I left the appointment with lower self-esteem and feeling immensely discouraged. The "Skin Genie's" attitude felt judgmental and aggressive, which made the experience deeply uncomfortable. She behaved as though she had never seen acne before, despite having been in the field longer than I have been alive. She repeatedly hounded me with questions about my skin and responded to each of my answers with "Are you sure?" in a sassy, dismissive manner. She also made me feel foolish and belittled for not having enough probiotics in my diet.This is the first yelp review I have ever written, and I would give zero stars if that were an option.
