We brought our Tesla Model 3 here to have a rear bumper repainted, after my wife backed the car into some bushes and scratched up the rear end. This process was fairly seamless, I requested a quote, I received a call back and before end of day an emailed quote. The next week, Monday, I dropped off my car and picked it up that Friday. At Monday's drop off, Douglas was kind to offer me a lift home. I already had a planned Uber ride home. I just recently started coming to this shop a month ago, but I've never been so pleased with service before! I've come in multiple times to get my car checked out and worked on from simply checking my transmission & battery, to helping with a blown fuse for my radio, to getting a brake change, and getting something as big as placing a lugnut for my tire. Every time they've offered great service and have helped to make sure I'm aware of what's going on with my car, how to avoid future problems, and best of all if I fear I have a problem they tell me come and they'll help me resolve it right away! Mike has awesome customer service we negotiated a reasonable price to fix the front bumper on my car. When I got the car back it looked like an ok job it wasn't the best but you know I was satisfied. When I got my car back I noticed they washed it.My car had no issues I just wanted to get my bumper changed. I took my car home maybe about half a mile and then my check engine light turned on. I connect my OBD scanner and it appeared that my grill shutter wasn't functioning. I called Mike and he said to take the car to the shop and he'll take a look at it. I pulled up to the shop and Mike wasn't there so I told another employee that mike had asked me to leave the car nd he said, " Ok and what do you want me to do about it I can't do anything about it that's not my problem". He said that they aren't responsible for messing that up. That really just gmfu. The grill shutter was working fine with my old bumper and when you place the new one it doesn't work. I tried fixing it myself but I noticed that the cables were damaged so I took it to the dealer and they are charging me almost a thousand dollars to fix it. Meanwhile the price I agreed with Mike was 4600 to change the bumper and sum lights along with some other harnesses. Really disappointed me towards the end. read more

Family came here to see Mike and repaired our Toyota Prius a few months ago. Excellent service, better-than-average prices, and very nice staff. The best thing of all is that Mike is not the typical pushy mechanic that tells you to do a lot of unnecessary services, he was extremely knowledgeable and seemed more like a friend.
