After an absolutely horrible 3 week long interaction with one of the other local places, we stopped…read morein at Midwest. From the time we walked in to the time we took delivery, everything was perfect. Everyone was professional and upfront. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Mark was a great salesman, there was no pressure to buy or put a deposit down. He pointed out several things to help make a better choice for us. Colin did our walkthrough and was excellent at showing us the operations and going through the functionality of the rv. Danielle was able to get us better financing than we had through a credit union and was extremely helpful in making decisions about warranty and other options. They sent Austin out to deliver the rv, he had it all set up and leveled perfectly in no time at all. I would highly recommend skipping the competition and seeing them first. Thank you guys!

Starkey the GM called me on the phone and threatened me. Sorry Starkey, defamation is only if I make an untrue statement. I brought this RV back to the selling dealer for warranty because the frame was bent and one of the jacks was bent. They blamed the damage on me and told me to file an insurance claim instead of addressing the structural problem. This was separate from the other weld cracks that they claimed were "not cracks." They made several repairs but the situation kept getting worse. It became clear the dealer was working for Keystone rather than advocating for their customer. To the owner -- I brought the unit back to you for a structural defect and you let Keystone run over me. 3 YEAR UPDATE: After a lot of screwing from Keystone I got them to buy this junk back for 90K. I still lost about 30K but it's better than nothing. My recommendation to you all is take lots of photos and get everything in writing. Use ChatGPT for help. Never trust your dealer. Hire a lemon law lawyer before they make a buyback offer. Once they make a bad offer you are stuck paying your own lawyer bill. Good luck.

I highly recommend this location. All the employees were helpful, courteous and highly responsive…read more They made the purchasing process extremely tolerable. Everyone worked with me to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase. They were very thorough during the vehicle orientation. The Van was clean and no issues experienced during delivery. All questions I had to responded to in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to purchase another RV here in the future.

To say that I am unhappy with the customer service van city offered would be the understatement of…read morethe century. They have been absolutely awful. After showing up to an appointment (booked 2 months ahead) in Colorado, only to find they had not ordered my parts (I called 7 times to confirm they were ordered) I decided to go to the St. Louis location for future warranty work. St. Louis was just as bad as Colorado Springs. I dropped my rv off on a Saturday. Picked it up later that day. Turns out many of the jobs they claimed they completed were not done. So I had to spend that Saturday and Sunday (closed) in St. Louis unexpectedly. On Monday I dropped it off, picked it up later, only to once again find that half the jobs weren't completed. These include 3 separate recalls I was told to have fixed. I had scratched up the drivers side paneling and wanted them to fix it, on my buck obviously. The place they sent me, Paul's auto body, quoted me $13k and 20 days. I obviously declined. Ended up getting the work done in Florida for $3200 in 2 days. So what more can I say? I'll never do business with them again. I love my rv, a leisure travel van, but if the next time I'm ready to buy a new RV the only option for Leisure's is through van city, well, I'll find another manufacturer. I've never been treated so poorly. Just a horribly run business with zero respect for their customers.

This is my 2nd review of our experience dealing with Guardian Auto Transport but I feel it's well…read moredeserved. Most auto transport companies simply function as brokers which is great until something goes wrong and then you are left to deal with the problem on your own - NOT with Guardian Auto Transport! Not only is their customer service excellent but I especially want to acknowledge Andrea who always goes the extra mile to stay in touch with updates all the way until our vehicle is received. A few years ago we had a bad experience with a transport company brokered by Guardian that damaged our car in transit. We received it on a weekend so I assumed that I would have to wait until Monday to hear back from Guardian Auto Transport customer service but to my surprise I not only had follow up calls on Saturday from Andrea but also got a response from a supervisor on Sunday as well. The transport company didn't want to take responsibility for damage done but we had a video prior to our car being unloaded showing the damage & Guardian Auto Transport really went to bat on our behalf & the transporter had to pay for the damage they caused by loading our car improperly. We just had our car shipped from Los Angele to Seattle & it arrived in pristine condition & the driver was a great communicator as well. I thank all who were involved with getting our vehicle to us safely & in a timely manner. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for & Guardian Auto Transport & their fabulous employees really deliver!!

On top of that, the originally scheduled delivery date was not met, with little to no proactive communication about the delay. Communication overall was poor throughout the process. Updates were inconsistent, and it often felt like I had to chase down information myself. Additionally, the instructions I provided were not properly relayed to the driver, which caused further complications. As a result, I was forced to drive over an hour out of state just to retrieve my vehicle--something that should never have been necessary. The response to this was this fell within acceptable specifications. STAY AWAY from this company!
