutes, and food followed quickly behind. Admittedly the place wasn't packed when we were there, but we had no complaints on service. Food was ok but the beer is really what you go there for. I enjoyed the Doozy Smoothie beer a lot! The French dip wasn't the best I've had, but the pretzels with beer cheese were good. Would head back again and plan to when in the area.

Our 4th and final stop for our brewery tour ended up being the best. We had almost started off the night at a Fegley's in Bethlehem but the wait was too long so we ended up in Allentown. This is certainly your strong arm brewery, with huge space for seating and a big bar. They also have a ton of options along with a food menu. Similar to me of Cherry Street Brewing back in Atlanta. Aside from all the great draft options, I'll let you in on why this place is better than the others. First off, there is a large age range of people here ... from 20s to 60s. And secondly, if you're a single, you'll find this place even more appealing after 10PM. We sat at the bar to eat and drink, and got hit on not long after we came in. Actually, hit on by two groups of females and none of us were single. I joked to my girlfriend about it after, bc one girl just walked up and asked if she could have one of our shrimp . They also have Rockbot here, so you can play music to your liking by utilizing the app. I only had one beer here, the blueberry belch. DD so couldn't drink more than one. But I liked it and loved what they did have. The food was ok. I did enjoy the boom boom shrimp. I'd highly recommend this spot!

Love the food, the beer names and their art are clever, merchandise is fun, cool atmosphere to eat in, just a little hard to find parking.

From long-distance coordination of the event (I am in Virginia) through execution the day of -- Shannon, Brittney and Jim Yergey himself were absolutely wonderful to work with and made the day so special for us. It was an absolute bash and oh yeah... the beer was good too ;) If I wasn't throwing a party I would have tasted them all, but the general consensus from the guests was the beer was spot on! Of what I did try, they were expertly-crafted from the seriously refreshing Kolsch and Session IPA to the Hefe that struck all the right banana and clove notes! A MUST stop the next time you are in Allentown :)

There were Santa hats, inflatable snowmen, and an ice cream truck - what more could you want? I had the Brown Ale and the Dunkelweizen - both delicious. My boyfriend shared his Wee Heavy and Bitter - again, winning beers. Yergey's was not on our radar when we ventured through Emmaus, but it was the highlight of our random day trip to Lehigh Valley. In the spirit of Christmas, we purchased a bottle of the 2021 Holiday Beer - a doppelbock called Decorator. The bartender even gave us a complimentary matching Christmas Ornament when she overheard that I collect them! If I lived closer to Yergey Brewing, I'd be here once a week. The people were welcoming and the beer was delicious. I'm definitely keen to come back! In

A blonde light colored beer with the taste of coffee! It's creative and it tipped the scale to me liking them! The location is a bit hidden but they have signs to direct you to where they are. It's a factory-ish building. The feel of the place is very in line with their story and culture of a couple of guys who started brewing from their garage. Parked outside will usually be different food trucks. If not, hop hill serves food from the inn down the street. It's such a creative business concept and makes the visit a unique experience every time. Inside the space, they have games at every table and a jenga set. They're pet friendly and i got the chance to play with several cute pups! They have about 7 different types of beers on tap. I already raved about their morning blonde. Their house brew is also quite good. They also have a blood orange IPA which is also creative and not as hoppy as other IPAs. The best is that they serve 4 4oz flights for $6. Its super cheap and u get to try basically every beer in two flights. My only suggestions would be to open for more hours and to brew some beers that are higher percentage in alcohol. All of the beers are about 5-7%. They also have a lot of IPAs.. I wouldn't mind trying some stouts or wheat beers. I wish these guys the best of luck and success. I'm sure they'll be moving to a bigger space or expanding in the next two years or so if they keep doing what they're doing!
