I just went in the office today to do a transfer of ownership. This is a the first time I used one of these DMV auto registration service and I was clueless about the whole thing. I met with Quan and Ann today, they are awesome. I am very lucky because I have to go to work at 9:30. So I called in last night to ask if they could come in at 9 am and they were right on time. It was super helpful that they have 24-hour call-in to ask any questions. When I got to the office, there are plenty of parking. They are located upstairs, and there's an elevator right next to the office which give you an easy access to the business. I guarantee, You will be in-and- out under 10 mins. Also there are no need for Appointment. For me, I got my transaction done in 5 mins. Quan told me that the car needs to get smog check to complete the transfer and then he will be able to issue the Registration right on the spot. He pointed out to me a local smog shop which I can get it done at. Their fees was reasonable. This is the best DMV service you can find. Just come on in any time and get your paperwork done. You can just Call in to ask for any question you might have. They are professional and knowledgeable in their field. I came here a week ago and decided to give them a review for their amazing service! If I knew about this place sooner, I will never ever set foot to DMV again. I went to DMV to do a transfer. I waited for 4 hours, turned out I wasn't able to complete it! I missed the smog check and filling in the title... Wished someone at DMV could told me from the beginning since it was my first time buying a car... When I got my smog done, it was a horrendous thought to come back to DMV again... Luckily, I tried to google if there was any services for auto registration, that's where I found this place. They got 5 stars for a REASON! Ann helped me complete my paperwork right away. I got my registration there, and received my title 5 days later (she said it will take 2 weeks) The service fees is $30. But the process was only 10 minutes. I just used Tran's Auto to do transfer for a car I sold last Wednesday. I wanted to help the buyer to transfer the car right away for both of our safety. We came in during the time they were crowed with customers. They got 3-4 people ahead of us, but seriously it went by so fast! Seems like they were done in just 3 mins. The people working here were friendly and helped me through with the process. They explained carefully and gave good advises for both of us. This place is no joke guys! No wonder they got a lots of 5 star reviews. They are quick and professional at what they do. You don't even have to make appointment, just come in anytime. I bought a used motorcycle about a month ago. However, the seller gave me a duplicate title. So I have no idea what was the process to transfer with a duplicate title. But I came by this place on Yelp. I called in (kinda late) to ask what time they close and the owner said he will wait for me. Quan, apparently the owner, had helped me out with everything. Quan was so attentive and led me through the process slowly for what DMV requires. The tag also expired on the same day I came into here. If it was one day later, I would have have to pay the penalty fees. It was GREAT that they open LATE!! I got the transfer done in 15mins. He gave the tag and registration right away. I came to tran's auto registration after i purchased my first car in California. The paperwork process confused me a lil at first but after i talked to Ann, the front desk staff there. She helped me to sort out my documents, showed me what was missing so i could get it done. This is a super duper perfect way to get your registration done without long line waiting at DMV!! I wish u could have found this place sooner! My registration was about to be suspended because I was out of town for a while. It was literally the last day to pay for it and I could not let it get suspended!!! Awesome service when it comes to trasfer title. I need to do a title transfer when I sell my car for a buyer from craiglist but it would get so hassle going to the dmv and asks the buyer to go with me. Trans Auto Regiatration is the quickest and most friendly registration office I know. I alsway got my work done here and I would recommended to every one for Auto registration faster than DMV, Save your times couple hours and parking lots easy to parked.
