Otherwise he was helpful and very responsive prior, thats what's odd. So I will have to hire someone else. He claimed he was getting busy, but it was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Since he didn't respond I had to go ahead and have the Masonry men upset the whole area he was baiting, which wasn't the desired outcome. It might make things far worse for me in doing so, but 4 calls and 3 texts, no response. Too late to hire someone else before the burrow is disrupted.

They are a little pricey, but do have a maintenance program that charges less overall for regular sprays. So far, it has worked, but the Orkin techs still couldn't seem to understand how or where they just appeared. It looks like the problem has been solved but we might need to use them again in the future. The only real drawback is the time it took to get a tech out here to begin with. We called and Orkin couldn't get anyone out here (it was an emergency lol) for a few days- that is not appropriate. Other than that, it was okay.
