Luis is a really dishonest person. Kept my car for a 6 weeks and never fixed it. Every week he would tell me he is ordering parts and then make another excuse. Tried to charge me $2800 storage while my car was getting repaired. Had to call the police and Bureau of Automotive repair to get my car back. I found ventura body shop through Google search and also yelp! I had a small accident and my mirror was broken. I got 2 quotes elsewhere and I was going to fix it at one of the places where I got the quote from, but perhaps the job was too small or something that they said that I had to wait 2 months before I could get an appointment slot to repair it. I took my car to Ventura and the ordered the part right away and I brought in my car a couple days later and got it fixed the same day!!! Wow!! I love how the whole transaction was straightforward and efficient! I heard about this place from a friend of mine, he was telling me that this guys took too long to finish his car, so I went to the shop to get an estimate on my 2020 BMW, after at talk to one of the owners, Luis explain to me the process of how the insurance companies are working due to COVID-19, he explained that after he submit all the information for my claim it usually takes between 5 to 8 working days for the insurance to approve the estimate, after 9 days we got the estimate approved and my car was finished 4 days later, the work and paint was incredibly perfect, I do recommend this guys, one thing I noticed, sometimes it's hard to communicate with them, but texting or emailing was ok, he send me photos of the process, sometimes it's better to go and experience your self than hearing from somebody else read more

The quality of work is really good above average actually. Louis is a cool guy that is willing to help you reach your overall goals with your car. First off, Luis and staff are friendly, the quality of work is great and I would give a better rating but its been over a year and my car is still NOT finished... I originally brought my car to the shop February 2nd, They told me 2 weeks and I should have it back. I didn't get the car back till March 3rd. I understand that Im not the only customer BUT I just wanted my car fixed. So they told me to come back in a month and they would do the final polish after the coats of clear set.... Month went by no response, Finally after a few more texts and calls I get a response to come bye on OCTOBER 5th... I got my car back October 8th and still wasn't finished. Luis told me to come back on the 23rd after the paint came in... So on the 22nd I texted him about dropping off the car and the paint being there and he replied " No Ill call you when Im ready" So here we are April 7th, Ive texted and called him to finish the car and still have not gotten a reply... I still don't have the front license plate put on, the final polish or the emblems put back on the car... So Luis if you ever read this ... Can I please get my car finished ?? read more

The work that was done on my car is awesome! The negative aspect of dealing with that body shop is that the owner does not answer is phone, does not return phone calls, he has terrible communication skills and I was made to feel as if he were my responsibility to always keep up with him. I was stranded seven hours waiting for my car on a Monday. I also found the shop closed on a Saturday when I was told to come by at 1PM but he never showed up to open because he was ill. The owner never called me or anything. He never apologized either but when I expressed by frustration, he spoke about me in the third person to someone else by saying: "he is having a bad day!" The bright side of the company is Isabel, she is great. As soon as I started talking to her, things went on smoothly. So this is definitely a place I would take my car to get fixed because they do an excellent job but don't deal with the owner, talk to Isabel because she is much more responsible. read more

This guy gives you a fake estimate so he could bait you to his shop and then he will give you a higher price to fix your car. He tells you that he can fix your car in a short time but ends up taking a very long time. He will make appointments with you but he won't show up, he will just give you excuses. He did that to me many times. He will charge you 3x the price of his estimate. When he drives you crazy and makes you wait 3 months and in the end he will not fix your car and he will take your deposit. He will make excuses. I took my car to Luis after I needed some minor body work and my wheel remanufactured. Luis let me know he was sending the wheel to a 3rd party(Wheels of America) to get fixed. When I got back the car the body work was fantastic but something seemed off on the wheel. I came back the next day and we took the wheel off and inspected it. It looked to be a replica. Both myself and Luis were furious. He contacted the 3rd party and let the manager know the situation. Luis ended up getting the 3rd party to make it right and buy me a new OEM wheel. The new wheel came in and Luis put it on & I left a happy customer. Luis kept me informed through the whole process and provided me with great customer service. Even though this situation was unfortunate Luis made it right for me and did a fantastic job on my body work. I highly recommend coming here for great work at an affordable price.
