We shared a very well curated cheese plate and I also tried some of my wife's Folly Salad, with arugula, spinach, dried cranberries, thin-sliced pears and a Poppy Seed dressing. Well presented and simple, but balanced flavors. I ordered a strip steak with truffle leek cream, which was served with al dente green beans and fried farm potatoes. The steak was sliced in large strips to display a perfect medium rare. It was tender and delicious. The sides were on point too. If you're staying at either the Snow Lake Lodge or the Lodge at Mount Snow, Snow Barn is just a short walk away.
