I shopped around suit makers all over and The Cutting Room is one of the only (if not THE only) shop in the Orange County area to even mention LGBTQ+ on their page and that was really important for me. He took time to meet with me via Zoom (since I wasn't super local to the area) and answered any of my questions prior to booking an appointment with him. In each appointment, I never felt rushed as my friends and I overanalyzed every piece and detail of the suit in hopes of creating perfection. There was a bit of a hiccup that happened with the fabric mill, but PJ jumped into action and took care of the issue. By this point I felt like I gave it enough chances and it just wasn't for me. And that's ok. *Enter BeSpoke* I chose to try this studio because I work nearby and if you're like me, once I get home from work, I probably am not going to leave again to be active. Sign up was easy (online) as well as check in once you actually got to the studio. I don't know what I'm doing so I asked for him to set up my bike and even to clip in the shoes and the person at the desk that day (sorry I don't remember your name!) was super helpful. Class at any new studio, especially a workout you don't normally do, is intimidating, but I made it through my first class. And then my second class. And then after that I thought my office would enjoy the torture, err I mean cycling, so I ended up booking a private class! OMG TATYANA WAS THE MOST AMAZING HUMAN BEING. She helped me with every detail and made us feel extremely welcome the day of the class. She even had some refreshments for us! So sweet. Ok basically what I'm trying to say is GO TO THIS STUDIO. Even if you don't cardio or spin, give it a shot! All of the instructors I've taken so far have been great, Lynsey and Orlando to name a couple. I feel stronger and more confident only after a few classes. I don't do all the "moves" just what I can and I still have fun and get a great workout. The studio is located at Fig&7th, bottom level near the food court and across from Gold's. They have cubbies for your shoes and lockers in the restroom (this can get crowded for the after work people just FYI). They even have showers and some toiletries. I should mention that shoe rental is included as well as a sweat towel. They also have a water filling station or water for purchase if needed. No excuses! I've taken a few different classes here now and i've loved all of them!…read more First of all, the facilities are great. They're clean, well maintained, and have tons of amenities. The best part is THEY HAVE TOWELS. When you go into the bike room every single bike already has a clean rolled up towel on it for you to use during class, and when you leave the room there's a basket of moist cool towels to wipe down with, and in the shower there's clean shower towels to use if you want to shower. If you've never taken a spin class before, you will sweat and you will sweat A LOT, so having towel service and not have to bring your own towels every single class is a HUGE bonus. Especially if you're coming often, if you had to bring your own towels every time you'll be constantly doing laundry just to wash your towels. The restroom/locker rooms have everything you need, including showers fully stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and by the sink there's deodorant, lotion, and other toiletries you might want to use. Secondly, they rent out cycling shoes included with the class! Here's the amazing part: after you've taken your first class, they remember your shoe size and the next time you sign up for a class they'll have your shoes waiting for you in the little numbered cubbies by the front desk when you get there! So you just show up and see what bike number you are and your shoes will be in the cubby that correlates with your bike number. Lastly, the spin instruction is great! The classes are super high energy and motivating and an amazing workout. They incorporate various positions on the bike as well as an arms workout using some light weights, so even though you're technically taking a spin class you're getting a full body workout. For those who have taken a spin class before but at a 24 hour fitness or something, this something entirely different. This place is also great if you're new because at the beginning of every class they actually have an assistant come into the room and help you get set up on your bike. Every segment of the class is set to music that correlates with the bike riding, as well as lighting in the room. It really is a whole experience and the time really flies by even while you're getting an amazing workout. For those who have taken Soul Cycle, I'd say this is very comparable though the facilities are not as nice as a soul cycle. All of the teachers I've taken are great but I have to make a mention of OT, who teaches the Thursday evening 6:30pm class. I was blown away by her energy and enthusiasm and motivation. Like I literally felt like I was riding into battle with her leading the charge and I felt so pumped up both physically and emotionally. She also had an amazing playlist. Lastly, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and THEY VALIDATE PARKING. The facility is on the first floor of Fig @ 7th across from the gold's gym. The only thing I don't like about the studio is that the music is a bit on the loud side. They have a free jar of earplugs right before you go into the spin room so there's always that option if it's too loud.

We had clear communication in three formats - Phone calls, emails and text from Jocelyn - there was no way we didn't know what was going on during any step of the journey. The install team lead by Misael, prior to install came to our address to pre-inspect the location. At this time, our concerns, questions and design expectations were all answered. During this pre-check we realized that we needed an additional beam for a cantilevered dimension. This was so helpful, as we were able to call Struxure to add the additional structural member to the ordered kit ahead of time, enabling a perfect install on the day. On the allotted day Misael and team arrived on time and were courteous and hard working. The install was neat and though it took the whole day, it was completed during 10 hours. Misael did not leave until the WiFi hook up of the system was verified and that the shade louvre's operated satisfactorily. The team left the place immaculate and cleaned up to the best of their ability. Over the following weeks I did find a few screw bolts in our backyard gravel and some aluminum shavings, no more that 5-6 items found. As a pet owner I take responsibility to always check post construction of the areas where any fabrication has taken place. Homeowners be diligent - no one is perfect at clean up. Finally - One useful piece of information for any customer considering the install of a Struxure pergola onto their home, there are several steps as a homeowner you need to be prepared for: 1. This is your home - embrace the responsibility to get the design to be what you want. 2. Make sure you understand the physical impact the structure will have on your landscape and your home. I was a little nervous since this cape did have embroidery and heavy detail on the sides, so I knew it was going to be hard to do, but she said it wouldn't be a huge issue. But she did see it immediately and pointed out she could only take it in so much so it didn't ruin the embroidery pattern. She gave me a quote that was under 100 dollars (so, it was totally worth buying on sale even though I knew it was 3 sizes too big and would need altered) (she literally saved me thousands) She called me about 2-3 days later for pick up, and she knocked it out of the park I came back in for more alterations and I was immediately greeted by the owner,Kim, who is so warm and friendly. She's extremely honest about what CAN and CANNOT be done. And, gives you honest prices. She really aims to get the job done and up to everyone's standards to make sure everyone is happy. She's so professional yet so warm and friendly. I seriously love how talented, Kim is. I brought in a Gucci cardigan that had a little snag in it that was turning into a BIG snag. She was honest about the fact she couldn't do much. I told her it did not have to be perfect, I just did not want it getting worse. She actually called me same day and told me it was ready for pick up. The job she did was FLAWLESS! And she charged only 20 dollars Then, my third visit. I needed these items done. -light blue dress that needed taken in because it was a size too big -a sheer maxi dress that needed taken in all over and about 9 inches taken off the bottom -blazer style dress that needed taken in And a couple other items.
