On top of it, he also helped me saving 260 bucks from my 1000$ deductible by reducing the labor fee. That was really a big relief to me. Last week somebody bumped my car and i went straight to him this time. In short, he is my go to shop for any repair and i would highly recommend everybody to talk with him. He himself is pro in car repair and gives right quotation and great work satisfaction.

    Took the car here as an authorized service shop for Vinfast. The work that needed to get done was…read morea software upgrade which was supposed to be a job that lasts a few days. In total the car was in the shop 44 instead to my disappointment. Contributing factors included Vinfast's transitioning to this new support model and potentially supply chain issues, since parts are coming from Vietnam. But to the shop's scope of responsibility, there needs to be improvement in the following areas: customer communication, service intake, quality assurance testing and customer handoff. For Customer Communication - they need to be proactive, I found myself calling for updates instead of being proactively updated. Many times when I call the tech is not available. Service Intake - I scheduled an initial appointment only to be told I should drop the car in the morning instead of the afternoon, which was scheduled by RepairWise (the appointment vendor they use) Qualify Assurance Testing: I drove off and found some functions are not working. They did a software update and took 45 days. There should have been thorough testing. Customer Hand Off - they should have reviewed what was done to the car and the features of the new update.
