I needed new wipers and gave them the add on sales. I asked for a high end wipers. I was informed they were $50, ok. Big mistake. $105 for the wipers and $50 to install. Tire repair $29, total bill over $200. Live and learn.

He offered & installed two converter replacements but the truck did not accept them and the engine light kept coming on. I brought the truck back multiple times for Joe to remedy but he couldn't figure it out. So I was instructed to remove the parts and return them for a full reimbursement but when I came back with the parts, Joe refused to reimburse me and refused to take back the parts. So now we have to take legal action to recoup the $2600, oh also I was told by Joe that "he doesn't care". Good luck to anyone that goes there and things don't work out because history shows , Joe doesn't care nor does he wanna reimburse the customer even when they fail at fixing the issue.. **Update** their corporate office reached out to me to let me know that they are not going to reimburse me for there failed work. Dropped off the car, got a couple of update texts with digital photos during the day. They diagnosed the problem as a brake fluid leak. I didn't like the look of some other parts in the photos, so asked them to do the extra work. Picked up the car the next day; brakes were just as soft as when I brought it in!! I called and brought the car right back. Didn't have a ride home, ‍ but they were nice enough to offer me a ride home. Pretty disappointed as a first time customer. Catastrophic negligence…read more Improperly torqued drain plug destroyed my engine I had my oil changed at Whiting Auto Center on Dover Rd. One day before my next scheduled oil change--roughly three months later--the oil drain plug completely fell out while I was driving on the parkway. Every warning light came on, the engine lost all oil, and it completely shut down and was destroyed. My mechanic inspected the vehicle and confirmed the drain plug had fallen out while driving. It had clearly been undertightened/improperly torqued during the last service, slowly seeping oil over those three months until the vibrations on the highway finally vibrated it completely loose. Whiting Auto Center was the last shop to perform an oil change on this vehicle, yet they are denying all responsibility for the catastrophic failure caused by their work. A routine oil change should not result in a destroyed engine. Their failure to properly secure a drain plug and their refusal to take accountability for the resulting damage is unacceptable. I strongly advise taking your vehicle elsewhere!
