My favorite Vietnamese food in the area. Bun Cha Gio is my hands down go-to. I crave it from time to time. Their Pho is pretty good too. Amazing service. The best! Can't go wrong with the spring rolls, pho, fried rice... it's all delicious!

I picked this one based on reviews and a coworkers mentioned this place. I ordered over the phone and I got there a little bit early so I went in around the 20 min mark. And unfortunately my order wasn't ready yet. But the owner did acknowledged me and said it will be a few more minutes. I ordered the large pho combination which is what I typically ordered when I get pho and also ordered the bun rieu, so maybe that's why it took a little bit longer. Once my ordered was ready, the owner chat with me for a few moments, and ask if I was from here, etc, etc. Anyway I got home, I tried the bun rieu first. From what I experience, the viet. restaurants in OKC, always give you little vermicelli. But this place gives you enough and the soup was almost over-filled in the to go container. I guess because there is a small pop. of Viet people here, they made the bun rieu according to Western tastebuds. So they left out the pork blood, the egg and crab mixture for the soup base, and pork bone. It still taste like bun rieu but not the old-fashioned way that I love. Next is the pho, again portioned is huge. They give you lots of rice noodles, hoisin and siracha, and a good portion of the broth. The pho taste really similar to the ones in OKC. The broth has a deep flavor and noodles wasn't soggy. What I like is that they also givs you viet meatballs, which is like my fav meat for my pho and the ones in OKC tend to leave that out in the pho combination soup. Trang Le is my very favorite Vietnamese restaurant! Friendly staff, fresh food, and convenient for dine in or carry out. The portion sizes are average+. My normal go-to meal is the traditional Bun Cha Gio which is a salad topped with a variety of meats and veggies. I also love the fresh (non-fried) Spring Rolls with peanut sauce. Best pho in town! I come here with my family every other week! We got to know the family who owns the restaurant so well and they are really nice people. This place has great service and the environment is clean. It is located in the Mayfair Shopping Center on the southeast corner of Kenosha Street (71st Street) and Aspen Avenue (145th East Avenue). Only have had lunch here and it was very good. I had the ginger chicken, probably the best I've ever had. Trang Le is the sister-in-law of Ri Le and had worked there for about 20 years. The restaurant closed at 8:30 but this app said 9:00, so I called the restaurant as I was pulling up at 8:40 and saw the "closed" sign. We have been here twice now and it is quickly becoming one of our favorite go-to restaurants in Broken Arrow. Super nice folks and the food is really delicious! I got the soy chicken dish both times. The first time it was AMAZING! We ate in and it took a bit of time but the server was super nice and kept apologizing for the wait. Boy was it worth it! Super vibrant, fresh, al dente veggies and packed with flavor! Just a beautiful dish! The second time we did take out. It was still really good tasting but lacked the brightness and crispness of the first time. Maybe because it was take out? Maybe because it was Mother's Day and they had been open an hour later than they anticipated? (Which was another nod to how amazing and nice the folks are here) Still I highly recommend. This is the best Vietnamese place in Tulsa hands down. The service is always phenomenal and I've been so much that the waitress knows what I want even though she always double check with me. I have had few dishes other than the pho but what I have had has been amazing. If you want to try something new, I suggest the crepes. It's got bean sprouts and other goodies folded into them and it's delicious with the fish sauce. I rarely get anything other than the pho tai. The beef is super tender and hand cut in the restaurant so it's not those super thin slices. The broth is very hearty and flavorful and the noodles are always just right. Not too tough and not too tender. The only complaint I have is that they don't do banh mi. read more

My husband and I met my parents here for Father's day lunch. A sign at the entrance instructed us to seat ourselves. After about 5-10 minutes we were brought menus and drink and appetizer orders were taken. After the waitress passed by a few more times and at least 20 minutes had passed, our food order was finally taken. The restaurant was busy when we got there and stayed pretty busy for the whole two hours we stayed. The two hour stay was not by choice, however. We waited for at least 30 minutes for our food and the waitress did apologize and told us they had a large take out order that was holding them up. The service seemed very disorganized. There were 3-4 ladies waiting tables and there was no organization or division of tables. Now onto the food. For an appetizer we had spring rolls and egg rolls. The spring rolls are not my thing, but my husband and dad loved them and they were pretty large. We got 2 orders of egg rolls because there were only 2 to an order. They were good and not much different than Chinese egg rolls. I had the beef pho and it was pretty tasty. It was a generous portion with plenty of meat. I added all the cilantro they provided as well as a squeeze of lime and some chili paste. It was quite tasty and the noodles were the perfect texture. The rest of the table had Hoison Beef, Caysin Beef and Beef with Mushrooms. Everyone really enjoyed their food except the beef and mushroom dish had copious amounts of ginger. It really should have been called Ginger Beef. As good as the pho was, I don't think I would be going back based on the service. It's a good thing we had time to wait and we had a lot to talk about.
