Normally they last me for up to 5/6 months - so clearly the quality of hair has changed. I didn't say anything about it the first time it happened, thought maybe I did something or just got a weird batch of hair. I was annoyed but let it go, so I bought another pack. Now after the second time it happened again, so I decided to let them know. They told me I needed to bring in the hair and show them. Which was fine (not the best customer service), but I drove down to do so. The Asian woman who always works the extension area told me she had to take the hair and mail it to the vendor, then wanted me to go on my marry way. I told her, I spent over $230 on extensions and I'm not leaving without a replacement, that she needed to exchange it for me. She told me she couldn't do that and would contact me after she hears back from the vendor on what they can do. She wanted me to wait for them to mail it in and then they would contact me letting know what they could do for me. She didn't even say that they might be able to replace it, but if they could, I would have to drive all the way back to get my extensions at a later date. I asked her to just exchange it out now, but she kept saying they could not do that. She even said "even if we were allowed to do that, I can't exchange it out for you because I don't have your color and the type of hair you need." Which was news to me, because they always have it. So I went to the drawer that they're always in to go look. She came up behind me and started screaming and slamming the drawers shut on me, yelling at me "You can't do that!! You're scaring me, we have cameras!!" Super weird. Since when has this been the rule? Yes, I'm aware of the cameras. Could someone from corporate please look at them to see your employee harassing me? I have always gone and picked out my color before the last 5 years. I told her she needed to go, and I need to talk with her boss because she's become extremely rude and was clearly lying to me. She was refusing to replace the crappy cheap hair she sold me at a very highend price. Thankfully, I was able to get her boss to come in and show him the hair. He agreed it wasn't their typical quality hair, saw that Ive been a loyal customer for years from my purchase history, went to the drawer where she claimed it wasn't, got it, and happily exchanged it for me with no problems. Honestly, I don't have high hopes for this new pack of hair as the quality has seemed to have changed for the worse. But at least the manager tried to make it right. I'll be ordering bellami hair extensions from here on out. Done shopping there and referring my friends there as well. Worst customer service!

I took them home, gave them both a good wash, let them air dry overnight - you know the drill, getting them all prepped to wear. That's when things took a surprising turn. Both wigs were supposedly the same brand and model, just different colors. But, lo and behold, after the wash, it became super clear that one of them definitely wasn't human hair at all! It was such a letdown after thinking I'd snagged two amazing units. Naturally, I headed straight back to the store, hoping they could help clear things up. I explained the situation to the guy out front, expecting some sort of solution. Instead, he just told me I'd have to take it up directly with the company, either by calling or emailing them.
