About a month ago, my battery died, I had my car jumped and I drove over to AutoZone but they said they couldn't change my battery for me, so I called Am-Ko, Sevan told me to purchase the battery and drive over to them and he'd change my battery for me. BUMMED. We used to rely on Steve and the team, but since the change in ownership our experiences haven't been as consistent. My mom had work done on her Rover (under an aftermarket warranty) and was charged for a radiator repair beyond what the warranty covered. The coolant light continues to come on and the car still needs coolant regularly. When she brought it back they suggested a sensor replacement for over $400, but topping up coolant resolved it. The vehicle had under 50k miles at the time. Frankly, paying for a "fix" that didn't work and being pushed toward an expensive, unnecessary repair is unacceptable. Steve would never! read more
