I called around 5 PM to see if they could take a walk-in pedicure in about 15 minutes, and the person on the phone was very kind and accommodating. They let me know it would be no problem, which I really appreciated since I know that's often a busy time. I ended up getting the "Adore" pedicure (I think that's what it was called) and added gel polish. There was an upcharge for the gel, but that was totally expected. The staff was so friendly, and my pedicure didn't feel rushed at all--I felt really relaxed the entire time. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and didn't have to wait long. Everything felt clean and well taken care of, and the attention to detail really showed in the final result. I did notice they offer drinks, which is a nice touch--I wasn't offered one during my visit, but I also didn't feel like I needed anything. I also got the impression there might be a small discount for paying in cash, but I'm not completely sure, so it's probably worth asking. At checkout, the girl in front of me -- her husband had called and paid for her service which was so cute and sweet, so just an added benefit if you want to let your man know they take pre-payment and payment over the phone :) Overall, such a smooth and pleasant experience--from the phone call to walking out the door.
