I began speaking with Daniel at JMP, he was nice, courteous n helpful, he offered me a great price. I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. Gary, the man in charge of that place, said I need to get the rotor resurface and he's charging $160 for the front set. Note that this is on top of the $70 brake pad from Groupon that I have paid. When I came to pick up my car, the total some how is $193. I paid it, but I think the quote pricing vs actual paid price is not upfront. All other staffs were very nice, they even offer water. But I probably will not be back here because of not so upfront pricing.
