Standard King Room. Basic but clean, and most importantly the bedding is very soft, clean, and comfortable.
Melody T.

Serviceable place to stay, no frills. Was here about a month ago. Good for 1-2 night stay, doesn't offer much more than a place to sleep. However, I chose this hotel for the price and convenient location and not for a luxury vacation, so it wasn't unexpected. The lobby is super tiny and there aren't really any comfortable public/shared spaces to sit or hang out. Walking up the stairs to my room I could tell the buildings were very dated, and could use some new finishes - even fresh carpet or paint would make a big difference. Rooms open mostly onto outdoor walkways or corridors that are open to the exterior. I was pleased to find that the room was in good condition. Again, most of the finishes and equipment looked like they hadn't been upgraded since the '80s or maybe early '90s - especially the bathroom - but they were functional. Nothing was broken or dirty. Most importantly, the bed itself was very clean, soft, and incredibly comfortable. Sheets were spotless white and looked crisp and new, and there were plenty of fluffy pillows. Have to give the hotel owners and housekeeping staff credit for prioritizing attention on what matters most. I also appreciated the communication via text message from the hotel manager April prior to and during my stay to ensure check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Huge gap underneath door

Please see description in pictures.... Also pillows had no pillow covers on them. This is the most dirtiest and unsafe stay of my life.

Dirty carpet.

It looked better from the pic than other hotels. The Carpet is so disgusting. Needs to be shampooed. Kinda smells. My double lock is broken. Those cars on the Maine road are Loud. There is a big gap at bottom of my door. Allows bush to get is too easily. The chair is trash. I almost think motel 6 would of been better. The reason they don't have breakfast is not the pandemic because that's over. They just don't want to spend the money for it.

No deposit. Fast. For one nigh stay is ok. Close to road , and close to Starbucks and Grocery market.

They were amazing. Low price for king bed. The workers or owners are very nice and helped when my key card stopped working.

I was impressed before I even arrived because the check in process on the app let me select a room that I wanted while showing me where the icemakers and elevators were. Being able to avoid them was was much appreciated. The property felt fairly new to me. While my room was overall very nice, I really disliked one part of it. There was just one tiny table with one chair. I don't know how a couple would be expected to eat in here. Also, a computer desk like Residence Inn usually provides was desperately wanted. Having to juggle eating and work on this one tiny table was quite annoying. Otherwise, the room was quite solid. The refrigerator was a nice size and having a good deal of kitchen countertop space was nice. There even was a toaster! The exterior amenities were kind of so-so. The pool was extremely tiny. While there was a good deal of sitting space on an outdoor patio that had a barbecue, there was absolutely no shade, and I would think it would be miserable to sit out there during the day. The gym was small, but I was actually impressed with it. Any hotel that has dumbbells that go up to 75 pounds is definitely in the minority. They also had a Peloton bike or two and several treadmills along with a pullup station. I was quite impressed with the breakfast. Lots of choices and several freshly made dishes were always available. One thing I have to mention is the pricing. While this hotel is obviously not the only one that has prices that fluctuate depending on demand, the room rates varied drastically for the days that I stayed there. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again, but it is worth mentioning. Overall I was quite happy with my stay here.

The staff is friendly, the property is extremely clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. They also offer great amenities like room service, a gym, and a pool. Overall, a solid modern hotel and a great place to stay if you're visiting the area.

From the check in lobby to the bed side table with a handheld massager. You'll be able to go in and out of the garage with the use of your hotel key. When we were checking out we made sure to take the car out first. We had a 4th floor view and it just over looked some corporate buildings, but the room itself was just gorgeous. Full length mirrors for those fit checks and large enough to fit both you and your partner. Closet space to store jackets and also has robes and slippers (Slippers are free so feel free to take, but leave the robe) Bathroom was so elegant, huge mirror accompanied by another full length mirror, toilet that was a square and not an oval, and a walk in shower that had a rain fall shower head so it gave the experience of the jungle. What was insane was the bed, I planted by butt the second we go in and it was SO SOFT I melted into it. It was like a gentle hug on my booty. A huge ~55-65" tv that welcomed us and has all your streaming providers. A nespresso (which I didn't get to use, but cool that they had it) Then yeah that massager to get the knots out of your neck or circulate the blood in your thighs or whatever it may be. Regardless, it was a wonderful time and really sets the standard for the Bay Area, or Sunnyvale area.

Breakfast is average, but still a nice perk as there is one less meal to worry about. Usually it consists of eggs, sausage, carbs (pancake maker, oatmeal, bagels, muffins). There's also a variety of juices and milk as well. The location is central to a decent amount of food (Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese), and also near Sunnyvale's auto row. The room was perfect, omg the bed and pillows was so comfortable, and we decided not have our room cleaned daily because we had brought our baby cat with us. Unfortunately, the breakfasts $25 per person and parking costs $25 per night. I appreciated staff member Mary at the front desk who gave us a break on the parking. It started with a minor and completely unnecessary confrontation with the front desk. I was told not to touch the fridge when staff wasn't present, which already felt overly controlling. The situation escalated quickly, and I was asked to leave the property. I complied without argument, went for a short walk around the block, and came back simply to return to my room. To my absolute disbelief, the police were waiting for me when I returned and I was arrested for trespassing. Yes, arrested. Over a situation that should have never escalated anywhere near that level. While things were eventually resolved, the entire incident left me shaken. It genuinely felt like the hotel was trying to set me up or escalate the situation intentionally rather than handle it professionally or reasonably. This was beyond poor service it was a disturbing and unacceptable experience. I would strongly warn others to think twice before staying here.
