Last night they lost my business. As always I would come right after work ends at 5. I got there at 5:19. There was a different guy up front than normal, so maybe it isn't their regular policy. He turned me away. Businesses need to be careful to turn away regular customers who are just asking for routine service in the way they have always been asking for it. When you advertise that you are do 10 minute oil changes, and you close at 5:30, it shouldn't be a problem to take one last customer. In summary: they don't value loyal customers, they're lazy, and their advertised hours are false and/or misleading.

One employee even asked me. I told him to google, YouTube or ChatGPT it. They still couldn't figure it out. In the meantime I dropped off the new tire. They then call me to tell me I ordered the wrong size tire. I checked the sizing on the door of my SUV, and my Amazon order. I had indeed ordered the correct tire. I originally had all 4 tires put on at Mavis about 6-9 months ago. They told me I must have had the tires rotated. I NEVER had the tires rotated. They put the front on the back and the back on the front. So now I have to order another tire. I then spoke to the manager and told him the situation and that my car has been sitting there for days. He eventually figured out how to get the spare out to the compartment. I had the new tire delivered to Mavis. I went in and told them that they have to now correct the mistake that they made months ago. They have to put the back tires on the front and the front tires on the back ( they are different sizes). I then get a call from them in the morning to let me know that the tires are on. They also told me I have fluids leaking and they want to flush I believe the carburetor. Not for anything, they couldn't even put tires on correctly, or release a spare tire. There is no way that o would EVER let Mavis touch my car!!!

I didn't want to risk anything, so I gave these guys a call. They said to come on over. Luckily, it's a 5 minute drive from my mom's place. Got there and there was no line for an oil change. Took exactly 35 minutes, which was much better than my 2 hour wait for an oil change in the past. The previous location I went to didn't tell me that there would be a 2 hour wait, but the guy at the front desk at Pro-Cat told me that they would always give a heads up when they are backed up which I appreciated. The guy at the front desk explained that their full synthetic oil wasn't the brand that I was looking for, but he assured me that it was good quality. He even gave me advice on how to better take care of my ignition and to follow the owner's manual to give my car a longer life since it's a new car. My oil changes aren't cheap since my oil is full synthetic, but I'm happy to come back here for great service and friendly mechanics. Very thankful for this experience!
