The person who helped me on the phone was SO RUDE. I almost want to refund my Groupon and try a different studio because of how rude she was. First of all, she at first refused to want to even book an appointment for me for some reason. I don't think she has any patience and would interrupt me. She kept telling me, very much with an attitude and tone, to return the Groupon and pay them directly for the cost of the massage. I tried to explain to her multiple times I already bought the Groupon and don't want to double pay. That if we liked the massage we're happy to come back but it wasn't a good enough answer for her. Honestly, I wanted to ask why have Groupons if you don't want to take Groupons? Over and over again she would not drop that she wants me to buy it directly from them. Of course I want to support small business, and had I known in advance maybe I would have bought from them directly, but the attitude was so not ok. It wasn't until I took a harder tone on her that she finally backed off of me. She asked OVER THREE TIMES even though I explained to her THREE+ times my reasoning. It was so uncomfortable and you absolutely need to address this with your employee. It's like speaking to a rude wall. Her tone, her word choices, her attitude was so off putting I seriously am considering never showing up. Owners, you must fix this. You're scaring off customers before they even come.
