Good morning everyone Let me start out with everybody at this location has a horrible attitude and a mindset. Tina who always used to do my Nails. I decided to give her a second chance, and I went back to her as I was doing chemo treatment remind you I made an appointment with her. I sit there for an hour while she was doing somebody's eyebrows eyelashes doing some feet but I made my appointment an hour ago. I had then asked her how much longer she said give her 10 more minutes and then another 10 Minutes lol horrible customer service, especially if I make my appointment and you double booked . Warning to whoever gets recommended here! They will drop you in an instant if they don't like you anymore. I have been trying to contact Hanna ( previous eyelash specialist) about getting a fill since Friday and called the store numerous of times no answer but when I call with a different number they answer. So yes they have caller ID. I have been coming here for years and decided to change Eyelash tech to KIM (her friend) since Kim is on vacation I asked Hanna if she can service me she ignored me and when I pulled up she refuses my service because she's mad. How unprofessional on how she handled this also she talks a lot on the phone or with her friends while doing your lashes oh yeah she eats too! Unsanitary and unsafe to get infected in your eyes because she works eyelashes, you can never sleep or have peace when she's doing lashes ! Also I got into a miscommunication with Kim before she left to her trip about fill appointment and now she's mad at me too because she said she didn't hear me and I didn't show up when she said the next day. They are refusing my service because I'm annoying ? That's fucking BS naw they annoying and FOB-y af because they don't know how to communicate and after they hate on you! If i could give it zero stars i would. I been coming here for a while. At first the use to do such a good job but recently they have been messing up. I decided to give them another chance yesterday and THEY BY FAR GAVE ME THE WORST PEDICURE EVER. The man who was doing my toes messed up on all my nails,l. At first he had asked me "what color do you want"? I respond with white (usually when i say white they paint all my toes white) but instead he started to do French tips. I was hesitant at first but i was going to go along with it because why not it's something new and i seen a lot of girls with cute French white tips for a pedicure. But mine was the complete opposite. The polish isn't even on any of my toes, there is waves in the polish, also idk what's on my big toe but it's looks like he didn't clean up part of the polish and it just dried up, it looks like complete shit as you could see in the photos. He did even apply top coat. I'm so pissed and now i see why people always complain and get pissed every time I'm in there. I'm so over this, I'm taking my business somewhere else. Eyelash extension review!! I came here after I saw my friend's extensions and asked where she got them done. She told me about this place, specifically Kim. I loved how hers were done so I went ahead and booked with Kim. I called a few days in advance, had a super early appointment (6:45am) which was great because I was going to be out of town. I got them done Saturday morning (today is Tuesday) and they still look great. I have yet to have any fall out (not sure when they start falling out because this is my first time doing them ever). I do have a lot of lashes to begin with, so keep that in mind going in! Your lashes play a role in the extensions and the pattern of them as well. They won't look the same, but similar as your normal lashes. I got the full set with long lashes. I'm already excited to get my fill! So long, mascara! read more

This was my very first time getting lash extensions . I went through the reviews and figured out that I like the way Kim's work came out the best so I booked an appointment with her. This place is definitely a hole in the wall so do not expect luxury or extra frills. She asked me what length of lashes or style I was looking for , I pulled up a picture from one of the reviews that I saw & she stated "okay you want long?" and I told her it's my first time and I like the way the picture looks. She did her thing which took about an hour and 40 minutes. After everything is said and done I wish that she would have shown me the length of each lash that she had available. she used a size 15 on me which from the chatter of the girls waiting to get their lashes done was pretty long. although I really like the results I might go down one size to 14. Best Lashes Bu Hannah hands down! I booked an appt with someone in Citrus Heights and they flakes on me and never answered my calls. I was so set on getting my lashes done I started searching for places who had an availability. I called Fruitridge nails and the earliest I could get in was 2:30. I made it there at 1:50pm and checked in and was called back by 2pm. She asked me what style I was looking for, offered me different types of lashes and set me up comfortably. For eyelashes and pricing: 5 stars. For everything else: 1 star. My lashes were $65 and my full set was somewhere around $25-$30 with gel polish. My lashes turned out amazing, but it was all downhill from there. They didn't speak much English, which was fine until I was getting my nails done. I got a full set of acrylic nails, and I don't know if I've ever felt more pain while getting my nails done in my life. Every time I said that she was hurting me, she would say "honey, I know what I'm doing." And would continue drilling into my very core. As great of a job as they did on my lashes, unfortunately I won't come back here. The poor customer service and horrific job on my nails is the reason why. My nails were bumpy and uneven and only looked good if you were standing 5 feet away. Save your money and go somewhere else! I naturally have long lashes, but there's something about strips, or extensions that gives you that extra UMPH! I came in and asked for something in between classic and dramatic, and the lash tech nailed it! I may ask for longer lashes next time, but I think they are beautiful regardless! This is a serviceable nail salon - not great. My nail tech had super sharp nails that dug into me toes - very unpleasant. The nail polishes looked old and had weird brands (only 2 OPI). Some of the nail polishes looked like they were coagulated and gucky. As such, when they painted the nails, it was a little thick and goopy. Well finally one decides to speak to us and bluntly asks what we want. Then rushes us over to chairs. I got an older woman who was cleaning my nails with a rush she was digging her tool under my nail. I asked her if she could slow down and clean the tool(wipe it off) after she finished one nail.
